The GP service was able to provide us a same day appointment in the morning for my sick son. The practise was even able to accommodate that i ran late by 10 minutes. The consultation was as accurate and professional as one would expect from a German GP. The place is easy to get to, and offers ample parking in the area. Certainly can recommend.

Everything was in perfect order. I was very impressed with the fluidity of the practice; I didn't have to wait too long. All the staff were receptive and happy to help. Great practice all in all.

Considering it’s a private practice offering paediatric services their entrance is increadibly difficult to navigate with a pram. The reception sat and watched me struggle to get through the door. Their is also no lift, not that I am lazy but when you have a baby trekking to the top floor with a baby it’s tricky especially if your in on your own and had a c section. I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness in the front reception the floor looks like it needs a good scrub. So I was surprised considering it’s private and expensive.

I did not have a good experience with this private practice and my complaint was not dealt with professionally or in a timely manner. What troubled me the most is when I left a Google review reflecting the poor experience I was harassed by the wife of the Doctor pleading with me for over an hour on the phone to remove my review. I was also threatened with court action. I also received multiple sms messages. When you leave a Google review reflecting on an experience this should not result in communications that amount to harassment. That is unacceptable. Update: in response to the comment below my feedback is based on my dealings over the phone. I have only complained once (not repeatedly) but had to wait over a month for a reply and send chaser emails. I have no wish to visit a practice that offers a poor service to a potential new patient over the phone. It is untrue to say I did not wish to engage one hour of my time was wasted when I received a call from the Doctor's wife pleading for me to remove the review. I terminated the call but then the SMS messages started. I received seven in total.

I brought my family to Richmond Practice but we were horrified to note the obvious uncleanliness of the whole practice, starting from the reception area, to the consulting rooms. We will never come back again and will not recommend to anyone of our friends and neighbours. It was also awkwardly difficult to get an appointment as there is only one paediatrician and no gynaecologist, and there is only one male GP despite my wife wished to be seen by a female one. I am still sincerely appalled at how this practice is allowed to offer health services in such a squalid and unclean environment.

I was admitted to to the CCU in October where I spent two and half weeks in the care of the most wonderful people on this planet. Without exception they were fantastic. I was made to feel safe and secure, my treatment was state of the art and my recovery and aftercare has been very successful thus far, I feel fitter than I have for 20 years. Don't let the Tory's destroy the NHS. One year on, had a check up yesterday, everything fine, a year without any problems with my health. 😁

Mental health issues and shameless humiliation After a long 6 hour wait, I was treated like a drug addict by the Dr. even after telling him what I was going through (my entire life was falling apart and I am diagnosed with depression, anxiety and OCD). I left with no medication whatsoever, he just made fun of me and laughed in my face. I was then kicked out of the hospital by Security even after begging them to kill me to put me out of my misery or keep me in the hospital at least. I am currently living on my own and I was terrified of going back home and of the things that I might do. They threw me out of the hospital because apparently, my case was not 'urgent' enough. When I got home I had to call the security on campus to send people over because I wanted to kill myself and had a panic attack so bad that I lost control over my limbs, they were paralysed, I just couldn't move them anymore. I am now really shocked and traumatised by the INHUMANE treatment that I have received in this institution. The thought that individuals like the staff who treated me even exist is enough to make me want to die. I have never had such a horrible experience in the past and I genuinely do not wish it on anybody. I lost all faith in humanity, if I ever had any.
