I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Both Dr. Stafford and his PA Kellie showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. I was really upset with my situation and very nervous but all my questions were answered in a very understanding way. The process wasn't half as bad as I had imagined, probably because I fully understood what was going to happen. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs an abortion. They are always available and easy to get hold of.

I worked at this hospital for 3 months and enjoyed it. It is close to public transport routes so if you don't have a car it is easy to get to. It's a small hospital and does not have an emergency department. If you come across someone by the name of Martina Holmes that works there be careful, she either makes up stories or exaggerates what happened and makes you look worse than Hitler.

Hospital is well sign posted throughout, though there are lots of friendly staff around to help find your way around the hospital if you get lost. The hospital has a café (Wilbers Café) which sells a wide variety of hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Ample hospital parking is available, free for 20 mins otherwise tariffs apply. (valid as of September 2018) There is no A&E department.

I been to the heart part of this hospital, and the care was out of this world, very caring, lovely staff, parking is not so good, the blue badge parking is not very good here.

Had gallbladder removed.Staff was friendly and attentive through the entire procedure . They all did wonderful work making me feel calm and safe. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder . Hartlepool has been my hospital of choice for over 15 years and I wish they would reopen it for other services. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this hospital, staff is always friendly and caring, but also efficient in their tasks. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My son had an appointment that lasted 40 minutes, staff brilliant but the cost to park was £3.00. It's £3.00 to park from 30 minutes to 12 hours. The first 30 minutes are free. After waiting to be seen and then your appointment, how many get out within the 30 minutes. It cost more than most London hospitals for that amount of time. You should only have to pay for the time your parked. Diobolical!

We started our Fertility journey with bath in January 2018 and we are now 16 weeks pregnant with ICSI treatment, we can't thank the doctors and nurses enough for what you have helped us achieve "our miricle baby", you made what could of been a stressful time a more calming and exciting journey with your care and support, from the bottom of our hearts we can't "Thank you enough" overwhelmed to be part of your bath Ferility family 👶🏻 X

We were treated as NHS patients & the service was amazing. All the front of house team were incredibly kind & helpful, even ironing out a snag where my GP surgery hadn’t applied for the funding in the time they should have. Everyone there made the process as easy for us as they could & were extremely compassionate. One of the consultants we saw was a little dry, but everso professional & filled us with confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing. I feel extremely fortunate that Bath was the clinic to treat us.

The location it's self is lovely and the reception staff seem lovely but if you are an NHS patient be prepared to get spoken to rudely and treated as if nobody cares. They would prefer to see some big money before making you feel welcome and worthy of being there. Awful experience which left me very upset and the consultant I saw had absolutely no compassion towards my situation.

Neglected me in labour and my healthy baby died shortly after birth, Lied and covered up there neglect and got away with it when I seeked legal help. Make sure your baby is monitored straight away especially new moms, Ruined my life and still suffering years later and they have hidden my other review, I'm telling the truth, so if I can warn others I will. I want to share what a brilliant service I received here. People are often too quick to leave negative comments without it being constructive in anyway, and not many people take time to share positive feedback. When I asked to have my baby at the women's I wanted to know I was in safe hands. I certainly was. I can't fault any aspect of care I received, which I am grateful for. My labour was induced and although it did not 'go to plan' my baby and I were very well looked after by all staff from midwives, doctors, anaesthetists, student midwives, healthcare staff and catering teams. They were all fantastic and I couldn't of asked for better care. My midwife and student midwife on the day of delivery were very attentive and did all they could to ensure smooth delivery. Even after I was discharged and my phone was left on the bed, and ended up in the linen room the two porters did all they could at half past midnight to reunite me with my phone which was so important to me as I had just taken so many precious photos of my new baby! They went above and beyond and are stars!

This place is a disgrace. Waiting room right opposite reception and birth centre have got most discomfortable chairs for expecting women to wait on, usually upto 4-5 hours as apparently they are so busy staff to have any doctors available and nurses are only nice out of their training ,they know well how to ignore long waiting couples by telling off they know you’re waiting for long but doctors are busy to be available. Full of old people staff that does everything so slow as if thats the end of world and nothing else do to... them old people expect same from all attending people as if they have got nothing else to do so yeah let’s keep them hanging to wait for nuffall. Shame on NHS though

If there was less than one Star I'd give it. If you're intending to give birth here please please think of other options. The management of the whole process of having a baby here is disgraceful . I don't even know where to start and the story is so long . My daughter had her first child and what should have been an exciting but calming and comfortable experience was turned into a shambolic mismanaged nightmare. Apart from a couple of lovely caring Midwives ( but believe me there were some very rude ignorant ones) my daughter wouldn't have got as far as she did. Change of room after room more than 4 times, lack of pain management , uncertainty , too much paperwork not enough comfort ( for relatives either) She's currently in a private room and has been told she has to stay, but if she does she'll have to be moved AGAIN. 7th time. It really frustrates me thinking that no one will take notice of any of the bad reviews on here and nothing will happen. But the state of the NHS isn't the government's fault it's the lack of training and very poor management in this particular hospital.

Was referred by Summercroft surgery to see ENT, when I got there the doctor said he can’t help me because he doesn’t have access to my MRI scan which was done at The Royal Brompton. So he sent me away. Didn’t help me with anything, refused to even look at it or discuss my symptoms. On top of that, upon my arrival I was asked by the receptionist in a very loud voice for how long have I been out of the country in the last year. This was after I told her my name which is a clear indicator that I’m originally from abroad. From what I know, you are not meant to ask verbally, you give a paper form for the patient to fill, don’t just shout it out loud like that. Will never recommend this place to anyone

I was admitted under Mr Singhal for a planned appendicectomy. Stayed in overnight. The experience was much better then I anticipated. Mr Singhal is an excellent surgeon. I was a very anxious patient. Nurse Andre admitted me with the help of health care assistant Jo. They were caring, and very efficient getting all the pre operation investigators done quickly before the surgery. Andre collected me from theatre and was very reassuring . Post surgery theatre nurse Vicki was also very calm and reassuring. I had a night nurse Maria and a day nurse Peter both of whom were absolutely excellent. Usually I do not write reviews but on this occasion because I had such a good experience I made time to write this.

What a truley amazing hospital. From the minute you walk in, you feel like a VIP and that you as a person matter. The waiting area is beautiful and the staff are clean, smart and really want to be there. I had foot surgery with Mr Sam Singh and his amazing anetastist from Egypt, I can't rember his name, but he put me at ease straight away and made me laugh and kept me entertained. I have a terrible needle phobia and terrible anxiety around medical equipment and it was no problem to any of the staff, who could not do enough for me. The rooms are beautiful, totally private, ensuring dignity, and privacy at all times. Mr sighs receptionist Elliea is a truley wonderful lady, she is quick to respond to any emails you send her with any worries or concerns you may have - how every big or small and she really cares about you and your well being. The nurses where amazing, a blonde lady and Italian girl where the two nurses who helped me first when I arrived, and where like magic angels, the night nurse Richie, was genuine and thoughtful to me. Any time I pressed the buzzer for assistance, a nurse was with me in under 2 minutes. Pleased to help me with a smile, with pain relif, the toilet or a snack. The food was wonderful and the catering team where so friendly. I would say the food was on par with many top London restaurants . The soup was deifinatley home made, the salad was fresh and crisp and full English breakfast was amazing. I would like to thank chelsfield park hospital for for being outstanding, the nurses for being kind, hard working and thoughtful at all times. Mr sigh and his surgery team for being the best, the catering team for making amazing food, the reception team for being welcoming and last but not least Elliea Mr sighs PA, for being very kind to me. I would advise anyone who has a foot problem to see Mr Sighn at The Chelsfield, and that I wish I had not left it this long to have surgery. I would like to also advise people how very very important it is to have private medical insure, it not as expensive as you might think and you can't put a price on health. If I did not have insurance, I would not have been able to afford to have this operation and there is no way I would have been looked after, had the privacy I had and cared for in the was I was with The NHS, which is under immense presure. Many thanks once again.

My 3 star rating is not based on our treatment outcome as that would be just ridiculous. I don't understand why would anyone give 1 star rating to any clinic 'just' because the treatment didn't work. At Bourn Hall the staff are friendly but somewhat distant, we have undergone 4 treatments here and overall their approach was ok. Sometimes explanation was missing so we didn't know what was happening, quite a few times we were feeling unwelcome and only as a number on the system. In the end I would recommend this clinic to anyone but would warn not to expect amazing but alright treatment.

We felt a good atmosphere in bourn hall clinic Kochi, the doctors are self-restraint, that’s our preliminary expectation from any ideal hospital .and the treatment is good and each session of treatments were well explained by each department. Especially the staffs are very co-operative and we got a nice caring behavior from the nurses And front office staffs, each staff are dedicated to serve the patient with pleasant smile and the emotional support that makes us distressed.

We did not a get a good vibe from Bourn Hall and certainly wouldn’t return for treatment. Upon attending a recent open evening, potential clients were handed a 3 page document, pricing all and sundry with zero indication as to what a typical treatment plan might entail or actually cost. This opaque pricing structure makes difficult to compare this clinic with its industry peers. No doubt Bourn will defend this statement but I can assure any reader that other clinics are more upfront. Excellent as their treatment might be, my wife and I were deterred by this lack of transparency. There were zero questions from floor after the presentation which for me reflected a lack of engagement in the room.

In what can be one of the most stressful and challenging times of your life, the BCRM make your fertility journey as easy and pain free as possible. I wouldn't have wanted to be treated anywhere else as the staff are just incredible. Dr Akande, Carrie, Jane, Anne (and many more) always go the extra mile to answer any questions, soothe any nerves and generally make you feel like the most cared for person in the world. After a long three years of trying to conceive we are finally expecting twins and couldn't be more thankful to the BCRM for making that possible.

We have had a wonderful experience at the BCRM. We have just been lucky enough to have a second successful pregnancy from ICSI treatment and coming back a second time felt like coming back to our family. Carrie and Trish and all of the nurses that looked after us throughout our treatment were all very sensitive, positive and encouraging but most of all were really warm and caring and were always ready to give a big hug. Not only are the staff at the BCRM incredible proficient and professional, there is also a really personal feel there and all of the staff, from the doctors - Dr Price was brilliant - to the receptionists get to know you well and make you feel welcome and at ease. We cannot thank the staff at the BCRM for their care and support through some very turbulent years in our lives and for ultimately helping us to achieve a family.

After 6 years of tryings and several unsuccessful tentatives (3 IUI and 1 IVF) we decided to make our last tentative of IVF at BCRM. I will never thank BCRM enough to give me the chance to feel the happiness of being 28 weeks pregnant with twins :-)! Beyond their successes there are professional people with great competences to treat each case individually, together with a personal touch and care! Thank you for your great job!

After roughly 5 years of trying, we finally decided to go down the IVF route. It was slightly terrifying initially but Carrie was so straight forward and kind that all those feelings were alleviated. The team were realistic and did the tests and scans that needed to be done. I’ve heard of other places where you go in daily for blood tests; we didn’t do that and the result was a calm mother! I gave birth to our beautiful boy two weeks ago and cannot thank the team enough.

I can compare this to 2 other clinics and unfortunately I cannot rate this clinic as good, seem to still be "finding their feet". Reception staff civil at best and not always open when arriving for appointments, clinic staff a little warmer but impersonal/cold. Only time I got a phone call was very demanding asking for money otherwise I had to call for results or queries, was oversold drugs that I didn't need or use and they wouldn't take back. No real suppprt available out of office hours. Was told to google how to use the drugs! I've had many rounds of IVF and the 1 round I did here was my least successful by way of egg quality and any to freeze, I didn't have a follow up to check if it had worked so not sure how they manage their success statistics.
John Russell
John Russell
Can't tell whether they're any good, but they are slow, inefficient and unhelpful. It's hard to get hold of them on the phone in office hours, and I suspect they're only responding well after their deadlines because I chased them. And they will only deal with my GP, which seems unhelpful.

I am extremely happy with the treatment and care I received at this clinic. I always felt relaxed and confident during the treatment. The best thing I did was leave CRGH clinic in London and seek treatment at Care London. This clinic did their best to make the process as less stressful as possible. Though like all clinics they ask for payment first before treatment, they are not a money grabbing clinic, my health and well-being came first. They tried their best to cut down costs without me asking and told me which blood tests my GP may be able to do which saved me money. Certain scans and consultations were free. They really did their best to work around me when booking appointments and were always happy to answer any questions I had no matter how small. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

They tried their best to cut down costs without me asking and told me which blood tests my GP may be able to do which saved me money. Certain scans and consultations were free. They really did their best to work around me when booking appointments and were always happy to answer any questions I had no matter how small. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Was great all the way through, couldn't fault the nurses. Was completely let down at the end of our treatment when it mattered the most. My wife had her egg retrieval and didn't feel ready to have her eggs put back when they was supposed to. We shared our concerns with the docs and they was more concerned about getting her in and out. We was told all the way through we can have 2 eggs put back although they don't recommend it.. when it got to the procedure they wouldn't put 2 back and instead told us to freeze one which we couldn't afford after already spending thousands. Was made to feel like it was our only option so I had to find a spare 500 quid out of thin air after we was told freezing any remaining embryos was included in the cost of the treatment (it was not). We really just felt like a number at the end. They had our eggs, they had our money and now they wanted rid. My wife has been put off IVF for life after this horrific experience. It's a very emotionally and physically draining experience and after seeing the pain my wife went through after her egg retrieval (that was meant to be just an uncomfortable feeling) I would not recommend to anyone. She was in a lot of pain for weeks to the point she nearly passed out at work.

From the first enquiry email we were made to feel important. Every aspect of our journey was carried out with compassion and honesty, allowing us to feel completely in control and looked after, during such an emotional and testing time. We would recommend anyone considering fertility treatment to seek advice from Care Fertility, and we can say with complete confidence and a four day old baby girl, that taking the time to save for private treatment was the best option.

Fantastic experience all round. Every member of staff from consultant to ward staff and reception were so friendly and helpful; even after being discharged! Consultants extremely knowledgeable and able to offer the most up to date options which have resulted in a much more positive outcome for us in just 5 months start to finish compared to our 1.5 year ordeal with St marys which was a catalogue of errors. Yes we had to pay at care fertility but it's been worth every penny!

My husband and I have decided to undergo a treatment with CARE in Northampton, since the clinic seemed to be rated good. Unfortunately, our experience is currently completely different. Mistakes are possible but the frequency and intensity of the occurrences is just striking. We have relocated to the UK from Germany and had started a treatment there as well, so we are well aware of what is reasonable to expect. I want to share my experience here in order to create transparency and initiate a change. Some of my experiences fall in line with the experiences shared by others below. I am also having trouble to reach the clinic staff. Whenever I call there is nobody answering and just a voicemail. I have to call several times before receiving a call back. This is especially frustrating since I sometimes have questions on the proposed treatment plan or next steps and it is difficult to speak to somebody, who can answers. It is not the case that my questions are unjustified. Eventually, my treatment plan was adjusted based on my thoughts. The event that really convinced me to share my experience was when I was told recently that I have to wait for 6-7 weeks before I can speak to one of the two doctors to get my new treatment plan (since the outcome of my first cycle was not positive). This is valuable time for me that is simply being lost. Overall, I am under the impression that this clinic is too streamlined and has not enough personnel to provide satisfactory service to its patients. One small example for this is that clinic staff asked me to settle some other patient’s bill after my scheduled appointment. In addition, I did not receive a promised update of my treatment plan by end of the week to understand next steps. I understand that the clinic has to make economic sense but here cost control seems to have severely deteriorated service quality. I am convinced that I am not the only one who would be willing to pay a bit more for better care and attention while undergoing a treatment. At the end, it is also important that one is relaxed during a treatment and not confronted with additional administrative stress. Needless to mention, that the name CARE seems ironic considering the experience that I am having. I hope this review will help others to make a more informed decision.

Absolutely terrible service having been referred here by the NHS for fertility testing I can assure you I would not pay to come back here again the communication has been terrible. I have had to pay for a test that they refuse to provide the results of making the whole experience of fertility testing very stressful. They obviously are not able to deal with the issue of infertility very sensitively. I was told two weeks ago at my test that I would get my results the same day. Two weeks on and nothing has been passed onto me. I have rang the clinic daily and the receptionist just transfers you to a voicemail instead of checking if anyone is available to take the call first. They are not helpful and having got through to someone yesterday who just said my results were sent to the doctors the next day - why this was not communicated I do not know- on having been to the doctors they said that Care Fertility should have the results and they haven't received them. Still don't know why this clinic cannot provide a copy of my results after having paid for this service. Absolutely puts me and my wife off coming back to the clinic in future.

I have been under the care if thid clinic for several months.. from start to finish thr staff have been over and above amazing and consistent not to mention friendly and for any all procedures each member of staff to be involved has come and met and introduced themselves. Its been wonderful. The offices are clean tidy and relaxed. It really has been a pleasure getting to meet such a wonderful team.

I'll be honest my first review for this clinic was a bad one as no one called me back, the office manager called me after I left my negative review and explained they now have a new centralised number where they do answer straight away. I'm so glad I gave them another chance, the nurses and office staff at care have been wonderful and supportive, i esp like deidre who we had our injection teach with yesterday and Nadine Always emails be back straight away. Im only mid injection regime but I feel so happy I chose this clinic. We have a few more months with them as our Cycle isn't a straight forward fresh transfer so I Will update again once we are finished (and hopefully have a good outcome to report back). So far I wouldnt hesitate to recommend x

Impossible to speak to anyone, always put through to an answering machine, took days to book and appointment and then the same annoying process of being put through to voicemail to get results. Also very dis-satisfied with service as I got incomplete results. Would not recommend and will not use again. Giving one star because I chose this clinic based on the 5 star rating but my experience has been anything but 5 star.

Had a wonderful experience at CARE. After having failed ICSI twice at other places and losing all hope in having a family I was recommended to go and give CARE Fertility a try. Not only was the procedure a lot easier than other clinics, the clinic was more thorough in looking at our previous cycles to identify what should be done differently. We ended up being the first couple at CARE having artificial oocyte activation with ICSI and had the best result ever. We had our first child after 15 years of marriage. Since then we have been back to CARE again and now have two wonderful boys. I would like to thank you all for all the love and care the staff at CARE NOTTINGHAM showed us and made our treatment here a very enjoyable experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend Care Fertility Tunbridge Wells to anyone trying to conceive through assisted fertility treatment. After several failed IVF attempts at a well known Harley Street fertility clinic, my other half and I found ourselves at Care. We received kind, consistent, expert medical care, wise advice, ground breaking, effective treatments (such as the endometrial scratch technique) and are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. It's so good to have the opportunity to express how I feel about CRGW but one star is far too generous. Previously the gestapo from the clinic stopped any negative comments from being made by threatening the website with legal action so it's great to have this forum. I found them negligent in their practice and I felt that they are not genuinely interested in their patients and their stories. They are corrupt, greedy and interested only in success rates/kudos and ultimately financial reward. They are ruthless in their pursuit of power eg they destroy graded embryos to bolster their success rates (without your permission) There's no complaints procedure at CRGW. You just talk to the same person who treats you with disrespect and disdain and then eventually stops responding. He gives you no information on how to take the matter further and he controls your every move from thereon. I had to deal with him on transfer day. Imagine that! He has spies everywhere and if you dare complain the spies report back to him. The most distressing and emotionally exhausting experience ever.Go somewhere that cares about their patients and lets them decide what treatment they would like rather than dictating to them

Avoid at all costs!! The clinic lied to me on several occasions, promised me a refund then denied this. The complaints process is pointless as no one actually responds to the issues raised. I'd advise you research other clinics as I'm sure this one is ok if all goes well but has caused me considerable emotional distress at a time when this is the last thing I needed.

Worst hospital ever visited. Have been there many times and on many occasions, i have had a bad experience. I guess the staff are just as fed up as the people in need. Very expensive parking if you don't believe me, feel free to compare the service and amenities with Rugby hospital. The free 10 minutes parking is a joke. It would take you a lot longer to park, go to reception and ask them a question. Common sense would suggest 25-30 minutes free. Try dropping someone off, helping them to where they need to get to and back to your car and out of the car park. They had a chance to make this hospital great with underground parking, parks and spaces around the grounds but all you see is cars all over the place with ambulances struggling to get in. They have tried to improve a bad situation but it is still pretty rubbish. I glad there are some good reviews here so not all bad.

Had an accident while working at Tesco (December 2017) which resulted in me being taken to A&E (@02:30). Had to wait about 30 minutes before seeing a doctor which isn't bad to be honest. Told me I had to have surgery on my eye to fix the damage. Worst part of my visit was waiting around for a bed. Feels terrible when you're waiting while in considerable pain and not knowing what's going on. Finally got a bed @13:00 and the operation was @15:00. The parking is an absolute joke though. 10 minutes free parking and the prices from then on are just laughable to be honest. If you want to go there during the day then the traffic is HORRENDOUS, they really need to fix this because it is just not sustainable. Best to get dropped off outside hospital grounds and walk from there or get a bus it's that bad. I thought the doctors and nurses were great. Took great care of me while I was recovering. NHS staff really do not get enough praise, they really are some of the best people in the world. Words don't do them justice. Amazing people. There were times when I got frustrated about the time spent waiting but there are A LOT of people that need care and only so many doctors. I am very grateful to the staff here.

the maternity unit for UHCW is amazing though I can understand that it does overstretch with time. (had to wait for BCG jab, which was well over pass noon and also was turned away twice even though I was already in labour quoting I am in between latent and active phases of labour) Had both my babies here and the midwives and staff have been amazing and with utmost professional. I feel for the staff as they are stretched. Need more funding to fund this wonderful hospital.

Excellent customer service. Staff are professional and very helpful. They do care about the patients. I visited emergency once during pregnancy and once after - was interviewed by the same man - he was very helpful, seeing I have little baby with me asked me to wait in separated area not to expose the baby to all the germs in main waiting room. I also gave birth in this hospital and care I received in birthing centre then labour ward, following Simpson unit and postnatal was just the highest standard. I had complications during the labour but they made me feel safe and decreased my suffering to the very minimum. My husband was treated on several occasions in London's best private clinics but C&W was even better. I was very well looked after. Thank you all at C&W.

we are very pleased we chose City Fertility for our IVF treatment, we were successful on our 2nd attempt, we were well informed of the costs by the friendly staff and always treated with compassion and sensitivity,we were told that my wife would not go full term by the doctors and as a result, were monitored from early on by our local hospital, which was vital as our son was born at 27 weeks. The worst fertility clinic in Southampton! Please be aware and avoid wasting your money! I cry out of frustration with these people! Staff are very rude and mislead you into wasting money unnecessarily! Doctor Saran is only concerned with meeting her numbers and even charging for services not received! There is never any answer on the Appointment Line and leaving messages their response is to inform you there is a one month waiting list before you can even start treatment! This is a dreadful clinic with unprofessional staff, i have lost money with them so beware and look elsewhere!

My son who is a member of the armed forces had to undergo a planned operation on Wednesday 25th of April .we had travelled from Wales to be with him. From when he was seen and prepared for theatre on the Theatre direct suite to his admission to trauma 2 ward I could not fault any part of his care or treatment. He was kept fully informed of what would happen in regard to the operation and what be involved following this.We had a very slight hiccup with regard to his discharge , however this was treated in a quick and professional way the next day. Well all I can say is ,Royal Cornwall Hospital..stand proud as I couldn't fault your care of my son .

Recently admitted via my GP for a brain haemorrhage, I arrived in A&E and was seen to almost immediately. As you can imagine, a frightening experience; however the staff that attended to me had such a positive, good-humoured and professional manner. The haemorrhage promptly identified by a CAT scan, I was immediately informed I was to be transported to Derriford. Was sent by my doctor on Friday 14th to Surgical assessment unit with suspected appendicitis . Although I was there for 7 hours, due to them being short staffed, the 2 nurses who were working that day were lovely. Michael ( who took my blood and put canula in) was very considerate and patient after I explained that I have a needle phobia. After a CT scan showed that my appendix was about to burst I was immediately prepped and sent straight to theatre. I stayed in ward 44 til the Sunday afternoon and can't praise or thank the staff enough. They were all consistently happy and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hospital building is dated and could do with a lick of paint but the staff are excellent.

Husband sent here as an emergency by his Doctor. Arrived at 1730 to be told we weren’t expected. Put into a section laughingly called the Emergency Assessment part of A&E. Seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was very pleasant and that was it until acharming night Nurse actually did something. Eventually at 2100 husband was moved to a side ward and we waited. Eventually seen by a doctor at 2300 to be told he could go home but not until after more blood tests which took hours. Finally allowed to go home at 0130, exhausted, tired and very hungry as we hadn’t eaten since lunchtime. What a shambles this place is and please don’t excuse inefficiency by saying that they were under pressure - the majority of the staff hardly looked interested let alone pressured.

I was admitted to the Countess hospital on May 27th 2018 for heart attack symptoms. The treatment I received was speedy, competent, well explained and extremely warm and caring. I found the food was very good. In the ward I was particularly impressed how the hospital staff could still find time to come and simply sit with very poorly patients to offer a few minutes of comfort despite their obviously busy schedule. I was discharged on the fifth day with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan including the required medication after care and a twelve week fitness gymnasium course. The course is personal and individually monitored by medical staff, including a short Q & A talk on the medication and the exercise regime.

I have recommended CREATE to so many of my friends and acquaintances I should get commission!! It is quiet clear it was developed by a woman. CREATE is professional respectful supportive and the treatment is far more manageable physically and emotionally that the treatment a lot of my friends have had in other clinics. CREATE specializes in natural and least obstructive treatment as possible and I can tell the difference. I feel my overall health and well-being is facilitated and taken into account. ALSO EVERYONE IS SO LOVELY!!!!

All the visits and scans are done by experienced and kind doctors. I arrived here after being traumatized by another clinic (LWC) where everything is managed by nurses and you hardly see the same person twice. You can even ask to be followed by the same doctor every time you need to be there, and the doctors will do their best to arrange their schedule to help. They also really believe in natural cycles IVF. I do recommend them!

Absolutely appalling. Different Dr’s every time. Changing doses every time. The administration of my care is worse than non existent. When they try they get it completely wrong. I’m still waiting since April for an outcome for a decision on a refund as they messed up my protocol, the only message I’ve had responded to something irrelevant to the query at hand. How can they be trusted to offer good quality care?

After having 1 failed cycle at Create Fertility Raynes Park, which was very upsetting, we were successful on the second, staff were very empathetic and helpful after failed attempt. Admin were very professional and always had a smile on their face when attending the clinic for scans etc which made things a lot better as going through something like this is very stressful in itself. I would recommend this clinic.

The staff are always welcoming and kind here and there is a genuine interest in treating the individual, with treatment geared to your circumstances. Debbie stands out as a very kind and understanding person who is expert in listening. Create specialises in lower drug (mild) regime IVF and this is very suitable for those with a lower ovarian reserve - a low AMH is not a barrier to treatment at this clinic, which isn't always the case with other clinics. I preferred the shorter cycle length as IVF is a fairly stressful process, so the shorter the better, but also the lower drug levels associated mild protocols didn't make me feel as rubbish! Lower drug IVF protocols are also cheaper; I think it is entirely possible to do 3 low drug rounds at this clinic for the price of one high stimulation round elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Create and have visited all the well known UK clinics - Create really felt like a place where I was given a chance.

One word for their service: MESS. What a mess!!!! The staff is so confused and confusing that everything seems out of its place. The way they make money is due to desperation of couples on getting a child, and they charge you separately for every sing thing, the amount for a cycle that you believe it won't cost much at first instance, become then more expensive then anywhere else, once you are on the loop, the invoices just keep coming, coming and coming. They don't tell you much before that happens. The reception service is very poor (Raynes Park), the clinic isn't the most hygienic place and if you don't push them, you don't get things done. Unless of course, they want to charge you, then they will make anything to get your money. DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.

When I was sent to ‘St Hell’s’ for a suspected stroke, I sat for 12 hours in a&e waiting for an injection. Other patients came and went. I ended up sitting on the floor My grandmother again, a&e, left in a side ward for 12 hours. Since then she was put in a ward and I noticed many cover ups and lies about her treatment, even mistakes about where her home care would be. I hate that this is the closest hospital to me, if I have a choice, I would never step foot in there again

Carpel tunnel op under NHS. Surgeon was brilliant and the op was a great success. Why 3*? I was sent home with no painkillers despite my gp saying they would be supplied. I think the surgeon forgot to tick the box and the carer was afraid to query the error. That is potentially dangerous and indicates an unsafe culture. There was no after-op survey to comment on this. Luckily I had some old pills from my hip-op five years before.

Leaving a review is not normally something i bother doing. But this is such a hard thing to deal with that i feel it is necessary to share our experience. First things first, it's very hard to be too critical when your wife is expecting a baby girl which is from a successful IUI and happened first time. We are extremely grateful for what they did for us and couldn't be happier. We were sent to Exeter from Torbay Hospital and our treatment was on the NHS. For people who have to pay, i would recommend seeking out the clinic with the best success rate, depending on distance for you to travel. At Exeter, don't expect to be seen on time. Not one of our appointments was. The first one was over an hour late. It's also a similar story with each process. Every new appointment we had was weeks/months of waiting. And the flexibility of appointments was virtually non-existent, which was very difficult juggling that and my wife starting a new job. The first week in particular pushed us right to the limit! However it is pretty obvious they are understaffed for the amount they have to take on and clearly a lot of them work long and hard hours. The staff are superb to say the least. We always felt welcome and looked after. They were always happy to help and talk. And during different procedures, they made us feel calm and comfortable. Our experience took around 2 years, from our first appointment at Torbay to a positive test at home. There was lots of waiting and lots of travelling from Torquay to Exeter. Patience was certainly the key and at times we felt like we could of just given up. But for anyone starting out, keep the faith that it will happen for you and be patient. You will get there in the end.

Awful communication from the very start. Have now moved clinics because the stress of dealing with them was just too much, and lead to a period of depression. Made an official complaint but they missed the point entirely, so I now give up and will never go back there. Read about my experience with them on my (ongoing) blog, bubsandthebees

Unlike the first reviewer, our experience has been great. The first reviewer is correct though in that the HFEA stats are not great and the clinic should really give their own percentages of success rather than national statistics BUT, that being said, Exeter Fertility have been brilliant to us! Occasionally, they are tricky to get hold of but they are always helpful and caring. Thanks to the medical staff and scientists, we are now expecting twins and could not have done it without these wonderful people. All of the staff were very friendly and go above and beyond even despite the fact they are MASSIVELY over stretched and underfunded like the rest of the NHS. Its easy for me to say now as the IVF worked for us first time, but I think even had it not worked, I would not have blamed the clinic. They do a great job and I would recommend them. :-)

Officially the worst in the region - according to the HFEA's website. However - not according to their own. Wasted my one free chance at Exeter Fertility - and now I will have to travel to Wales. What an absolute shambles. The nurses are lovely, everyone was friendly - but when you pay thousands of pounds, what's the point in going to the worst clinic in the region? Especially when their prices are higher than most. For ladies out there who (like me) didn't look at the success rates on the official HFEA website, please find them below. These are just for IVF cycles, for women under 35 using their own eggs. This is three years worth of data (2014) and the figures haven't improved since for Fertility Exeter. It's such a shame their website led me to believe 30 -35% success rates, but its actually so much lower. Don't waste your one free chance on the NHS like I did - please go elsewhere. It's not worth the risk, its already so hard on us, emotionally and physically - every tiny percentage counts when you are trying for a miracle. You can double your chances just by travelling 60 miles. I know the choice I would have made should I have had truthful information from their website. Exeter Fertility Pregnancies per cycle 17.8% Live Births Per Cycle 17.2% Singleton Live Births 13.6% Multiple Live Births 3.6% Live births per egg 20.7% Live Births per embryo transfer 25.7% Miscarriages per cycle 0.6% Bristol Center for Reproductive Medicine Pregnancies per cycle 26.1% Live Births Per Cycle 22.7% Singleton Live Births 19.3% Multiple Live Births 3.4% Live births per egg 35.1% Live Births per embryo transfer 40% Miscarriages per cycle 2.3% Bath Fertility Pregnancies per cycle 29.6% Live Births Per Cycle 26.8% Singleton Live Births 26.1% Multiple Live Births 0.7% Live births per egg 31.4% Live Births per embryo transfer 36.2% Miscarriages per cycle 2.1% London's Womens Clinic Wales Pregnancies per cycle 32.5% Live Births Per Cycle 29.4% Singleton Live Births 23.8% Multiple Live Births 5.6% Live births per egg 38.5% Live Births per embryo transfer 43.9% Miscarriages per cycle 2.5% My story? Ill keep it short - over/under cooked - 25 follicles turned into 4 eggs and only one fertilized. Months waiting without a phone call, nearly breached the 18 week pathway - reason? Because the consultant was on Holiday for a month and a new one was starting soon, so it would be a few months. Just another statistic - and a bad one at that. So they wasted nearly 8 months of my life - battered, bruised, forgotten about and nothing to show for it. As I said before, everyone is friendly enough - but something is going seriously wrong somewhere - and when you are in control of something as important as bringing children into the world - its not good enough. At least they offer you free counselling eh!

I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after my child. She was in the children's day ward for a 4 teeth extraction op under a general anaesthetic. Every staff member, from the external facilities company to the theatre staff were kind, caring, attentive and informative at all times, but made her feel at ease at all times. So many people involved for one child we shouldn't take advantage of this wonderful Institution.

I was seen half an hour after my scheduled appointment time but staff were so welcoming and comforting. The nurse and her colleagues made me feel relaxed as this was my first Colposcopy and a scary ordeal for me thinking the worst. Ended up being discharged and no further treatment required thank god! Definitely not putting off smears etc again and would feel comfortable next time around thanks to the team here. (Friday 03/08 after 12:30pm)

We had to go there at the time of my child's birth, found the staff lazy. They always tried to push there work on to us. Initially refused to give my wife a proper birth room. At night my wife had a lot of pain and staff on duty simply refused to give her drinking water (honestly you can not even refuse drinking water to animals). And lot more... which all comes down to their laziness.

Today I went to get my foot checked as I have an ongoing injury since March this year 2018, when I got called through to the cubicals a nurse finally showed up after an hour and a half to laugh at me when I told her I can’t get my sock on over my foot and it hurts. She continued to laugh as she said she’s never heard that ever. So I am beyond annoyed as are my mum dad and gran!!

Will not recommend this place to anyone and not because their treatment didn't work, but because it was not professional and timed badly, because all they care about is how to make as much money as they can from you, because of their service level: when the nurse before calling you doesn't even bother to check your medical record details and asking how pregnant you are when you are not even near that and that's why you are at their clinic!; when you have more than 5 people in contact with you from that clinic, but no one has the full record of whats happening next, and finally when they make you pay for an appointment in order to actually buy the package of their services and this given that you have already paid for the first appointment GBP250. This is not mentioning that when you burst into tears in their offices because feeling helpless to struggle with them further , they don't even offer any apology or the words of sympathy as if this is normal and that's how it should be in the normal order of events! Avoid at all costs.

The inital consolation with the staff discussing all of our options we knew we were in safe hands. Unfortunately it did not work first time around. After the first failed ivf attempt they went through all of the possibilities that we could change for a second attempt with them. Was worried it wouldn't work but they were reassuring and explained everything along the way. We were always greeted by name and we were able to laugh and chat with all the staff. We now have a gorgeous baby girl. Thank you so much and we have already recommended you to others.

My husband and I have become extremely familiar with this clinic over a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff and the incredible service that they provide. From day one we were welcomed with compassion and kindness, from reception all the way through to the consultants, the standard of care is extremely high and the entire process is made as easy as possible due to the wonderful nature of the staff. Having experienced both baby loss and failed IVF attempts with these people standing beside me, I can tell you without doubt that they genuinely care for their patients and quickly end up feeling like your extended 'fertility family'. I am by no means biased, despite their impressive track record my husband and I have not yet been lucky enough to carry a pregnancy to term, but despite this I would not want to be treated anywhere else.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. The staff are wonderful, so caring. My wife and I have now achieved our dreams with a baby due in the summer. The whole process of IVF was daunting at first. We have been through it before at a couple of private units and it frankly felt like they were just in it for the money and weren't interested in us as human beings with fertility problems and the biological clock ticking. They promised the earth and delivered nothing, and there were always surprise hidden extras! But this place is very different. They care about us as people. They're honest about the costs, and they are more reasonable than the other places. The staff explained that the ethos is being part of the NHS, despite being in a unit that is high spec and feels private. The staff are very experienced because they are all NHS through and through, and are part of the well known Liverpool Women's Hospital. Some people are lucky to be able to access this place on the NHS - we couldn't because of the rules that are in place about BMI (not invented by this place I hasten to add but a bunch of pen pushers called commissioning groups) and frankly for a couple of years my wife was comfort eating because of not being able to get pregnant! But I don't begrudge for a minute having spent my hard earned here, and hopefully we'll be back for number 2 next year as we still have embryos in the freezer! Patrick Smith.

I am giving the clinic 5 stars because my frozen embryo transfer worked first time. YeCs there was a long wait between having egg retrieval and then the transfer (6 months) however it is the Nhs. More than grateful to be given the opportunity. I found the appointments informative and the DRs were caring. Calling to speak to nurses were fine and I was responded to within few hours if they needed to call back. I am going back to have another transfer in a few months so I will update then.

This place is an absolute joke, they are never there, they take 6 weeks if you are lucky to fax the results to your doctor, they make people provide samples in toilets, half the tests required aren't even performed, its not comprehensive like friends of mine in another borough, just dont bother, time is important when trying to concieve and these jokers drag their heels at every juncture.... unprofessional and useless!

Very difficult to get someone on the phone, called for 3 days every 30 minutes and left number of voicemails but no call backs. Finally get through and the receptionist wasn't too bothered and felt like she didn't want to be there. Had attitude on her. I ask for appointment but she said that it was 2 months and 2 weeks wait for one. Very poor NHS service they have 4 day in a week available for appointments and only one hour for each day apart from one of the days they have 2 one hour slots. Very poorly run service, this is not a joke people have health issues that need resolving asap.

After some major communication issues and a lack of service in IVI Madrid we tried to move our treatment to London. I totally bought into DR McVeigh and was prepared to finish our treatment there. Due to some complications I was told they needed to get an answer from the HFEA but this was formality and they would come back to me in 3 days. Just over two months later and after much chasing on my side, they came back to me with negative answer, one I was not prepared for as Dr McVeigh had said it was " just a formality". Another two months wasted of finding the right clinic after already wasting so much time with their parent company in Spain. Speaking as someone who had had a lot of contact with IVI as a company - stay away there are many well established clinics in the UK.

I gave birth here in September, one of the busiest months for babies, in the midwife led part. They were brilliant from start to finish. The midwife who delivered my daughter, Sarah, was absolutely phenomenal. She had just finished delivering one baby, came to deliver mine and was rushing off to deliver the next one right after stitching me up. They do this with a smile on their face and they provide the best level of care. As a first time mum they kept me calm and level headed. The quality of care was second to none. You’ll be well looked after if you deliver your baby here.

Unbelievable care and service. The staff we had the pleasure of dealing with at Jessop Wing well and truly go above and beyond to make your whole experience an unforgettable one and for all the right reasons!! My wife and I both left VERY pleasantly surprised by our whole experience. I genuinely don't think they could've handled my daughters birth any better. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to all involved.

Very good service. Specially Aunti Grace. Every time I was in the women surgical unit (several times in the past 6 months) she was caring and attentive and listened to what I had to say. Really appreciate her bedside manner. Also my surgeon Mr Bidmead and his team gave me back my life. So thank you King's College hospital for a job well done.

HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT? Made a formal complaint 2 months ago about a data breach and despite chasing, have received no reference number, no idea of when i can expect a response - if ever, and no name of who is dealing with the complaint. This is not the first time the hospital has failed to respond to a complaint. How do they get away with such a total lack of accountability? A regular company would never be able to get away with such unprofessional behaviour. I'm profoundly disturbed by the way they just ignore justified concerns about serious failures. And there's nothing you can do when they don't respond; you can't go to PHSO until they respond; perhaps that's why they just ignore complaints? I think they just throw complaints straight in the bin. I wanted to write to the chief exec; but apparently they don't have one. No wonder they have such serious structural problems. I'm frankly amazed the authorities are not investigating.

Went to children’s A&E department with my daughter because she had pain in her stomach waiting time good the staff were really nice but Toy therapist kept giving wrong information about if she was allowed to eat or drink when we was told by the surgeons that she was allowed to eat and drink but we kept being told different information from the toy therapist and my daughters nurse but the toy therapist gave me and my daughter things to do and me and my daughter got told we was allowed to get water. when we was going to we was told we was not allowed out of the room as there was a patient with a gastrointestinal infection and we was then told to go back in and if we put hand sanitizer on we was allowed in the playrooms and have a walk around the department although the toy therapist said that we had to go back to our room and be bored it was a lot of messing around and misinformation this was in the sunshine ward. The doctors and nurses treating my daughter were really good especially when she had her blood test for the first time very supportive and really kind. Personally I would not recommend the toy therapist but i would recommend the sunshine ward.

First time I went A&E here it was horrible there was an African male doctor screaming at me when I was crying and in pain telling me ‘listen to me I’m same age as your father’ I was horrified that night that I left and then ended up in another hospital and was treated. So few months later I returned (yesterday) went early so wasn’t as busy the staff took my symptoms really seriously, took me to majors offered me food and tea was able to get Brian scan an hour later. When doctors and nurses were taking to me they were so nice and now I go back for MRI. I felt looked after. Was so much better than the first time.

Awful service. I had an appointment 7 months ago for an uveitis I have to follow up regularly. The doctor told me I had to go back after three weeks but I couldn't book the appointment at the reception. I called them 4 times, went to my GP to send a letter 3 times and finally after 6 months they booked my appointment over the phone. Well I thought so, the lady over the phone told me Friday 31st August at 11:25am. When I arrived at the hospital they told me my appointment was Thursday 30th at 4:15pm though I haven't received anything telling me the appointment had changed. They couldn't book me in neither could they book a new appointment at the reception so I have to wait for them to contact me again. I am on steroids drops and have only one eye left, I definitely don't recommend the hospital, what if it was cancer...

Professional to the last. The support and care we received was second to none. Our journey was long, but successful twice, what more could we ask? We are grateful for their expertise and we pray that all others who use them have a happy outcome. From the first moments on the phone with Sarah, to counselling, nursing, embryology and of course the unforgettable Dr Ashur, we have been treated with kindness and realism. We were never misled about the challenges. Never given false hope. We were simply given the facts. If you are in the unfortunate position to need their help, they will do all they can to provide it. There are no guarantees and they won't give you any, but our experience is that they will do their best. We wish them and anyone who chooses them blessings on their journey.

It started off well - but when it came to getting the results of our blood test back (which cost more than £1,200), we received zero communication for months, no e-mails/calls/post, or indeed anything, and had to chase things up to get to the bottom of the missing results ourselves. We were left sorely disappointed and decided to go elsewhere in the end as we feel they cannot be trusted to handle these types of personal issues competently. Speaking purely from my own experience, I would exercise caution here.

Awful place. I'm sure that your experience may be better if you're a paying customer, but if you're a donor don't expect a decent experience. I was led to believe that the risks in being a donor were slim, I was never told that because of my age or body weight I was a high risk. I ended up with moderate over-stimulated ovaries and am still suffering the consequences. It was never about financial compensation for me, it was always about helping and so had I been told that I was more at risk because of my age I would have waited until I was 30. I didn't google the risks because everyone knows that you shouldn't google medical things. Foolishly, I trusted them. This was a fault on my part, and it's a mistake I will not make again. I was hospitalised as a result of my donation. I am still not out of the woods. I was supposed to have a check up with the clinic but I rang to cancel as I was very unwell. No one answered so I left a voicemail. To date, no one has returned my call. Before the clinic had my eggs if I left a voicemail my call was returned the same day. Now they have my eggs, they couldn't care less. I've given up on ever hearing from them as they simply do not care. If you are going to donate, I would suggest you at least wait until you're 30 and I would suggest you discuss it with an NHS doctor who will give you all of the facts. Don't trust a private clinic that is going to financially benefit from your donation, because chances are they will play down the risks as they did with me. If anything my experience is confirmation that the NHS should remain as it is, and not become privatised. If it were not for the NHS picking up the pieces of this clinic's failings, I dread to think what might have happened.

I would certainly not recommend this place, I had a semen analysis done almost a month ago, they suggested I will get the results in a week to two weeks. It’s been almost a month and after emailing on the web portal a few times nobody has still got back to me. I rang today and was told that the lab nurses will look in to it. After all that still no joy. They are quick to grab your money but so laid back about the rest. DONT BOTHER

Appaling care. No compassion for patients, your just another number. Went for egg retrieval in January 2018 was sedated doctor did not even try to retrieve eggs as folicles were empty and i was charged £6,500 only for sedation, could not part refund as i was sedated they said. My issue is not that they ripped me off, rather that they did not provide the level of care i expected, left me in the room for 45 mins and then sent me home, no follow up call no follow up letter until March 2018 doctor apologising for late response and offering other options. Unacceptable at all levels. Avoid this clinic dont waste your money with them, go abroad. The girls attitude on the donor team was horrible. They need to consider patients feelings and emotions and provide the care patients need at this highly sensitive time. Search IVF spain Alicante, best clinic in the world.

Excellent place to take the kids, fun for all age ranges - even for toddlers if you use the soft play area on the top floor - and there's even room to eat your own picnic down in the basement picnic area. Well worth a visit - I've been there twice, once for the dinosaur exhibition, and once for the robots. Both trips were enjoyed by grandma and her 5 year old granddaughter. As well as our 7 month old, and by us too, from the films to the spinning turntables to the array of robots and the soft play area that we only discovered the second time around. Something for all ages.

Nice museum but is very children focused. Lots of activities for the kids so is a perfect family day out. If you don't have kids aim to go later in the day and not in summwr. Away from all the kids the planetarium is a must see, highly recommend seeing all the shows you can there. Perfect place to start getting into star gazing. Commentators for the shows are always nice, informative and helpful 👍

It has improved over the years, better overall for kids slightly older/taller (around 7). As too small and they can't go on the 4D ride. Height is checked in the que. Practical experiment zone looked quite good fun. It's not a cheap day out. £34 for a full price family ticket.

Enjoyed it. They had the robot exhibition aswell which was quite interesting. We went in the planetarium but unfortunately we are Deaf and could not understand what they were saying and it seemed long. Staff were very understanding and explained that they do have a transcript device if we had asked and gave us a small refund to compensate this. The little boy loved playing there. Bit expensive though, £15 each. Kids up to 4 are free.

spent 45 minutes trying to find a parking space, was getting near to my appointment time so I parked outside on Ninewells Avenue and ran to the clinic to be shouted at by a consultant that I SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON TIME! AND THAT I SHOULD LEAVE THE HOUSE EARLIER. Wouldn't listen to any explanation just an arrogant individual who really shouldn't be a doctor, her solution is to use public transport still didn't understand that I am one of the few people who work for a living!! Made a formal complaint didn't do any good!!..... Fantastic every step of the way, from the consultants, Drs, nurses and even the finance team! We never felt pressured in to making decisions and all our questions were answered clearly and sensitively. Because of the team at Oxford we have a beautiful little girl after 5 years of waiting, which would not have been possible without them. There was no financial pressure and we were never pushed in to buying extras like a lot of other clinics I have heard about. I would absolutely reccomend the clinic to anyone considering ivf.

So far my experience hasn't been very positive. To say they are getting the funding for this I am having to do all the ground work and liaise between hospitals asking for information Oxford Fertility haven't previously asked me for (My IVF consultant is very disorganised) and if I didn't ring up to check progress I imagine years would go by before they realised I hadn't actually had treatment. They never ring to say we now have this information, can you do this etc. I am constantly having to chase for what needs to be done. (and that keeps changing because it's not been chased up earlier) Already a stressful time, made worse by poor communication and lack of organisation.

Whenever I have need to go to the QMC, I am deeply impressed and grateful that we have this wonderful team of people delivering such expert, efficient & reassuring care. From the cleaners to the leaders and all those between (reception, nurses, technicians, doctors, consultants and many more), my experience is that you are all doing a brilliant job! Thank you!

Brilliant hospital. A&E is really clean, tidy and the wait times aren't long. The staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful.

Went here when I fractured my ankle and so tore a ligament. It was clean and tidy in the waiting room, and I was seen for the Triage after about 20 minutes and then was having an X ray after about another hour. The whole time there was under 2 1/2 house and I felt happy with the care and attention given. Hopefully I won't need to come back here again, but I felt comfortable with my time here.

My son has had a bowel operation, and the intensive care staff and surgeon did a wonderful job, saved his life practically, but because of Birmingham children's hospital not having a bed for him to stay closer to home (despite him being drip fed after a major operation to remove his bowel) he is on a normal ward meaning my wife now has to sleep on a camp bed rather than the family room we had, which was handy for me to rest after travelling from Telford, a 2 hour car journey, handy for all the family really, this lack of beds is proving to be a national disgrace, f***** UK government!!

Both babies delivered with no problems. Midwifes were very helpful but I would advise all new mums to read a bit about Labour as some I saw looked like they didn't know what for they came to the hospital. More prepared you are less care you need and less stressed you are.

Where do I start. I came here to be induced with my 1st baby when I was 2 days overdue as babys growth slowed. I went in at evening time could barely walk lol but was left waiting on a fold down chair for 45 minutes before anyone appeared. I do suffer from bad anxiety but I'm pretty co operative and polite with people. I finally put onto a induction suite with other women. Midwife who greeted me noticed the anxiety mentioned in notes and started treating me as if I were stupid. I had my partner with me as did other girls there. I'd barely been induced and they sent my partner home at 11 as it was night yet let the girl next to me have her partner stay until about 2. No one showed me were the nurse buzzer was either so when I when my waters broke a few hours after my partner had left I couldnt get anyones attention and had to sit in agony and wet for 15 mins. Finally a midwife came past and I told her, quickly transferred to a delivery room and was quite abrupt with me, I'm only 20 and it was my 1st so I was kind of scared. To sum it up, my partner almost missed the birth as they wouldnt call him when i begged them too, midwife kept shouting at me for "moving too much" and after baby was born I was quickly shoved into a bathroom and told to freshen up and be quick about it even though I kept passing out, then wheeled to the postnatal ward..barely checked on, and treated like I was stupid, and kept in for almost a week because no one bothered to do the correct checks in order for me to go home. While othees on my ward were being allowed to bath their baby I kept asking and so did my partner but they kept promising us then not mentioning it again. I appreciated the food each day but they are so understaffed and I feel some are prejudice against young mums.

Mr Nardo and his team are absoutley fantastic. Very realistic, very empathetic, very honest I felt very at ease every step of the way. After 5 failed IVF attempts I met Mr Nardo and I had a successful IVF cycle with him from 1 go. In my eyes this man is a miracle man and I will always be eternally grateful for what he did for us giving us a beautiful baby girl. I would not recommend anyone else other than Mr Nardo for people embarking on their fertility journey.

RHG made our fertility journey as positive as it can be and as a result we have our beautiful little boy. Staff are excellent and Dr Nardo really knows his stuff. As with all fertility treatments you need to have realistic expectations; be prepared to try alternative complimentary therapies and utilise additional services such as nutritional advice and counselling, which can really help. Highly recommended.

I am over whelmed by the excellent patient care the hospital staff offer to the patients. My very first experience was on the 11/06/2018 when I had an appointment to see a gyneacologist. Have been well looked after right from that day each time I come for my appointments. On the 3/09/2018, I had my surgery and I must say, this hospital deserves the award of the year for the excellent patients care. Thank you to each and every staff that has made my stay a comfortable one. Nurses, doctors, hospitality team, house keeping . You sacrifice alot , the long hours of standing on your feet to ensure that we are well looked after during our most vulnerable moments. I appreciate you all. Jane

My 92 year old mother had an emergency admission, Paramedics amazing, staff on ward fairly helpful. But basic nursing care appalling. No wash or assistance with a wash though semi bedridden had to use alcohol gel beside bed to clean her hands after using the loo etc no soap or water available during her stay. Plus nursing staff a little bit of thought for elderly frail arthritic patients ... they cannot open up marmalade sachets or butter sachets, or take lids of their breakfast so she had nothing until eventually found her bell and had to ring for help. As a senior ward sister for 15 years basic care goes a long way .Check that patient has a drink they can reach ,the bell they can reach ,are warm enough and ask if they need assistance prior to walking away ...your lives will be easier in the long run !

I was treated with care and attention from start to finish. Arrived in a&e and was triaged quickly and seen by doctor. Despite some services not being available on the weekend made sure I had an imaging and gynae appt first thing Monday with the outcome being I was signposted to specialists needed for further outpatient treatment. Thank you all for your compassion and kindness.

Wonderful staff and excellent quality of care. Although the media tends to paint NHS hospitals as third world hospitals, this was far from the experience I had during my recent admission to A&E. After an extremely short waiting time, I was given a bed, hooked up to various monitoring systems, had an X-Ray taken, and had blood tests along with results done within just a couple of hours of arriving. The nurses were extremely professional, attentive and kind throughout my stay. A huge thank you to all the staff that continue to make this place so great, and provide this excellent service.

Charlatans is what I describe BMI Shirley, these warning letters I keep getting from yourselves surely is illegal, stating bailiffs will come round to my house or I will be summoned to court for failing to attend a appointment as a result of incurring a incorrect charge of £55 (I simply rearranged my appointment for the week after and paid the fee on the day of around £150 but due to staff admin errors has highlighted me as missing a appointment resulting in a penalty fee). Believe you me I have tried ringing, emailing, speaking to BMI and collection services but not one person is capable of resolving my issue as they say the decision comes from the director of BMI Shirley and the only way of resolving this is by emailing her? I have tried emailing the director a few times but no replies, this has been going on for 3 years now and the letters keep getting more aggressive, what a way to treat one of your customers. I want to know where these customer penalty fees go to, it's obvious to me from reading other reviews that this happens quite often. This is outrageous, is this what you do? You prey on the weak, ill and elderly? And scare these people to paying nonsense incorrect penalties?

My experience at Shirley Oaks was great. I was an NHS patient having a left inguinal hernia repair and after reading the reviews online I was apprehensive at the thought of attending this hospital. The staff i encountered were extremely helpful. The receptionist, nurses, cafe staff and the surgeons. All very professional. When I had my consultation, it was very fast and over with within 5 minutes. I felt that wasn't enough time to get my head around things and ask the Dr questions, However, he was amazing and has done a great job. Thank you. I would recommend this hospital as I have experienced nothing but care, attentiveness and a willingness to be helped by the staff here. One again, thank you.

Good facilities, food and waiting time for treatment via private healthcare. Day nurses were however disappointing. One nurse was especially rude whenever asked questions and rarely checked-in to ask if the patient was ok after undergoing a major surgery. The consultant did a good job but only provided an explanation/summary of quite a major operation after being promoted. On that basis, I would only recommend this hospital as a lower-mid tier private health care option.

I gave birth to my 1st child here and the staff on the induction ward to the delivery unit were absolutely amazing. They delivered my baby safely and they were on the ball. The care on the postnatal ward, ward 47b wasn’t that great. They didn’t check on you or the baby and they took ages to come to you if you rang the buzzer. Some of the midwives on this ward seemed like they couldn’t be bothered.

I did the scan and next day the nurse cancelled the appointment because I didn used contraception 😡😡😡😡nobody said anything about that not even the leaflet and now I received new date at 1th October.... NHS it is not any more what it uses to be. Many times quality of care is poor because of some nurses which are coming to work only to pass the time.... then having facilities such as ones in the picture: baby changing toilet without support for baby... or toilet with one sink but two soap dispensers. There is no use of sense at all.

I recently had a hysterectomy under Mr Edi-Osage 1 week ago. I can honestly say the care given from the the pre admission girls(Courtney) who was absolutely fabulous to the anaesthetist. I think her name was Kathryn. To all the nurse throughout my procedure. Abd of course my consultant for doing an amazing job we’re absolutley brilliant. Their care was second to none. They are so under staffed but still manage to do a brilliant job. Tizzy abd emma I think she was called my staff nurses who looked after me on the ward and the nursing assistants were amazing too. I think credit and praise should be shown to these amazing nurses and doctors for what they do Day in, day out. Thank you all for your care. Kerrie Walsh. 💕😀

I've had a few outpatient appointments with Consultants, Nerve Conduction studies, and a MRI scan here. It's a very mixed bag; the 3 stars are for the kind, sincere and warm staff that I encountered. The hospital is let down by the cold and rude receptionist on the main Outpatient reception, and also the administrative staff who loudly sniggered about a patient 'not having medicare' and obviously picking and choosing who they thought were worthy of a complimentary drink. I found them to be very judgemental and unprofessional - something I haven't ever witnessed in any other public or private hospitals.

I had a consultation with a Dr A J Pool at the BMI Esperance in Eastbourne in May17 and after 6 months of physio. Dr Pool was able to review an MRI I had done and give me an injection into my hip which whilst painful for two days afterwards left me able to walk and do chores normally after more or less being incapable of doing anything for six months. I had a follow-up a few weeks later and all was good. More than six months on all still good. Great hospital and great service. I look forward to using them again if needed.

Great service for multiple surgeries and post-surgery care. However, every single time I call the MRI department I am dealt with by the same receptionist who is rude and abrupt, before being cut short on the call. I then have to call back on the main number and waste another staff members time. 4 times now.

I cannot recommend the Agora highly enough. From the start, to the end of the treatment, our care was wonderful. Each step of the process is carefully explained, and the clinic staff are always available to support and advise as needed. Each and every person we spoke to at the clinic was caring, professional and friendly- in particular, i felt that the kindness and care shown to us by Mel was exceptional, she really did go above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one. The treatments are fairly priced in our opinion and we found the staff approachable, and very willing to discuss all options, possibilities and ideas. It’s a beautiful, clean clinic and a place where you feel instantly at ease. I am very grateful to the Agora and can safely say that booking that first appointment truly changed my life!

After being treated in 5 clinics I will rate this the best. Don't be put off by the number of blood tests, they are extremely accurate and monitor very close your cycle. You won't find any other clinic that take blood at 7 in the morning on Christmas day. Patients here are priority and have all my respect for that. If you work they are very flexible compared to other clinics, you can have blood tests and scans done very early morning. The only down side there is a long waiting list and there is a bit of selection, but I was accepted even had low chances. Prices are like any other clinic and the overall cost for 1 cycle is a little higher just because you are monitored closely, in other clinics you will spend the same amount having had a few cancelled cycles and wasted your money. I didn't find the staff rude at all or at least no more than any other clinic, but everyone was extremely efficient and professional.
Claire Goodhead
Claire Goodhead
As with many couples, ARGC was our last chance after failed treatments elsewhere. They take a personalised tailored approach to each patient. You are constantly monitored and you should expect a lot of blood tests, scans and drugs. Not cheap, but if you want results, I’d recommend ARGC over other clinics.
O Ngozika

I wish they treated people better. They make you feel like cattle. Why not spend some of the bags if money and invest in a computerised system with set appointment times and a decent waiting room so that women at the clinic are treated better.
Julie
Julie
The main issue is with how they treat people. You are just a number. You wait 30 min to 1 hour for a scan, they don’t try to speed things up or optimise, they don’t care. You never get privacy when speaking about your situation, it’s always in front of 5 other people waiting by the front desk. The morning of my egg collections, one of the nurses yelled at me because 1 page in my file was not filled in. The first day I collected the meds, no one had told me I would get a large bag full of meds which I had to take with me to a conference in Canary Wharf.

Being a patient at the Bridge centre has been a wonderful experience for us. We have been extremely lucky and have two beautiful babies, a girl in 2012 and a boy in 2018 using the frozen embryo from our first IVF cycle. From the initial meeting with our consultant, we knew that we wanted to start our fertility treatment at the Bridge centre. My treatment plans felt tailored to me, our doctor listened to our concerns and explained procedures in great detail. The bridge centre was always available if I had any questions. All the staff I have met with at the Bridge centre have been friendly and caring. My daughter loves visiting our consultant and the nursing team. The bridge centre has given us our family and words cannot express how thankful we are!

I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this page, People are quick to tell people about the bad things & never the good so I felt it was important to let everyone know what The Bridge did for my family! At what was the most stressful, heart breaking years of our life - The Bridge gave us hope. The nurses and doctors were always supportive & encouraging. In 2012 they helped make our dreams come true! 5yrs on we have a beautiful clever little girl that one day in the not so distant future (we hope & pray) she will be a big sister as we return for our frozen embryos! We are forever grateful to The Bridge & will never forget what you did for us.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC I've applied to be an egg donor for altruistic reasons. I wasn't aware the clinic makes a fortune on donated eggs but that's ok, it's a private clinic after all. I was greeted by the doctor who hugged me, told me what wonderful support they will give me and what an amazing person I was to be a donor. Fast forward to the scan - turns out one of my ovaries is really small and I cannot be a donor cause the clinic cannot squeeze enough eggs out of me to make good business. This is where the pleasant phase ended - I was pretty much kicked out on the street with a leaflet that I should freeze my remaining eggs for 25K £. Needless to say I was devastated emotionally as I never worried about my fertility before. Greedy despicable people. I went for a private scan today to a different clinic, everything is fine with me. I just wasn't a cash cow for the Bridge Centre. If you're reading this I'm sure you are desperate to have a baby. Please choose a different clinic that actually respects people.

As a very proud Mummy of 2 CRGH miracle babies, it’s hard to put into words quite how grateful we are to them. When we thought our gorgeous family would never happen, they made it. I have no words to describe how we were treated during our initial consultation and subsequent phone calls. We did not choose CRGH based on their poor customer service and insensitive and unprofessional consultant. Unfortunately they don't have a complaint procedure.

Alarmist, Insensitive, Domineering, Egotistical and Unprofessional This is the best way I can describe the consultant we saw at CRGH. There was minimal reviewing of our case file, a barrage of alarmist comments and numerous irrelevant anecdotes for the benefit of the other consultant present. Our case is a difficult one and I don’t expect any sugar coating but a level of professionalism and sensitivity is expected from someone who makes a living from assisting couples have a family. PARTICULARLY given that managing the emotional side of a fertility journey is one of the hardest parts. I can’t decide whether the consultant is simply not a nice human being or whether they turned on the despicable theatrics to discourage us from pursuing IVF so as not to damage their stats. Possibly both. Either way, the company culture set by this kind of person cannot be good. We did not even consider IVF with this clinic and so cannot speak for their results. But based on the appalling treatment we received at our initial consultation and during subsequent phone calls I would urge people to avoid them like the plague.

Without CRGH we would not have our newborn twins. As 43 and 41 year olds, we had experienced several years of heartache attempting to have children. From day one, it was such a comfort to step inside CRGH - the warmth and friendliness radiated from the lovely team on front desk through all the different floors in the building. The staff are responsive, supportive, compassionate and incredibly knowledgable, we really can't speak highly enough about our experience there, and i would say the same even if we had not been successful.

My experience with CRGH has been largely positive (except for the initial consultation where we were kept waiting nearly one hour), and I can't say enough about the receptionists, ultrasound technicians and phlebotamists who constantly went above and beyond with regard to both the quality of their care and their caring attitudes.

Very money orientated and doctor constantly late. Doctor not showing up at time of egg collection with 2 patients in front of me... Never had a scan before going into theatre to check if follicles were still there. Was told my eggs did not fertilize. This is the only clinic where my eggs did not fertilize... and it happened twice.

We cannot thank Dr Gorgy enough for helping us bring our wonderful son into this world and complete our family. The Fertility Academy is an exceptional IVF clinic in London where you get personal care from a top fertility consultant from start to finish. If you are struggling to conceive, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

The staff is very nice and helpful! I went to the A&E and didn’t have to wait more than an hour! Also, the GP who visited me was super friendly, listened to me carefully and has been able to come up with an effective treatment! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Whittington Hospital.

An excellent district hospital in a demanding location. No parking and some aged buildings (as well as some new ones) but a positive atmosphere. Most staff and patients I've met seem to prefer this hospital to others in the general area.

Our young son was brought into A&E with a broken leg. The ambulance had called ahead and there was a team of 12 staff waiting for him on arrival. The care was fantastic. He was in agony and was handled with great compassionate. As parents we were kept informed at all stages, which was reassuring. He was later transferred to a children's ward where he stayed for a week. Again the care was fantastic - from the paediatric to orthopaedic doctors and consultants, anaesthetists and pain management teams, nursing staff, play centre workers, physio and the porters. Thank god for the NHS - the Whittington is a shining example in our opinion.

Regarding the maternity service, all reception staff and flabotamiats are incredibly rude and dismissive of patients. The nurses and midwives however are lovely, sweet and genuinely caring. I wouldn't recommend choosing the Whittington to give birth in as no one should have to tolerate that lack of dignity, especially not a sensitive pregnant lady.

First of all receptionist really rude, have more attention to his phone than to help us. Waiting over 4h for have a look from doctor. They calling one person (who left already) one time, going back somewhere, dissapear for 15min, coming back again calling for the same person and another time. Another lady coming again for calling same person. Terrible organisation... They don’t care how long people are waiting... During the time they were calling people who are not there, they could help many other people waiting there...

I was admitted to Surgical Admissions Unit 2 on 30 July 2018 for minor surgery. I wish to record how impressed I was by all reception and ward staff. They were very friendly, efficient and extremely professional. The whole procedure was carried out quickly and with the minimum of fuss and the after care was excellent. A big thank you to Mr Siddiqui and his brilliant team - they were very friendly and made me totally at ease and informed throughout the procedure. This is an example of the NHS at its very best. Many thanks.

I have been in and out of James Cook Hospital for the past 4 months as my mother had fell down the stairs, the care she received was outstanding and phenomenal. I am so grateful to each and every nurse, doctor she's back on her feet (slightly still weak) but that's unexceptional wish more recognition and credit was given to tremendous, caring nurses and doctors. Thank you

We had a great experience here - had a personality clash with the first doctor we saw but then had a great consultant, saw him for every visit (unlike other reviews on this site) and had success. Yes, the wait times can be long but it had a nice feel to it. Also, from what I've heard they are a lot more relaxed in terms of their approach outside of the medicine - they told me to relax and live my life as normally as possible which was great, no strange diets or yoga poses!

I had a very good experience at the Lister Fertility Clinic. I did see quite a few members of the nursing team who were all pleasant and helpful. I was always seen by the same consultant for appointments and I found the secretaries very helpful. I was made aware from the start of treatment that the doctors work as a team and therefore my consultant may not perform my egg collection or embryo transfer. However, I was told that if I specifically wanted my doctor to perform the embryo transfer I could ask, it may not be possible but no harm in asking. My cycle was unsuccessful but I will definitely be returning for another cycle to the Lister. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Raef Faris, Mr James Nicopoullos, sonographer Alison Thomas and nurse Nikita.

Terrible clinic and Dr James Nicoupoullos added to this- avoid at all costs. Had 1 round of IVF here and 2 frozen transfers. I am now 10 weeks pregnant but would never go back here, and would tell anyone considering treatment to avoid this place. Wait times are ridiculous, sometimes we waited for up to 3 hours with little or no apology. As mentioned in other reviews, you rarely see the same Dr again, no care or attention is given to your individual case you are just another person having treatment. Drs are always in a rush, it is just a churn through service. I have a pre-existing medical condition and various errors were made throughout my treatment as no one ever read my notes or took the time to look through my background. No personalised care. TERRIBLE avoid at all costs. Only plus side was the nurses and sonographers were very nice.

Nice clinic but our blastocyst didn't attach, two weeks later I went for a scan elsewhere for a check up and they discovered a big polyp, quite suprised how the Lister didn't discover it considering how many scans they were doing, as it couldve made alot of difference to the outcome of my treatment, if Id removed the polyp pre-treatment.

Please do not donate or purchase genetic material from here - The care for the donors is absolutely abismal. I donated three years ago and still no one will tell me if there has been a result. They forget that donors are real people and that our DNA actually means something to us. To them it's just a product that they pretty much manipulate out of you through lip service and smiles. How that all changes once they get what they want.

LWC have been amazing. After two failed IVF attempts and a very negative experience at a very highly regarded clinic, my husband and I decided to go elsewhere. A friend recommended The Holly in Buckhurst Hill, part of LWC. We had to visit the London clinic twice but most of our consultations were at Buckhurst Hill. Everyone who support us throughout this cycle have been truly amazing, caring and taken time to explain things in the detail we really neede. Options were given but never pushed upon us, pricing was clear and every time I called both the London centre and the Hollie my call was answered. I can’t thank the team enough, my consultant, the nurses, the embryologist all completely amazing caring people.

Medical teams and support staff are excellent but i dread calling this hospital and speaking to the administration staff, those in the cashiers department in particular. Appalling phone manner and absolutely no inclination to help. If you don't go away quickly they develop an attitude which is adversarial and belittling. Aren't they there to help us? Apparently not.

I’ve recently had a medical procedure there and the entire experience has been amazing. State of the art technology (available at only two other NHS hospitals) plus the members of staff have been truly professional. The consultants that saw me explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The nurse went as far as helping me navigate the building for various tests and told me a bit about the history of the hospital plus she kept in touch after the procedure to make sure I was recovering well. I felt privileged to receive such amazing care and I admire their collective effort.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life. I saw people laughing and having normal conversations, came in after me and saw the doctor before me. The reception staff are beyond RUDE! If you can go somewhere else do not hesitate to do so! Also saw a woman in a very critical condition, couldn’t breathe and someone was holding her in their arms. He had to create a scene for someone to come check her! Absolutely horrible staff!

I have a rare health condition that has seriously impacted my life and have seen numerous specialist at different hospitals in the UK, some are very well known. I had almost completely given up any hope of finding help for my condition, however I believe that I have finally gotten to see a specialist here that my possibly be able to help me. The hospital is large and complex in its layout, and very busy, however the staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful and able to guide me to the places within the hospital that I needed to get to, such as blood tests, pharmacy and consulting rooms. Hopefully things will work out positively for my condition now that after many years I believe that I may have finally found the right specialist/consultant.

Wonderful talented staff. Some people complaining for petty things without knowing how hard they work day and night. It is important to know there are many agency staff working their too some of them can be not upto speed as the UCLH staff and do not take much responsibility. From me 5* ratings and always great full for taking care of my family.

I received a text message for an appointment I knew nothing about, it didn’t say a department just a number to call if you could not attend. Currently I have tried over 30 times (each time holding for a minimum of 20 minutes), it says their busiest times are 9-10 and 2-3 and to call back outside these times. No matter what time you call you cannot get through, so I am currently travelling to the hospital to attend an appointment with someone. I go to 6 different clinics so will only find out when I get there. I received no letter only a text message as per above, and if I don’t attend I’m likely to be discharged from the clinic. UCH when you do send out appointment letters they state that missed appointments cost £160 - how many are missed because the patient cannot get through to you on the phone. It’s a totally different story when I deal with clinics at Royal Free Hampstead, they answer their phones. UCH please learn from them.

Have visited the Minor Injuries unit a number of times and they are Great! There isn't a very long queue, the staff are well trained and even when exceptionally busy, they are still warm and welcoming (with the exception of one nurse on one occasion, but that could have been a really bad day). If you are looking for an egg donor, please read and take into consideration the following: Once I signed up to become and egg donor, from my first initial query right to the very last communication, I had to chase Wessex for an update. After every test, every consolation... Everything! Information provided was minimal and communication internal and external - Terrible. After 6 months of waiting/chasing for updates, chasing for test results and being told on serval occasion that they were now ready and/or finding me a match, I suddenly receive a letter (of all forms of communication!) Telling me that I could not donate. To say that I was heartbroken would be an understatement - After being told so many times it would go ahead, apparently they 'forgot' to test me for something and when they did, it turns out something within my genetics meant that if I donated and the potential receiving parents had the same thing, it could cause complications. After asking multiple times, they never did clear up if I can't donate or if they just didn't want to screen potential parents to ensure my genetics wouldn't cause a problem. I hate to be negative, especially when surrounding such a sensitive topic but I feel I need to be honest about my experince. I would have loved to have been able to give this gift and while its not necessarily Wessex's fault that I am unable too, they unfortunately made this whole process extremely lengthy, painful and a lot more difficult than ever necessary! It took over 6 months for Wessex to finally come to the decision of no. I'm sure a lot of people considering to donate would have given up sooner than that and I genuinely hope that after this experience that Wessex will change the way they treat people that are trying to do something out of the kindness of their hearts.

I would not recommend this facility in Poole. While the procedures were carried out in Southampton satisfactorily the attention to detail in poole was poor. If the consultant had been more thorough with my wife's blood test results before embarking on an expensive and invasive protocol none of it would have been necessary. We did not get a baby because my wifes thyroxine levels were not right. The monitoring and adjusting of these was left up to us and was not double checked before protocol began. Dissatisfied, we got a second opinion in Dorchester with r Dooley who immediately spotted a problem with the hormone therapy my wife was under and referred to a specialist in London. Between them and my wife's GP they got the hormones where they should be at minimal expense and we conceived naturally. So in summary Wessex are very good at up selling techniques but not good at ensuring that you have the best chance of success. Go elsewhere in my opinion.

PARKING SCAM. Be very warned indeed. Visited this hospital out of visiting hours and got turned away. Returned later with a bag to drop off for my extremely poorly sister who was pregnant. After a month or so I received a fine from Parking Eye stating I had been parked for hours without leaving. I have emailed Gary, Charlotte, Parking Eye & now BBC Watchdog. I've been treated appallingly with no ticket cancellation. Parking Eye are now taking me to the small claims court. Awful, awful hospital.

My heartfelt thanks to the wonderful YDH staff - and thank you beloved NHS for keeping on looking after us, whatever we come in with, whenever we appear day or night, however long it takes.
