I was so shocked and upset to find out that I was pregnant. Its not what I wanted at all. I had so much stress and no one to talk to. I knew that I had to seek help to end the pregnancy. Mr Stafford and his team were amazing. His PA was so caring and sympathetic on the phone and immediately put me at ease. She explained the process and the implications very clearly. At the hospital, I couldn't have been dealt with better. Totally non-judgemental and extremely helpful. I felt re-assured and supported through the whole process. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Both Dr. Stafford and his PA Kellie showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. I was really upset with my situation and very nervous but all my questions were answered in a very understanding way. The process wasn't half as bad as I had imagined, probably because I fully understood what was going to happen. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs an abortion. They are always available and easy to get hold of.

I have called this clinic to enquire about a scan and have been treated with rudeness that is above and beyond what is acceptable. The lady on the other end of the call (whoever she is) should not work in the medical industry - When it comes to their health patients would want someone who is understanding and respectful as opposed to rude and careless. I hope this gets to the manager of this clinic as I'm sure many patients have been victims of this lady's obscene behaviour.

I worked at this hospital for 3 months and enjoyed it. It is close to public transport routes so if you don't have a car it is easy to get to. It's a small hospital and does not have an emergency department. If you come across someone by the name of Martina Holmes that works there be careful, she either makes up stories or exaggerates what happened and makes you look worse than Hitler.

Hospital is well sign posted throughout, though there are lots of friendly staff around to help find your way around the hospital if you get lost. The hospital has a café (Wilbers Café) which sells a wide variety of hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Ample hospital parking is available, free for 20 mins otherwise tariffs apply. (valid as of September 2018) There is no A&E department.

Had gallbladder removed.Staff was friendly and attentive through the entire procedure . They all did wonderful work making me feel calm and safe. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder . Hartlepool has been my hospital of choice for over 15 years and I wish they would reopen it for other services. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this hospital, staff is always friendly and caring, but also efficient in their tasks. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My son had an appointment that lasted 40 minutes, staff brilliant but the cost to park was £3.00. It's £3.00 to park from 30 minutes to 12 hours. The first 30 minutes are free. After waiting to be seen and then your appointment, how many get out within the 30 minutes. It cost more than most London hospitals for that amount of time. You should only have to pay for the time your parked. Diobolical!

The location it's self is lovely and the reception staff seem lovely but if you are an NHS patient be prepared to get spoken to rudely and treated as if nobody cares. They would prefer to see some big money before making you feel welcome and worthy of being there. Awful experience which left me very upset and the consultant I saw had absolutely no compassion towards my situation.

I want to share what a brilliant service I received here. People are often too quick to leave negative comments without it being constructive in anyway, and not many people take time to share positive feedback. When I asked to have my baby at the women's I wanted to know I was in safe hands. I certainly was. I can't fault any aspect of care I received, which I am grateful for. My labour was induced and although it did not 'go to plan' my baby and I were very well looked after by all staff from midwives, doctors, anaesthetists, student midwives, healthcare staff and catering teams. They were all fantastic and I couldn't of asked for better care. My midwife and student midwife on the day of delivery were very attentive and did all they could to ensure smooth delivery. Even after I was discharged and my phone was left on the bed, and ended up in the linen room the two porters did all they could at half past midnight to reunite me with my phone which was so important to me as I had just taken so many precious photos of my new baby! They went above and beyond and are stars!

I think this hospital is fantastic, I have had all 3 of my children here, first I had an emergency c-section all staff we're great and friendly I then went to have 2 other children planned c-sections, my last child came out with an infection and had to spend a week in neonatal all staff there we're lovely too even gave all the mommies with children mother's day cards

Would help if they actually answered the phone! It's a good job it's not an emergency! I'm 18 weeks and still haven't had a scan yet at my midwife appointment she couldn't even get through to them cause no one was answering! So I don't even know if I'm booked in or not I really don't need this worry and stress!

Was referred by Summercroft surgery to see ENT, when I got there the doctor said he can’t help me because he doesn’t have access to my MRI scan which was done at The Royal Brompton. So he sent me away. Didn’t help me with anything, refused to even look at it or discuss my symptoms. On top of that, upon my arrival I was asked by the receptionist in a very loud voice for how long have I been out of the country in the last year. This was after I told her my name which is a clear indicator that I’m originally from abroad. From what I know, you are not meant to ask verbally, you give a paper form for the patient to fill, don’t just shout it out loud like that. Will never recommend this place to anyone

I was admitted under Mr Singhal for a planned appendicectomy. Stayed in overnight. The experience was much better then I anticipated. Mr Singhal is an excellent surgeon. I was a very anxious patient. Nurse Andre admitted me with the help of health care assistant Jo. They were caring, and very efficient getting all the pre operation investigators done quickly before the surgery. Andre collected me from theatre and was very reassuring . Post surgery theatre nurse Vicki was also very calm and reassuring. I had a night nurse Maria and a day nurse Peter both of whom were absolutely excellent. Usually I do not write reviews but on this occasion because I had such a good experience I made time to write this.

Cannot recommend the Priory Hospital highly enough. From my original consultation to my surgery today, the service and job that all of the consultants and staff do is absolute second to none. I went to the Priory Hospital at 13:30. It took an hour to start the chest x-ray. Didn't feel private at all. Rather, it felt like I was in a normal NHS hospital. I'd rather go elsewhere if I had a choice. I was a bit stuck, otherwise I would not have stayed.

My 3 star rating is not based on our treatment outcome as that would be just ridiculous. I don't understand why would anyone give 1 star rating to any clinic 'just' because the treatment didn't work. At Bourn Hall the staff are friendly but somewhat distant, we have undergone 4 treatments here and overall their approach was ok. Sometimes explanation was missing so we didn't know what was happening, quite a few times we were feeling unwelcome and only as a number on the system. In the end I would recommend this clinic to anyone but would warn not to expect amazing but alright treatment.

We felt a good atmosphere in bourn hall clinic Kochi, the doctors are self-restraint, that’s our preliminary expectation from any ideal hospital .and the treatment is good and each session of treatments were well explained by each department. Especially the staffs are very co-operative and we got a nice caring behavior from the nurses And front office staffs, each staff are dedicated to serve the patient with pleasant smile and the emotional support that makes us distressed.

We did not a get a good vibe from Bourn Hall and certainly wouldn’t return for treatment. Upon attending a recent open evening, potential clients were handed a 3 page document, pricing all and sundry with zero indication as to what a typical treatment plan might entail or actually cost. This opaque pricing structure makes difficult to compare this clinic with its industry peers. No doubt Bourn will defend this statement but I can assure any reader that other clinics are more upfront. Excellent as their treatment might be, my wife and I were deterred by this lack of transparency. There were zero questions from floor after the presentation which for me reflected a lack of engagement in the room.

In what can be one of the most stressful and challenging times of your life, the BCRM make your fertility journey as easy and pain free as possible. I wouldn't have wanted to be treated anywhere else as the staff are just incredible. Dr Akande, Carrie, Jane, Anne (and many more) always go the extra mile to answer any questions, soothe any nerves and generally make you feel like the most cared for person in the world. After a long three years of trying to conceive we are finally expecting twins and couldn't be more thankful to the BCRM for making that possible.

After 6 years of tryings and several unsuccessful tentatives (3 IUI and 1 IVF) we decided to make our last tentative of IVF at BCRM. I will never thank BCRM enough to give me the chance to feel the happiness of being 28 weeks pregnant with twins :-)! Beyond their successes there are professional people with great competences to treat each case individually, together with a personal touch and care! Thank you for your great job!

We have had a wonderful experience at the BCRM. We have just been lucky enough to have a second successful pregnancy from ICSI treatment and coming back a second time felt like coming back to our family. Carrie and Trish and all of the nurses that looked after us throughout our treatment were all very sensitive, positive and encouraging but most of all were really warm and caring and were always ready to give a big hug. Not only are the staff at the BCRM incredible proficient and professional, there is also a really personal feel there and all of the staff, from the doctors - Dr Price was brilliant - to the receptionists get to know you well and make you feel welcome and at ease. We cannot thank the staff at the BCRM for their care and support through some very turbulent years in our lives and for ultimately helping us to achieve a family.

After roughly 5 years of trying, we finally decided to go down the IVF route. It was slightly terrifying initially but Carrie was so straight forward and kind that all those feelings were alleviated. The team were realistic and did the tests and scans that needed to be done. I’ve heard of other places where you go in daily for blood tests; we didn’t do that and the result was a calm mother! I gave birth to our beautiful boy two weeks ago and cannot thank the team enough.

I can compare this to 2 other clinics and unfortunately I cannot rate this clinic as good, seem to still be "finding their feet". Reception staff civil at best and not always open when arriving for appointments, clinic staff a little warmer but impersonal/cold. Only time I got a phone call was very demanding asking for money otherwise I had to call for results or queries, was oversold drugs that I didn't need or use and they wouldn't take back. No real suppprt available out of office hours. Was told to google how to use the drugs! I've had many rounds of IVF and the 1 round I did here was my least successful by way of egg quality and any to freeze, I didn't have a follow up to check if it had worked so not sure how they manage their success statistics.
John Russell
John Russell
Can't tell whether they're any good, but they are slow, inefficient and unhelpful. It's hard to get hold of them on the phone in office hours, and I suspect they're only responding well after their deadlines because I chased them. And they will only deal with my GP, which seems unhelpful.

I am extremely happy with the treatment and care I received at this clinic. I always felt relaxed and confident during the treatment. The best thing I did was leave CRGH clinic in London and seek treatment at Care London. This clinic did their best to make the process as less stressful as possible. Though like all clinics they ask for payment first before treatment, they are not a money grabbing clinic, my health and well-being came first. They tried their best to cut down costs without me asking and told me which blood tests my GP may be able to do which saved me money. Certain scans and consultations were free. They really did their best to work around me when booking appointments and were always happy to answer any questions I had no matter how small. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Was great all the way through, couldn't fault the nurses. Was completely let down at the end of our treatment when it mattered the most. My wife had her egg retrieval and didn't feel ready to have her eggs put back when they was supposed to. We shared our concerns with the docs and they was more concerned about getting her in and out. We was told all the way through we can have 2 eggs put back although they don't recommend it.. when it got to the procedure they wouldn't put 2 back and instead told us to freeze one which we couldn't afford after already spending thousands. Was made to feel like it was our only option so I had to find a spare 500 quid out of thin air after we was told freezing any remaining embryos was included in the cost of the treatment (it was not). We really just felt like a number at the end. They had our eggs, they had our money and now they wanted rid. My wife has been put off IVF for life after this horrific experience. It's a very emotionally and physically draining experience and after seeing the pain my wife went through after her egg retrieval (that was meant to be just an uncomfortable feeling) I would not recommend to anyone. She was in a lot of pain for weeks to the point she nearly passed out at work.

From the first enquiry email we were made to feel important. Every aspect of our journey was carried out with compassion and honesty, allowing us to feel completely in control and looked after, during such an emotional and testing time. We would recommend anyone considering fertility treatment to seek advice from Care Fertility, and we can say with complete confidence and a four day old baby girl, that taking the time to save for private treatment was the best option.

Fantastic experience all round. Every member of staff from consultant to ward staff and reception were so friendly and helpful; even after being discharged! Consultants extremely knowledgeable and able to offer the most up to date options which have resulted in a much more positive outcome for us in just 5 months start to finish compared to our 1.5 year ordeal with St marys which was a catalogue of errors. Yes we had to pay at care fertility but it's been worth every penny!

My husband and I have decided to undergo a treatment with CARE in Northampton, since the clinic seemed to be rated good. Unfortunately, our experience is currently completely different. Mistakes are possible but the frequency and intensity of the occurrences is just striking. We have relocated to the UK from Germany and had started a treatment there as well, so we are well aware of what is reasonable to expect. I want to share my experience here in order to create transparency and initiate a change. Some of my experiences fall in line with the experiences shared by others below. I am also having trouble to reach the clinic staff. Whenever I call there is nobody answering and just a voicemail. I have to call several times before receiving a call back. This is especially frustrating since I sometimes have questions on the proposed treatment plan or next steps and it is difficult to speak to somebody, who can answers. It is not the case that my questions are unjustified. Eventually, my treatment plan was adjusted based on my thoughts. The event that really convinced me to share my experience was when I was told recently that I have to wait for 6-7 weeks before I can speak to one of the two doctors to get my new treatment plan (since the outcome of my first cycle was not positive). This is valuable time for me that is simply being lost. Overall, I am under the impression that this clinic is too streamlined and has not enough personnel to provide satisfactory service to its patients. One small example for this is that clinic staff asked me to settle some other patient’s bill after my scheduled appointment. In addition, I did not receive a promised update of my treatment plan by end of the week to understand next steps. I understand that the clinic has to make economic sense but here cost control seems to have severely deteriorated service quality. I am convinced that I am not the only one who would be willing to pay a bit more for better care and attention while undergoing a treatment. At the end, it is also important that one is relaxed during a treatment and not confronted with additional administrative stress. Needless to mention, that the name CARE seems ironic considering the experience that I am having. I hope this review will help others to make a more informed decision.

I have been under the care if thid clinic for several months.. from start to finish thr staff have been over and above amazing and consistent not to mention friendly and for any all procedures each member of staff to be involved has come and met and introduced themselves. Its been wonderful. The offices are clean tidy and relaxed. It really has been a pleasure getting to meet such a wonderful team.

Absolutely terrible service having been referred here by the NHS for fertility testing I can assure you I would not pay to come back here again the communication has been terrible. I have had to pay for a test that they refuse to provide the results of making the whole experience of fertility testing very stressful. They obviously are not able to deal with the issue of infertility very sensitively. I was told two weeks ago at my test that I would get my results the same day. Two weeks on and nothing has been passed onto me. I have rang the clinic daily and the receptionist just transfers you to a voicemail instead of checking if anyone is available to take the call first. They are not helpful and having got through to someone yesterday who just said my results were sent to the doctors the next day - why this was not communicated I do not know- on having been to the doctors they said that Care Fertility should have the results and they haven't received them. Still don't know why this clinic cannot provide a copy of my results after having paid for this service. Absolutely puts me and my wife off coming back to the clinic in future.

I'll be honest my first review for this clinic was a bad one as no one called me back, the office manager called me after I left my negative review and explained they now have a new centralised number where they do answer straight away. I'm so glad I gave them another chance, the nurses and office staff at care have been wonderful and supportive, i esp like deidre who we had our injection teach with yesterday and Nadine is so lovely and always emails me back straight away. Im only mid injection regime but I feel so happy I chose this clinic. We have a few more months with them as our Cycle isn't a straight forward fresh transfer so I Will update again once we are finished (and hopefully have a good outcome to report back). So far I wouldnt hesitate to recommend x

Impossible to speak to anyone, always put through to an answering machine, took days to book and appointment and then the same annoying process of being put through to voicemail to get results. Also very dis-satisfied with service as I got incomplete results. Would not recommend and will not use again. Giving one star because I chose this clinic based on the 5 star rating but my experience has been anything but 5 star.

I thought that care was supposed to be a great place for IVF treatment. I put a lot of trust in them. I didn’t want to write a review, however trying to talk to someone on the phone seems to be too difficult. I would just like to warn others. I would not recommend them.

On behalf of my wife (Tehmina M) & I would like to thank Dr Francis, Dr Maha and the whole embryology team who helped us in our journey at beginning of the year. Today at 12.12pm and 12.28pm our twin boys were born and we look forward to visiting you all when they are a little more grown up and thank you in person as you made our long and testing journey possible.

Had a wonderful experience at CARE. After having failed ICSI twice at other places and losing all hope in having a family I was recommended to go and give CARE Fertility a try. Not only was the procedure a lot easier than other clinics, the clinic was more thorough in looking at our previous cycles to identify what should be done differently. We ended up being the first couple at CARE having artificial oocyte activation with ICSI and had the best result ever. We had our first child after 15 years of marriage. Since then we have been back to CARE again and now have two wonderful boys. I would like to thank you all for all the love and care the staff at CARE NOTTINGHAM showed us and made our treatment here a very enjoyable experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend Care Fertility Tunbridge Wells to anyone trying to conceive through assisted fertility treatment. After several failed IVF attempts at a well known Harley Street fertility clinic, my other half and I found ourselves at Care. We received kind, consistent, expert medical care, wise advice, ground breaking, effective treatments (such as the endometrial scratch technique) and are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. We couldn’t be more grateful to the team at CareTW. Thank you.

It's so good to have the opportunity to express how I feel about CRGW but one star is far too generous. Previously the gestapo from the clinic stopped any negative comments from being made by threatening the website with legal action so it's great to have this forum. I found them negligent in their practice and I felt that they are not genuinely interested in their patients and their stories. They are corrupt, greedy and interested only in success rates/kudos and ultimately financial reward. They are ruthless in their pursuit of power eg they destroy graded embryos to bolster their success rates (without your permission) There's no complaints procedure at CRGW. You just talk to the same person who treats you with disrespect and disdain and then eventually stops responding. He gives you no information on how to take the matter further and he controls your every move from thereon. I had to deal with him on transfer day. Imagine that! He has spies everywhere and if you dare complain the spies report back to him. The most distressing and emotionally exhausting experience ever.Go somewhere that cares about their patients and lets them decide what treatment they would like rather than dictating to them

Avoid at all costs!! The clinic lied to me on several occasions, promised me a refund then denied this. The complaints process is pointless as no one actually responds to the issues raised. I'd advise you research other clinics as I'm sure this one is ok if all goes well but has caused me considerable emotional distress at a time when this is the last thing I needed.

Shocking care of the elderly these doctors were only interested if i had a do not resuscitate in place for my father. My dad went in and never left he died as they were discharging him. I strongly believe it was down to the fact that staff were not watching his blood pressure, because he had a massive bleed on his brain and died in minutes. If you have elderly family I would watch them very carefully as the doctors see them as bed blockers !!! I strongly think my dad died due to not being looked after properly because he was bed blocking and he was elderly . I hate this hospital and god help us all if we live to a good age and we have to attend this place !!!!

I went to the hospital for a night.I had a bone stuck in my throat and they never help me. The senior nurse that is in charge of the assessment did not assessed me properly. He never even ask me to open my mouth to have a look! I was crying and he was shutting me up and treating me with most disrespect. Because my throat was paining so badly, I was unable to speak properly, so he thought that I was stupid and didn't made fun to talk down to me. He told me that there wasn't any bone in my throat although he never had a look. He put me way back in the last end of the queue to wait to see a doctor! While, I was waiting the pain got really badly and I was crying and screaming then I began coughing extremely heavily and then the big bone came out of my throat. I did show the bone to him and other staff members. There is a lot of stereotype that goes on in that hospital by staff and they treat you according to what they believe your social class is. They do not emphasise, empathy, compassionate or care. They are just cold, frigid and unearthly! It is a very horrible hospital unless you can fit in with their social class! or you comes from a particular address. It would be better if the government get this hospital closed down as opposed to the Charing Cross hospital.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Avoid - Avoid. The desperation and desire to have children takes you many places, and this is one if the worst ones in the list. They are a well set up business who see no further that the £££ signs. Hidden costs will follow up, chase you and threaten you with debt collectors months after. Even though you had to pay everything upfront. So what you see is definitely NOT what you get. Do not waste your money, zero results and absolutely terrible experience. my partner is now pregnant from treatment elsewhere, first time. The clinic and service do not compare when looking back. Do not make the mistake we did. This clinic isn't your answer.

The worst fertility clinic in Southampton! Please be aware and avoid wasting your money! I cry out of frustration with these people! Staff are very rude and mislead you into wasting money unnecessarily! Doctor Saran is only concerned with meeting her numbers and even charging for services not received! There is never any answer on the Appointment Line and leaving messages their response is to inform you there is a one month waiting list before you can even start treatment! This is a dreadful clinic with unprofessional staff, i have lost money with them so beware and look elsewhere!

so glad that most of the reviews are positive..I have been an inpatient on many occasions and have always received the very best of care. I admit that times have changed, the focus being more on treatment than care/bedside manner, however the nurses are very over worked and under staffed and they do a marvellous job. With the exceptional house building going on in Cornwall and the population increase (especially in the summer months), I feel we desperately need the hospital size and bed numbers increased. I do think that sometimes people forget that it is a hospital and not a hotel and that we are very lucky to have the NHS in this country and although it is not perfect, it is a privilege that I'm sure none of really appreciate until we need it.

My dad has been in and out of this hospital for the past 10 years, sent home after a heart attack with gaviscon believing it was a stomach ulcer, he caught mrsa in the hospital, it took multiple heart attacks and a stroke for him to be transferred to broadgreen for a bypass, he now has pneumonia and sepsis, they forget his dinner, left a bottle of pee on his desk for hours after he was asked for a sample. Moving patients round 3 times a night is stressful. Everytime i visit him i check the cleanliness of his area and im often dissapointed, i appreciate that the staff are over worked and alot of the time they arent sure what theyre supposed to be doing due to lack of information from above. I thank the nurses who personally help him but the level of care has decreased over the years and its very unfortunate.

I was admitted to the Countess hospital on May 27th 2018 for heart attack symptoms. The treatment I received was speedy, competent, well explained and extremely warm and caring. I found the food was very good. In the ward I was particularly impressed how the hospital staff could still find time to come and simply sit with very poorly patients to offer a few minutes of comfort despite their obviously busy schedule. I was discharged on the fifth day with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan including the required medication after care and a twelve week fitness gymnasium course. The course is personal and individually monitored by medical staff, including a short Q & A talk on the medication and the exercise regime.

Husband sent here as an emergency by his Doctor. Arrived at 1730 to be told we weren’t expected. Put into a section laughingly called the Emergency Assessment part of A&E. Seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was very pleasant and that was it until acharming night Nurse actually did something. Eventually at 2100 husband was moved to a side ward and we waited. Eventually seen by a doctor at 2300 to be told he could go home but not until after more blood tests which took hours. Finally allowed to go home at 0130, exhausted, tired and very hungry as we hadn’t eaten since lunchtime. What a shambles this place is and please don’t excuse inefficiency by saying that they were under pressure - the majority of the staff hardly looked interested let alone pressured.

I have recommended CREATE to so many of my friends and acquaintances I should get commission!! It is quiet clear it was developed by a woman. CREATE is professional respectful supportive and the treatment is far more manageable physically and emotionally that the treatment a lot of my friends have had in other clinics. CREATE specializes in natural and least obstructive treatment as possible and I can tell the difference. I feel my overall health and well-being is facilitated and taken into account. ALSO EVERYONE IS SO LOVELY!!!!

All the visits and scans are done by experienced and kind doctors. I arrived here after being traumatized by another clinic (LWC) where everything is managed by nurses and you hardly see the same person twice. You can even ask to be followed by the same doctor every time you need to be there, and the doctors will do their best to arrange their schedule to help. They also really believe in natural cycles IVF. I do recommend them!

My husband and I had been trying to have children for 18 months. I went to CREATE and further tests showed I had polycystic ovaries, which the scans through the GP hadn’t discovered. So when CREATE identified the issue very clearly we had an explanation for our problems. We had three cycles of Mild IVF, our first & second cycles were not successful but the third cycle was! It’s such a gift we’ve been given. It’s amazing what CREATE does, you change the lives of people forever. There’s not a day goes by when I’m not unbelievably thankful. We’re so lucky that we have our twins & they’re healthy & happy. THANK YOU!

I have been treated by the clinic very poorly since the secend visit ( the first visit was very professional as it was the one to collect the money). They are just trying to sell ‘ the dream ‘ to many desperate people without being professionaly prepared for it. Avoid this place if you can. I wish I did a better research before trying them.

After having 1 failed cycle at Create Fertility Raynes Park, which was very upsetting, we were successful on the second, staff were very empathetic and helpful after failed attempt. Admin were very professional and always had a smile on their face when attending the clinic for scans etc which made things a lot better as going through something like this is very stressful in itself. I would recommend this clinic.

The staff are always welcoming and kind here and there is a genuine interest in treating the individual, with treatment geared to your circumstances. Debbie stands out as a very kind and understanding person who is expert in listening. Create specialises in lower drug (mild) regime IVF and this is very suitable for those with a lower ovarian reserve - a low AMH is not a barrier to treatment at this clinic, which isn't always the case with other clinics. I preferred the shorter cycle length as IVF is a fairly stressful process, so the shorter the better, but also the lower drug levels associated mild protocols didn't make me feel as rubbish! Lower drug IVF protocols are also cheaper; I think it is entirely possible to do 3 low drug rounds at this clinic for the price of one high stimulation round elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Create and have visited all the well known UK clinics - Create really felt like a place where I was given a chance.

One word for their service: MESS. What a mess!!!! The staff is so confused and confusing that everything seems out of its place. The way they make money is due to desperation of couples on getting a child, and they charge you separately for every sing thing, the amount for a cycle that you believe it won't cost much at first instance, become then more expensive then anywhere else, once you are on the loop, the invoices just keep coming, coming and coming. They don't tell you much before that happens. The reception service is very poor (Raynes Park), the clinic isn't the most hygienic place and if you don't push them, you don't get things done. Unless of course, they want to charge you, then they will make anything to get your money. DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.

When I was sent to ‘St Hell’s’ for a suspected stroke, I sat for 12 hours in a&e waiting for an injection. Other patients came and went. I ended up sitting on the floor My grandmother again, a&e, left in a side ward for 12 hours. Since then she was put in a ward and I noticed many cover ups and lies about her treatment, even mistakes about where her home care would be. I hate that this is the closest hospital to me, if I have a choice, I would never step foot in there again

I couldn't fault the consultant I saw on Saturday, yes a lot of money for peace of mind but for me it was money well spent. Only downside is you don't pay for treatment there and then your invoices apparently. Plenty of parking and the consultant and the nurse with him was lovely. Staff on reception quite abrupt and miserable but hey didn't bother Me

Carpel tunnel op under NHS. Surgeon was brilliant and the op was a great success. Why 3*? I was sent home with no painkillers despite my gp saying they would be supplied. I think the surgeon forgot to tick the box and the carer was afraid to query the error. That is potentially dangerous and indicates an unsafe culture. There was no after-op survey to comment on this. Luckily I had some old pills from my hip-op five years before.

Communication is so important and not hard to get right, but it appears that no one here really grasps the basics or the understanding of receiving it in good time. We've received incorrect information, out of date telephone numbers, verbal agreements only for it to be all wrong and we have even received someone else's treatment (fingers crossed their meds work). The people seem nice, but no one is taking this seriously at all. We've been waiting about a year to even get started, they've just delayed again. Shame on you NHS.

Leaving a review is not normally something i bother doing. But this is such a hard thing to deal with that i feel it is necessary to share our experience. First things first, it's very hard to be too critical when your wife is expecting a baby girl which is from a successful IUI and happened first time. We are extremely grateful for what they did for us and couldn't be happier. We were sent to Exeter from Torbay Hospital and our treatment was on the NHS. For people who have to pay, i would recommend seeking out the clinic with the best success rate, depending on distance for you to travel. At Exeter, don't expect to be seen on time. Not one of our appointments was. The first one was over an hour late. It's also a similar story with each process. Every new appointment we had was weeks/months of waiting. And the flexibility of appointments was virtually non-existent, which was very difficult juggling that and my wife starting a new job. The first week in particular pushed us right to the limit! However it is pretty obvious they are understaffed for the amount they have to take on and clearly a lot of them work long and hard hours. The staff are superb to say the least. We always felt welcome and looked after. They were always happy to help and talk. And during different procedures, they made us feel calm and comfortable. Our experience took around 2 years, from our first appointment at Torbay to a positive test at home. There was lots of waiting and lots of travelling from Torquay to Exeter. Patience was certainly the key and at times we felt like we could of just given up. But for anyone starting out, keep the faith that it will happen for you and be patient. You will get there in the end.

Awful communication from the very start. Have now moved clinics because the stress of dealing with them was just too much, and lead to a period of depression. Made an official complaint but they missed the point entirely, so I now give up and will never go back there. Read about my experience with them on my (ongoing) blog, bubsandthebees

Unlike the first reviewer, our experience has been great. The first reviewer is correct though in that the HFEA stats are not great and the clinic should really give their own percentages of success rather than national statistics BUT, that being said, Exeter Fertility have been brilliant to us! Occasionally, they are tricky to get hold of but they are always helpful and caring. Thanks to the medical staff and scientists, we are now expecting twins and could not have done it without these wonderful people. All of the staff were very friendly and go above and beyond even despite the fact they are MASSIVELY over stretched and underfunded like the rest of the NHS. Its easy for me to say now as the IVF worked for us first time, but I think even had it not worked, I would not have blamed the clinic. They do a great job and I would recommend them. :-)

Officially the worst in the region - according to the HFEA's website. However - not according to their own. Wasted my one free chance at Exeter Fertility - and now I will have to travel to Wales. What an absolute shambles. The nurses are lovely, everyone was friendly - but when you pay thousands of pounds, what's the point in going to the worst clinic in the region? Especially when their prices are higher than most. For ladies out there who (like me) didn't look at the success rates on the official HFEA website, please find them below. These are just for IVF cycles, for women under 35 using their own eggs. This is three years worth of data (2014) and the figures haven't improved since for Fertility Exeter. It's such a shame their website led me to believe 30 -35% success rates, but its actually so much lower. Don't waste your one free chance on the NHS like I did - please go elsewhere. It's not worth the risk, its already so hard on us, emotionally and physically - every tiny percentage counts when you are trying for a miracle. You can double your chances just by travelling 60 miles. I know the choice I would have made should I have had truthful information from their website. Exeter Fertility Pregnancies per cycle 17.8% Live Births Per Cycle 17.2% Singleton Live Births 13.6% Multiple Live Births 3.6% Live births per egg 20.7% Live Births per embryo transfer 25.7% Miscarriages per cycle 0.6% Bristol Center for Reproductive Medicine Pregnancies per cycle 26.1% Live Births Per Cycle 22.7% Singleton Live Births 19.3% Multiple Live Births 3.4% Live births per egg 35.1% Live Births per embryo transfer 40% Miscarriages per cycle 2.3% Bath Fertility Pregnancies per cycle 29.6% Live Births Per Cycle 26.8% Singleton Live Births 26.1% Multiple Live Births 0.7% Live births per egg 31.4% Live Births per embryo transfer 36.2% Miscarriages per cycle 2.1% London's Womens Clinic Wales Pregnancies per cycle 32.5% Live Births Per Cycle 29.4% Singleton Live Births 23.8% Multiple Live Births 5.6% Live births per egg 38.5% Live Births per embryo transfer 43.9% Miscarriages per cycle 2.5% My story? Ill keep it short - over/under cooked - 25 follicles turned into 4 eggs and only one fertilized. Months waiting without a phone call, nearly breached the 18 week pathway - reason? Because the consultant was on Holiday for a month and a new one was starting soon, so it would be a few months. Just another statistic - and a bad one at that. So they wasted nearly 8 months of my life - battered, bruised, forgotten about and nothing to show for it. As I said before, everyone is friendly enough - but something is going seriously wrong somewhere - and when you are in control of something as important as bringing children into the world - its not good enough. At least they offer you free counselling eh!

I've had my 2 daughters in the birthing suite at queens and was recently referred from my GP with suspected appendicitis. Yes discharge times with my births were lengthy and when I had my appendix out, I was out of the bed in minutes but if that's the only negative then I consider that to be very minor. The care I received on all occasions was fantastic and I'd happily wait 3 hours to be discharged if the care received saved my life, as it did on 2 occasions. Unfortunately the issues are due to funding and not enough staff.

I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after my child. She was in the children's day ward for a 4 teeth extraction op under a general anaesthetic. Every staff member, from the external facilities company to the theatre staff were kind, caring, attentive and informative at all times, but made her feel at ease at all times. So many people involved for one child we shouldn't take advantage of this wonderful Institution.

My opinion, this hospital is very low level. I was attended this hospital about two years. I was living with pains all the time. Doctors did lots off tests, but can’t find nothing. It looks like most of them are low educated and do not perceptual test results. I am very happy I moved out off this area (Dagenham) and already get the treatment. I don’t have to suffer any pains anymore.

Will not recommend this place to anyone and not because their treatment didn't work, but because it was not professional and timed badly, because all they care about is how to make as much money as they can from you, because of their service level: when the nurse before calling you doesn't even bother to check your medical record details and asking how pregnant you are when you are not even near that and that's why you are at their clinic!; when you have more than 5 people in contact with you from that clinic, but no one has the full record of whats happening next, and finally when they make you pay for an appointment in order to actually buy the package of their services and this given that you have already paid for the first appointment GBP250. This is not mentioning that when you burst into tears in their offices because feeling helpless to struggle with them further , they don't even offer any apology or the words of sympathy as if this is normal and that's how it should be in the normal order of events! Avoid at all costs.

The inital consolation with the staff discussing all of our options we knew we were in safe hands. Unfortunately it did not work first time around. After the first failed ivf attempt they went through all of the possibilities that we could change for a second attempt with them. Was worried it wouldn't work but they were reassuring and explained everything along the way. We were always greeted by name and we were able to laugh and chat with all the staff. We now have a gorgeous baby girl. Thank you so much and we have already recommended you to others.

My husband and I have become extremely familiar with this clinic over a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff and the incredible service that they provide. From day one we were welcomed with compassion and kindness, from reception all the way through to the consultants, the standard of care is extremely high and the entire process is made as easy as possible due to the wonderful nature of the staff. Having experienced both baby loss and failed IVF attempts with these people standing beside me, I can tell you without doubt that they genuinely care for their patients and quickly end up feeling like your extended 'fertility family'. I am by no means biased, despite their impressive track record my husband and I have not yet been lucky enough to carry a pregnancy to term, but despite this I would not want to be treated anywhere else.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. The staff are wonderful, so caring. My wife and I have now achieved our dreams with a baby due in the summer. The whole process of IVF was daunting at first. We have been through it before at a couple of private units and it frankly felt like they were just in it for the money and weren't interested in us as human beings with fertility problems and the biological clock ticking. They promised the earth and delivered nothing, and there were always surprise hidden extras! But this place is very different. They care about us as people. They're honest about the costs, and they are more reasonable than the other places. The staff explained that the ethos is being part of the NHS, despite being in a unit that is high spec and feels private. The staff are very experienced because they are all NHS through and through, and are part of the well known Liverpool Women's Hospital. Some people are lucky to be able to access this place on the NHS - we couldn't because of the rules that are in place about BMI (not invented by this place I hasten to add but a bunch of pen pushers called commissioning groups) and frankly for a couple of years my wife was comfort eating because of not being able to get pregnant! But I don't begrudge for a minute having spent my hard earned here, and hopefully we'll be back for number 2 next year as we still have embryos in the freezer! Patrick Smith.

I am giving the clinic 5 stars because my frozen embryo transfer worked first time. YeCs there was a long wait between having egg retrieval and then the transfer (6 months) however it is the Nhs. More than grateful to be given the opportunity. I found the appointments informative and the DRs were caring. Calling to speak to nurses were fine and I was responded to within few hours if they needed to call back. I am going back to have another transfer in a few months so I will update then.

This place is an absolute joke, they are never there, they take 6 weeks if you are lucky to fax the results to your doctor, they make people provide samples in toilets, half the tests required aren't even performed, its not comprehensive like friends of mine in another borough, just dont bother, time is important when trying to concieve and these jokers drag their heels at every juncture.... unprofessional and useless!

Very difficult to get someone on the phone, called for 3 days every 30 minutes and left number of voicemails but no call backs. Finally get through and the receptionist wasn't too bothered and felt like she didn't want to be there. Had attitude on her. I ask for appointment but she said that it was 2 months and 2 weeks wait for one. Very poor NHS service they have 4 day in a week available for appointments and only one hour for each day apart from one of the days they have 2 one hour slots. Very poorly run service, this is not a joke people have health issues that need resolving asap.

I cannot recommend Hull IVF enough. The support was absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked through the doors on our first consultation to the moment we took our beautiful, healthy bundle of joy home. Martha was born 5weeks premature and Mr McGuinness even popped his head through the doors to check up on us. 5 years down the line and I can’t thank everyone enough for completing our family and making pur lives complete. 5 stars all the way for Hull IVF.

After some major communication issues and a lack of service in IVI Madrid we tried to move our treatment to London. I totally bought into DR McVeigh and was prepared to finish our treatment there. Due to some complications I was told they needed to get an answer from the HFEA but this was formality and they would come back to me in 3 days. Just over two months later and after much chasing on my side, they came back to me with negative answer, one I was not prepared for as Dr McVeigh had said it was " just a formality". Another two months wasted of finding the right clinic after already wasting so much time with their parent company in Spain. Speaking as someone who had had a lot of contact with IVI as a company - stay away there are many well established clinics in the UK.

I had my baby here and it was such an excellent experience. The midwives were incredible. The pre-natal care was very good as well. Low waiting times, friendly and supportive staff.

I gave birth here in September, one of the busiest months for babies, in the midwife led part. They were brilliant from start to finish. The midwife who delivered my daughter, Sarah, was absolutely phenomenal. She had just finished delivering one baby, came to deliver mine and was rushing off to deliver the next one right after stitching me up. They do this with a smile on their face and they provide the best level of care. As a first time mum they kept me calm and level headed. The quality of care was second to none. You’ll be well looked after if you deliver your baby here.

Unbelievable care and service. The staff we had the pleasure of dealing with at Jessop Wing well and truly go above and beyond to make your whole experience an unforgettable one and for all the right reasons!! My wife and I both left VERY pleasantly surprised by our whole experience. I genuinely don't think they could've handled my daughters birth any better. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to all involved.

Poor timing. They have a preferential treatment here for who they want. I understand a and e has to prioritise cases by case but that is not the situation here. It's just picking according to what they want. I know because o have been on both ends. And been treatment as rubbish as it is. I know it does good, but it can do alot better. It's a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sick and needed help. Here I was helped by friendly, competent people. It took a while to get treated, but that was because my sickness wasn't too serious. The doctor listened to everything I was saying and took his time, which made me trust his judgment. I would recommend this hospital to all my friends!

I came into the A&E with a lot of pain in my kidney at 12.45 am and didn't get to see a doctor until 6.30 am!!! There was only 1 doctor and it didn't say anywhere how long the waiting time was! If I knew beforehand I would have gone home! I wasn't even given the correct antibiotics as they didn't work on the bacteria I had. Really unhappy with the whole service. I'm now trying to see if I can get the results of the blood and urine tests! The only good thing I can say is that the doctor was nice.

Went to children’s A&E department with my daughter because she had pain in her stomach waiting time good the staff were really nice but Toy therapist kept giving wrong information about if she was allowed to eat or drink when we was told by the surgeons that she was allowed to eat and drink but we kept being told different information from the toy therapist and my daughters nurse but the toy therapist gave me and my daughter things to do and me and my daughter got told we was allowed to get water. when we was going to we was told we was not allowed out of the room as there was a patient with a gastrointestinal infection and we was then told to go back in and if we put hand sanitizer on we was allowed in the playrooms and have a walk around the department although the toy therapist said that we had to go back to our room and be bored it was a lot of messing around and misinformation this was in the sunshine ward. The doctors and nurses treating my daughter were really good especially when she had her blood test for the first time very supportive and really kind. Personally I would not recommend the toy therapist but i would recommend the sunshine ward.

If Google had black star button I would press that button.I am really upset with the service given by Rheumatology and Vascular Department. I wish they go through Raynaud's once then only they will understand the level of pain a patient goes through. These people didn't manage to provide diagnosis for more than a year. now it's so bad that looks like I am going to loose my finger. I don't know where these doctors got qualification. Two doctors I would like to mention Dr Sajid and Dr Ray both are piece of s###. I had no proper sleep from one and half month becoz of pain. These guys don't have sympathy. I am sleeping on sofa from last two weeks. If I lose my finger definitely I am going to take legal action against them. F### B#####.

It took 3 month for my gp referral to seacroft hospital, they said I can get one round free ivf. Then we booked an appointment went to hospital, first the nurse asked us to fill up all the forms, and still said we can get one round free. But after we paid £70 for amh blood test, another lady came out said we can’t get free round, because I didn’t hold uk passport. But my husband is British, and we both paid tax here. So they canceled us free ivf with this reason. Then my gp written a letter to ask what was going on. But their is no other further information from the hospital. So I tried to go oversea to do private ivf. Then the clinic oversea asked us to take ultrasound scan and other blood test. I booked the private 2minutes baseline ultrasound scan paid £200 at seacroft. I paid at a private room, that lady works at there was very rude, when I asked her to give me a copy of result. She just gave me a dirty look. then gave me one application to fill up the form to ask results, this form it said can up to 30 days to get results. I paid bloody £200, then I have to wait 30 days, waste my time and money. They just no helpful at all. and people work at there even don’t know who can get free ivf?? They gave you a hope and destroy it. When you told them you want the scan report to go to oversea clinic, they just make it most difficult for you. I regretted not go to any other hospital to do this scan. The most rude and unreasonable hospital ever. I’ll never go back to there again.

Had successful treatment (5 rounds of ICSI over 2 years) with this clinic. So grateful for our beautiful boy. Prices are clear and upfront (on their website) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Your personalised treatment diary ensures you know all of the stages. They also allow you to pay via a payment package offered by a third party to keep costs down (we used Access Fertility). Consultants are knowledgeable and willing to discuss alternative approaches if treatment repeatedly fails. They try to be realistic with you as IVF isn’t guaranteed to succeed. Looking forward to hopefully using them in the future to give our son a sibling.

The admin and most of the nurses made our experience hell. We were referred via the NHS. Our files kept being lost, by the time we did get an appointment we had less than a month’s notice and couldn’t make it due to a prior engagement. I called immediately to change the date and I was bullied by the woman I spoke to. She threatened that unless we attended the appointment we would be put at the back of the waiting list. By the time we did get our first appointment with the consultant all our blood tests had to be re-done, because too much time had gone by since the start of the referral process. Once in the system, we lost thousands of pounds in lost work days (my husband is a consultant) through admin mistakes, we turned up to the hospital three times for appointments that had been set up by mistake. I had to come by myself eventually because we couldn’t risk my husband wasting any more of his time. At one point we heard nothing for two months because our file was in the queue for the wrong consultant. There was one excellent nurse, who was clued up, sharp, polite and funny; the rest were clueless, bordering on incompetent (one showed me how to do injections in precisely the area that should be avoided, she also struggled with basic arithmetic, others issued me with the wrong medication, and another calculated my due date incorrectly). The silver lining is that we had a baby, and have embryos frozen. However, even though we are now privately funding our IVF, the picture is exactly the same: we called the clinic, got told we had to go via our GP; our GP referred us and received a letter saying we had already had our one round; I called the clinic to try and clarify and spoke to a woman so rude that it pushed me into a decision. We are taking our embryos and our money elsewhere. (Especially since I was told the consultant, Dr Sharma, who prescribed my successful hormone treatment no longer works here). Everyone I spoke to had similar (if less extreme) experiences. It’s surprising how many people have had IVF, you don’t find out till you start talking about your own experience. So ask around and prepare to arm yourself in extreme patience if you opt for this clinic. You will have to call and chase, and triple-check everything, do not allow them to bully you, and complain if they do. (As a historical note this is the clinic that implanted the wrong embryos for at least one couple - they found out because the child born was of a different colour to the parents. It was in the news several years ago. They changed their name and merged with another provider following the scandal.)

Doctors are absolutely helpful and polite but when speaking to the reception/admin staff they are very rude and don’t explain things properly and when you ask they jump down your throat and say you need to be patient at a time like this when you have to have treatment they should be a bit more caring and empathetic not give you a lecture for calling just to ask about an update.

Professional to the last. The support and care we received was second to none. Our journey was long, but successful twice, what more could we ask? We are grateful for their expertise and we pray that all others who use them have a happy outcome. From the first moments on the phone with Sarah, to counselling, nursing, embryology and of course the unforgettable Dr Ashur, we have been treated with kindness and realism. We were never misled about the challenges. Never given false hope. We were simply given the facts. If you are in the unfortunate position to need their help, they will do all they can to provide it. There are no guarantees and they won't give you any, but our experience is that they will do their best. We wish them and anyone who chooses them blessings on their journey.

I went here few weeks ago and was so disappointed we paid over £6000 for doner eggs. I had two embryos emplaned in me but it never worked. We was told they would freeze the remaining 6 but somehow they couldn’t freeze them I never had an explanation. I want a baby so bad but I will have to try and find that money again to pay. 😢

Money grabbers! I brought all my test results from my previous doctor as all test been done recently and also to avoid to pay again for something what has been done already. So I showed all the results to the doctor and he said to me that I have to do all tests again here at London Clinic, what a joke! I told him that he has ALL RESULTS ON FRONT OF HIM ON HIS DESK!!!! And he said that he know but I have to do it again here…. It’s a joke NOT clinic. Instead of wasting your time by going there o talk to them you might just stand on front of the wall and talk to the wall, believe me you will get exactly the same results.

It started off well - but when it came to getting the results of our blood test back (which cost more than £1,200), we received zero communication for months, no e-mails/calls/post, or indeed anything, and had to chase things up to get to the bottom of the missing results ourselves. We were left sorely disappointed and decided to go elsewhere in the end as we feel they cannot be trusted to handle these types of personal issues competently. Speaking purely from my own experience, I would exercise caution here.

Awful place. I'm sure that your experience may be better if you're a paying customer, but if you're a donor don't expect a decent experience. I was led to believe that the risks in being a donor were slim, I was never told that because of my age or body weight I was a high risk. I ended up with moderate over-stimulated ovaries and am still suffering the consequences. It was never about financial compensation for me, it was always about helping and so had I been told that I was more at risk because of my age I would have waited until I was 30. I didn't google the risks because everyone knows that you shouldn't google medical things. Foolishly, I trusted them. This was a fault on my part, and it's a mistake I will not make again. I was hospitalised as a result of my donation. I am still not out of the woods. I was supposed to have a check up with the clinic but I rang to cancel as I was very unwell. No one answered so I left a voicemail. To date, no one has returned my call. Before the clinic had my eggs if I left a voicemail my call was returned the same day. Now they have my eggs, they couldn't care less. I've given up on ever hearing from them as they simply do not care. If you are going to donate, I would suggest you at least wait until you're 30 and I would suggest you discuss it with an NHS doctor who will give you all of the facts. Don't trust a private clinic that is going to financially benefit from your donation, because chances are they will play down the risks as they did with me. If anything my experience is confirmation that the NHS should remain as it is, and not become privatised. If it were not for the NHS picking up the pieces of this clinic's failings, I dread to think what might have happened.

I was an egg donor at Manchester Fertility Clinic. I was treated with greatest care during my stay at the clinic and I've also been under their care after my egg donation. I have to say Manchester Fertility have highly trained team in every department. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and clinic staff who toked care of me during the whole process. I was informed about each step during the process. They have even designed an app which helps you with taking medications as well as appointments and important info. Process of donating eggs itself was conducted in very profesional and caring way. Doctors and nurses informed me about everything and the team made me feel safe. If I could chose again I would donate my eggs again at this clinic without thinking twice. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars here.

I would certainly not recommend this place, I had a semen analysis done almost a month ago, they suggested I will get the results in a week to two weeks. It’s been almost a month and after emailing on the web portal a few times nobody has still got back to me. I rang today and was told that the lab nurses will look in to it. After all that still no joy. They are quick to grab your money but so laid back about the rest. DONT BOTHER

Great fun for the kids. My 6 year old wasn't bored for a second and loved the current robot display. Live science shows and planetarium are highlights. Lots of other stuff to do. The cafe was kind of chaotic. For a self-service cafe there needs to be a system and people were just milling about in each others way. Bit pricey but once you're in you're in and a good 6 hours of entertainment and interesting exhibits.

Went to visit the life science during half term week as kids go free with each paying adult. It wasn't too busy and there was plenty of activities, activities, experiments and shows to watch to keep the kids interested. Always highly recommended to pay a visit if you run out of ideas for things to do with the kids. Only down side was my 9 year old wasn't able to do the lab area as they need adult supervision and I had 4 year old with me who wasn't allowed in the area.

AND THAT I SHOULD LEAVE THE HOUSE EARLIER. Wouldn't listen to any explanation just an arrogant individual who really shouldn't be a doctor, her solution is to use public transport still didn't understand that I am one of the few people who work for a living!! Can’t recommend OFU enough. They were perfect from start to finish. All the staff are brilliant, friendly and kind. We were always told what was happening and they were very informative. We now have a happy, healthy, beautiful son thanks to Oxford Fertility. Forever grateful!

Such kind and friendly staff from the reception ladies to the nurses, doctors from GRH, cheltenham unit and the oxford fertility. Everyone showed me kindness and compassion, always asking me if I had any questions to answer and if not to call or email nothing was silly. They always replied or got someone to call me back. Thank you to the reception lady who walked me to my car holding my arm aswell i was a bit worse for were the other day but onto the next bit. Thank you all!!

Brilliant facility, staff put us at ease throughout the whole process and explained every detail during the IVF process. Any questions we had were always answered. Just really grateful that thanks to the Oxford fertility centre and their Cheltenham facility staff we now have a beautiful baby girl, which wouldn't have been possible without them.

Fantastic every step of the way, from the consultants, Drs, nurses and even the finance team! We never felt pressured in to making decisions and all our questions were answered clearly and sensitively. Because of the team at Oxford we have a beautiful little girl after 5 years of waiting, which would not have been possible without them. There was no financial pressure and we were never pushed in to buying extras like a lot of other clinics I have heard about. I would absolutely reccomend the clinic to anyone considering ivf.

Whenever I have need to go to the QMC, I am deeply impressed & grateful that we have this wonderful team of people delivering such expert, efficient & reassuring care. My son has had a bowel operation, and the intensive care staff and surgeon did a wonderful job, saved his life practically, but because of Birmingham children's hospital not having a bed for him to stay closer to home (despite him being drip fed after a major operation to remove his bowel) he is on a normal ward meaning my wife now has to sleep on a camp bed rather than the family room we had, which was handy for me to rest after travelling from Telford, a 2 hour car journey, handy for all the family really, this lack of beds is proving to be a national disgrace, f***** UK government!!

Both babies delivered with no problems. Midwifes were very helpful but I would advise all new mums to read a bit about Labour as some I saw looked like they didn't know what for they came to the hospital. More prepared you are less care you need and less stressed you are.

Where do I start. I came here to be induced with my 1st baby when I was 2 days overdue as babys growth slowed. I went in at evening time could barely walk lol but was left waiting on a fold down chair for 45 minutes before anyone appeared. I do suffer from bad anxiety but I'm pretty co operative and polite with people. I finally put onto a induction suite with other women. Midwife who greeted me noticed the anxiety mentioned in notes and started treating me as if I were stupid. I had my partner with me as did other girls there. I'd barely been induced and they sent my partner home at 11 as it was night yet let the girl next to me have her partner stay until about 2. No one showed me were the nurse buzzer was either so when I when my waters broke a few hours after my partner had left I couldnt get anyones attention and had to sit in agony and wet for 15 mins. Finally a midwife came past and I told her, quickly transferred to a delivery room and was quite abrupt with me, I'm only 20 and it was my 1st so I was kind of scared. To sum it up, my partner almost missed the birth as they wouldnt call him when i begged them too, midwife kept shouting at me for "moving too much" and after baby was born I was quickly shoved into a bathroom and told to freshen up and be quick about it even though I kept passing out, then wheeled to the postnatal ward..barely checked on, and treated like I was stupid, and kept in for almost a week because no one bothered to do the correct checks in order for me to go home. While othees on my ward were being allowed to bath their baby I kept asking and so did my partner but they kept promising us then not mentioning it again. I appreciated the food each day but they are so understaffed and I feel some are prejudice against young mums.

The staff here make all the difference. When you arrive all the staff are welcoming, it doesn't feel overwhelming like other clinics. Prof Nardo is extremely knowledgeable and to the point. We wasted 2 years on the NHS and in the end they didn't test for what was ultimately our problem. I wish we had started this sooner. Thankfully we were successful on our 2nd attempt welcoming our son this year, even though being over 40 the odds were against us. Thank you.

We have had an extremely positive experience at RHG, the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and are happy to help in anyway they can. After 3 unsuccessful rounds of insemination, myself and my wife met Mr Nardo at RHG. He provided valuable advice and guidance for our best course of treatment. Within a couple of months of meeting Mr Nardo we had our 1st round of IVF which produced 4 embroyos and 9 months later we welcomed our little girl into the world. 2 years later we have welcomed our little boy using our last embroyo. Mr Nardo and his team at RHG have completed our family and we couldn’t be more grateful to them. We would highly recommend them.

Be careful on the African doctor with string accent and influential English who doesn’t know anything (no racism but he keeps his name card partially hidden, so I can only describe the some basic features). He will keep you waiting for 2 rounds, 2.5 hours but finally told you to go to another hospital. (Basically on the first round he told me they can’t help BUT someone else will come to help, but the next round he didn’t tell me anything else at all, almost the same thing “you need to go to another hospital as 2 hospitals have only one eye doctor”, though he’s defiantly lying). So unprofessional.

Had appointment at One Stop Breast Clinic. Was given this two weeks after GP referral. On arrival for a 1.30pm appointment I was called in bang on time. I was seen by a Consultant who took me through my questionnaire I had completed prior to my appointment. She then gave me a breast ultrasound and gave me a reassuring explanation of what she felt was my diagnosis. She then sent me down to radiology for a mammogram. I only had about a 10 minute wait for this after which I had to wait for a doctor to review the results. Again after about 10 minutes I was called by a nurse who informed me all was well and I could go. I was all done, given a diagnosis and out within an hour of arrival. An excellent service.

My 92 year old mother had an emergency admission, Paramedics amazing, staff on ward fairly helpful. But basic nursing care appalling. No wash or assistance with a wash though semi bedridden had to use alcohol gel beside bed to clean her hands after using the loo etc no soap or water available during her stay. Plus nursing staff a little bit of thought for elderly frail arthritic patients ... they cannot open up marmalade sachets or butter sachets, or take lids of their breakfast so she had nothing until eventually found her bell and had to ring for help. As a senior ward sister for 15 years basic care goes a long way .Check that patient has a drink they can reach ,the bell they can reach ,are warm enough and ask if they need assistance prior to walking away ...your lives will be easier in the long run !

My experience at Shirley Oaks was great. I was an NHS patient having a left inguinal hernia repair and after reading the reviews online I was apprehensive at the thought of attending this hospital. The staff i encountered were extremely helpful. The receptionist, nurses, cafe staff and the surgeons. All very professional. When I had my consultation, it was very fast and over with within 5 minutes. I felt that wasn't enough time to get my head around things and ask the Dr questions, However, he was amazing and has done a great job. Thank you. I would recommend this hospital as I have experienced nothing but care, attentiveness and a willingness to be helped by the staff here. One again, thank you.

Charlatans is what I describe BMI Shirley, these warning letters I keep getting from yourselves surely is illegal, stating bailiffs will come round to my house or I will be summoned to court for failing to attend a appointment as a result of incurring a incorrect charge of £55 (I simply rearranged my appointment for the week after and paid the fee on the day of around £150 but due to staff admin errors has highlighted me as missing a appointment resulting in a penalty fee). Believe you me I have tried ringing, emailing, speaking to BMI and collection services but not one person is capable of resolving my issue as they say the decision comes from the director of BMI Shirley and the only way of resolving this is by emailing her? I have tried emailing the director a few times but no replies, this has been going on for 3 years now and the letters keep getting more aggressive, what a way to treat one of your customers. I want to know where these customer penalty fees go to, it's obvious to me from reading other reviews that this happens quite often. This is outrageous, is this what you do? You prey on the weak, ill and elderly? And scare these people to paying nonsense incorrect penalties?

Good facilities, food and waiting time for treatment via private healthcare. Day nurses were however disappointing. One nurse was especially rude whenever asked questions and rarely checked-in to ask if the patient was ok after undergoing a major surgery. The consultant did a good job but only provided an explanation/summary of quite a major operation after being promoted. On that basis, I would only recommend this hospital as a lower-mid tier private health care option.

I gave birth to my 1st child here and the staff on the induction ward to the delivery unit were absolutely amazing. They delivered my baby safely and they were on the ball. The care on the postnatal ward, ward 47b wasn’t that great. They didn’t check on you or the baby and they took ages to come to you if you rang the buzzer. I've had a few outpatient appointments with Consultants, Nerve Conduction studies, and a MRI scan here. It's a very mixed bag; the 3 stars are for the kind, sincere and warm staff that I encountered. The hospital is let down by the cold and rude receptionist on the main Outpatient reception, and also the administrative staff who loudly sniggered about a patient 'not having medicare' and obviously picking and choosing who they thought were worthy of a complimentary drink. I found them to be very judgemental and unprofessional - something I haven't ever witnessed in any other public or private hospitals.

I had a consultation with a Dr A J Pool at the BMI Esperance in Eastbourne in May17 and after 6 months of physio. Dr Pool was able to review an MRI I had done and give me an injection into my hip which whilst painful for two days afterwards left me able to walk and do chores normally after more or less being incapable of doing anything for six months. I had a follow-up a few weeks later and all was good. More than six months on all still good. Great hospital and great service. I look forward to using them again if needed.

Great service for multiple surgeries and post-surgery care. However, every single time I call the MRI department I am dealt with by the same receptionist who is rude and abrupt, before being cut short on the call. We were told from the outset what our chances were. We were 38 when we started with the Agora, and things moved very quickly. We can understand why some people would be upset when things don’t work out, and at the first round, where we were unsuccessful, we were told frankly that it hadn’t worked. After that first go, treatment was amended, and we were then successful, having a beautiful baby boy. We found everyone at the Agora to be brilliant, highly supportive and very professional, and one of the happiest days of our lives occurred when we took our three month old son there to see everyone again. Had we not been successful, we had been informed about counselling services available. Very highly recommended.

I cannot recommend the Agora highly enough. From the start, to the end of the treatment, our care was wonderful. Each step of the process is carefully explained, and the clinic staff are always available to support and advise as needed. Each and every person we spoke to at the clinic was caring, professional and friendly- in particular, i felt that the kindness and care shown to us by Mel was exceptional, she really did go above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one. The treatments are fairly priced in our opinion and we found the staff approachable, and very willing to discuss all options, possibilities and ideas. It’s a beautiful, clean clinic and a place where you feel instantly at ease. I am very grateful to the Agora and can safely say that booking that first appointment truly changed my life!

As with many couples, ARGC was our last chance after failed treatments elsewhere. They take a personalised tailored approach to each patient. You are constantly monitored and you should expect a lot of blood tests, scans and drugs. Not cheap, but if you want results, I’d recommend ARGC over other clinics.
L F

After being treated in 5 clinics I will rate this the best. Don't be put off by the number of blood tests, they are extremely accurate and monitor very close your cycle. You won't find any other clinic that take blood at 7 in the morning on Christmas day. Patients here are priority and have all my respect for that. If you work they are very flexible compared to other clinics, you can have blood tests and scans done very early morning. The only down side there is a long waiting list and there is a bit of selection, but I was accepted even had low chances. Prices are like any other clinic and the overall cost for 1 cycle is a little higher just because you are monitored closely, in other clinics you will spend the same amount having had a few cancelled cycles and wasted your money. I didn't find the staff rude at all or at least no more than any other clinic, but everyone was extremely efficient and professional.

Being a patient at the Bridge centre has been a wonderful experience for us. We have been extremely lucky and have two beautiful babies, a girl in 2012 and a boy in 2018 using the frozen embryo from our first IVF cycle. From the initial meeting with our consultant, we knew that we wanted to start our fertility treatment at the Bridge centre. My treatment plans felt tailored to me, our doctor listened to our concerns and explained procedures in great detail. The bridge centre was always available if I had any questions. All the staff I have met with at the Bridge centre have been friendly and caring. My daughter loves visiting our consultant and the nursing team. The bridge centre has given us our family and words cannot express how thankful we are!

I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this page, People are quick to tell people about the bad things & never the good so I felt it was important to let everyone know what The Bridge did for my family! At what was the most stressful, heart breaking years of our life - The Bridge gave us hope. The nurses and doctors were always supportive & encouraging. In 2012 they helped make our dreams come true! 5yrs on we have a beautiful clever little girl that one day in the not so distant future (we hope & pray) she will be a big sister as we return for our frozen embryos! We are forever grateful to The Bridge & will never forget what you did for us.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC I've applied to be an egg donor for altruistic reasons. I wasn't aware the clinic makes a fortune on donated eggs but that's ok, it's a private clinic after all. I was greeted by the doctor who hugged me, told me what wonderful support they will give me and what an amazing person I was to be a donor. Fast forward to the scan - turns out one of my ovaries is really small and I cannot be a donor cause the clinic cannot squeeze enough eggs out of me to make good business. This is where the pleasant phase ended - I was pretty much kicked out on the street with a leaflet that I should freeze my remaining eggs for 25K £. Needless to say I was devastated emotionally as I never worried about my fertility before. Greedy despicable people. I went for a private scan today to a different clinic, everything is fine with me. I just wasn't a cash cow for the Bridge Centre. If you're reading this I'm sure you are desperate to have a baby. Please choose a different clinic that actually respects people.

Booked in for couples fertility tests- staff is nice enough though quite dismissive, nurse was lovely. Unfortunately, this place has huge financial targets to meet & it shows. Understandably the bottom line is that patients want results, however, the brash, in-out manner employed is awful. They charge extortionate amounts and even so their manner leaves much to be desired. An assessment is just that and even though CRGH is a fertility clinic, there are various levels and options involved regarding fertility which need to be customised to each patients needs. Unfortunately CRGH fell short with this- no options, alternatives, or anything other than IVF we’re discussed. Biggest doozy though- even though results were good for both me & hubby, Dr we saw for follow-up insisted we do IVF repeatedly, gave us no alternative options and embarrassingly the ultrasound, blood tests & Dr didn’t pick up that I was already pregnant (which I didn’t know at the time)!! Missed it completely!! Even with leading questions to the Dr at follow-up who just just interested in selling her IVF treatment!! We didn’t even bother telling her, her consultation was inadequate and she had no interest other than securing an IVF booking. As a medical precessional myself I expect higher standards. Not impressed!!

We certainly didn't make it easy for CRGH (poorer than expected response to stims, poor fertilisation rate, only one embryo that passed PGS and then a long process to transfer due to uterine lining breaking down), but through it all CRGH (esp Dr Seshadri, her PA, the nursing staff, the sonographers and the embryologists) worked so hard to help us and were so caring along the way. Even the receptionists at CRGH helped ... they knew when to be chatty, when to leave you be, when to chase for paperwork and when to chase for appointments. We just felt in very safe and efficient hands throughout the whole difficult process. In the end we conceived naturally but I am 100% convinced this was as a result of some of the things we and CRGH learned about my body through my treatment and a suggestion Dr Seshadri and the team of consultants made about something to try when we were ready to try again on our own. For that I will forever be in their debt and I am forever grateful - the key was they didn't give up and they treated me as an individual.

I have no words to describe how we were treated during our initial consultation and subsequent phone calls. We did not choose CRGH based on their poor customer service and insensitive and unprofessional consultant. Unfortunately they don't have a complaint procedure.

We can not thank the team at CRGH enough Our family is now complete with the birth of our little boy this August After a couple of years trying for a second child, ( during which time I had an ectopic pregnancy and couple of early miscarriages) we approached CRGH Due to my age we decided on the IVF that included genetic testing of the embryos. This was the more expensive option, but in our case worth it, as it saved lots of time in the long run and false hope (my best embryos that would normally be have bern transferred turned out to be chromosomally abnormal). The doctors came up with a drug protocol that resulted in 14 eggs retreived of which 9 fertilised and we got 6 blastocysts. After genetic testing we had one ‘golden’ embryo which really was treat like gold by the team. I had issues pre transfer with my lining thickness and everything was done to check the conditions were optimal before transferring it back. Whilst this meant delays which were frustrating at the time, everything was always done in the best interests of my embryo and im pleased to say our first round resulted in our now 6 week old! Main suggestion for improvement would be to try to have some continuity in the nurses that you see for appointments as this does chop and change

Very money orientated and doctor constantly late. Doctor not showing up at time of egg collection with 2 patients in front of me... Never had a scan before going into theatre to check if follicles were still there. Was told my eggs did not fertilize. This is the only clinic where my eggs did not fertilize... and it happened twice.

I came in in an emergency, the staff and doctors in A&E were amazing! I then came back in for a procedure and again all staff at this hospital were so lovely, caring and professional, they looked after me so well. Just as an added extra, it's a beautiful hospital with lots of natural light and was very clean - I couldn't recommend enough.

I've not felt better cared for (and loved!) in my life since my mum took care of me when ill as a small child and my daughter looked after me after smashing up my arm 12 years ago. Fabulous consultants, doctors and nurses. I couldn't recommend the place enough and I thank them all for my recent expert treatment and considerate care. 😍🤩

Been going to this hospital for yrs & I've suffered with some very serious life threatening illness from the age off 16 up until now which is still on going- I'm 39 now. I've had of cause my fair share of problems there but as I'm older now & i seem more calm this happens a lot less. Great treatment but as we all no Dr's aren't magicians and they can't suddenly solve everything so you yourself getting a bit of background knowledge on your illness will help.

I recently went to the emergency department at Whittington hospital, and the conditions were so disgusting I did not want to lay down on the bed, I saw dry blood stains on the bed which is pretty dangerous, as it could of been contaminated with an infectious disease. It was dusty everywhere on the floor and on the shelves. When I asked the doctor he said that they were trying their best but I did not see 1 cleaning staff there so are they really trying their best. This is completely unacceptable conditions for 21st century. I did not feel safe at all !!!!!

Took my partner to a&e as she had some sort of bug and due to other gealth issues she needed checked . The attitude of nurse who did the initial assesment left a lot to be desired and when she was finally transferred to a ward she waited over 6 hours for something for her headache and most of the night shift nurses where rude and abrupt. Its not the first time i have taken a family member to this hospital and each time the attitudes of nurses gets worse, there are some who are really nice but they are few and far between.

Sat patiently for 2.5hrs without being acknowledged by triage, politely questioned my waiting time at reception, only to be informed they had called my name previously (not sure how I'd missed it, as I didn't leave the room out of respect for the queue system) and was now facing a further 5hr wait. I relayed my frustration to the receptionist that checked me in, was offered no form of apology, and in the end left with my partner in tears, notably upset and in acute pain. To top it off, I diligently payed my parking toll only to find the exit barrier had been left up. As a pharmacist within the NHS, I have never been so disappointed in the institute I have dedicated so many years of my life serving.

Not happy at all that they had my mother sit waiting in a chair for about 7 hours until her surgery from 7:15 in the morning. She travelled there from Sunderland too! Bearing in mind she was nill to mouth by 7pm the previous day. Nice staff but poor management. I know people are extremely busy but they could have at least told her to arrive at a better appointed time! And she could have ate something up until a later time too! Not a very nice experience .

I go to physiotherapy here as I’ve just had 3 operations on my knee , staff are great in the gym , there don’t rush you there give you the support and help you need and also very friendly and chatty , wasn’t too impressed with the kids ward mind afew months back when my daughter was in very poorly needing surgery on her stomach she was only 8days old and we were left in a tiny room for 5hrs being told to keep feeding her even though that was the problem she had pylorocstanises and she was in pain , we then got put on a ward by ourselves and received no help from staff , my daughter was being sick constantly and we had to change the sheets ourselves we asked for a nurse to come speak to us and after half hour or pressing the buzzer I had to go myself to get them out a room whilst chatting , morning staff came on and were great got transferred on a different ward and the care and attention my daughter got was great , overall a good hospital who meet your needs BUT depending what shifts on

This hospital is remarkable. My wife went in with a bleed on the brain, was thoroughly looked after in ICU for 2 weeks and has just had an AVM removed. Dr. Mukherjee is a legend and all the nurses and doctors are so helpful and supportive. The communication has been excellent. Very lucky to have a hospital like this in the north east and probably the entire country.

We had been on our fertility journey in Dorset for 2.5 years with 2 unsuccessful rounds of ICIS before going to the Lister hospital to Dr James Nicopoullus and his team. We have been under his team for 2.5years and cannot thank them enough for our precious daughter. As we are satellite patients we have our scans /blood tests done in Dorset but we have a lot of communication by phone and email to the Lister nurses, and through every step of the way we had felt at ease, had great support and care and help from him and his team.

We had a great experience here - had a personality clash with the first doctor we saw but then had a great consultant, saw him for every visit (unlike other reviews on this site) and had success. Yes, the wait times can be long but it had a nice feel to it. Also, from what I've heard they are a lot more relaxed in terms of their approach outside of the medicine - they told me to relax and live my life as normally as possible which was great, no strange diets or yoga poses!

I had a fantastic treatment in the clinic. They were not only experienced and knowledgeable but they made me feel very calm from the beginning. Specially Sonia Fuentes who was extremly profesional and caring in every appointment. Dr James Nicoupollos gave us clear advice of our options which were not the most expensive options available. It reassured me that they care more about the patient and the results than the money. That’s very refreshing to find. I have now a beautiful baby boy thanks to them and I will never forget how well they treated us through the process. Thanks!!

I had a very good experience at the Lister Fertility Clinic. I did see quite a few members of the nursing team who were all pleasant and helpful. I was always seen by the same consultant for appointments and I found the secretaries very helpful. I was made aware from the start of treatment that the doctors work as a team and therefore my consultant may not perform my egg collection or embryo transfer. However, I was told that if I specifically wanted my doctor to perform the embryo transfer I could ask, it may not be possible but no harm in asking. My cycle was unsuccessful but I will definitely be returning for another cycle to the Lister. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Raef Faris, Mr James Nicopoullos, sonographer Alison Thomas and nurse Nikita.

Please do not donate or purchase genetic material from here - The care for the donors is absolutely abismal. I donated three years ago and still no one will tell me if there has been a result. They forget that donors are real people and that our DNA actually means something to us. To them it's just a product that they pretty much manipulate out of you through lip service and smiles. How that all changes once they get what they want.

LWC have been amazing. After two failed IVF attempts and a very negative experience at a very highly regarded clinic, my husband and I decided to go elsewhere. A friend recommended The Holly in Buckhurst Hill, part of LWC. We had to visit the London clinic twice but most of our consultations were at Buckhurst Hill. Everyone who support us throughout this cycle have been truly amazing, caring and taken time to explain things in the detail we really neede. Options were given but never pushed upon us, pricing was clear and every time I called both the London centre and the Hollie my call was answered. I can’t thank the team enough, my consultant, the nurses, the embryologist all completely amazing caring people.

Terrible hospital. I went one year ago after a panic attack as was a stressful period. The result was: "We cannot do nothing for you sorry" at 1 a.m. in the morning and I left. I totally understand that hospital cannot do nothing for panic attacks but as well I believe that empathy is very important in these case, as can happen to everybody. Probably a nice word and a therapist contact's number, would make felling better in these situations everybody.

Worse hospital ever, I brought me 4 years old son here, after 6 hours waiting, they took an X-ray for the wrong leg, after that they forgot to send the blood test to the lab. Very rude staff, they need to learn how to behave with parents. NHS better to teach their staff some manners. 6 hours waiting is a long time for a child to wait. 11:30pm and we still at hospital.

3 bad experiences here. First, waited a very long time to get a copy of y medical records. Phone calls not answered, no voicemail or message service, no email address given. Very bad, took weeks. Second, asked a doctor for a copy of my medical reports - refused and thrown out. This is a legal right, unless they specify why not. Thirdly , went to collect a friend who had a colonoscopy. He had informed the hospital to tell me how he was - they refused to tell me exactly how he was. And they should not have discharged him, he was unfit to be discharged. Doctors and nurses refused to speak to me when he was discharged.

If you are looking for an egg donor, please read and take into consideration the following: Once I signed up to become and egg donor, from my first initial query right to the very last communication, I had to chase Wessex for an update. After every test, every consolation... Everything! Information provided was minimal and communication internal and external - Terrible. After 6 months of waiting/chasing for updates, chasing for test results and being told on serval occasion that they were now ready and/or finding me a match, I suddenly receive a letter (of all forms of communication!) Telling me that I could not donate. To say that I was heartbroken would be an understatement - After being told so many times it would go ahead, apparently they 'forgot' to test me for something and when they did, it turns out something within my genetics meant that if I donated and the potential receiving parents had the same thing, it could cause complications. After asking multiple times, they never did clear up if I can't donate or if they just didn't want to screen potential parents to ensure my genetics wouldn't cause a problem. I hate to be negative, especially when surrounding such a sensitive topic but I feel I need to be honest about my experince. I would have loved to have been able to give this gift and while its not necessarily Wessex's fault that I am unable too, they unfortunately made this whole process extremely lengthy, painful and a lot more difficult than ever necessary! It took over 6 months for Wessex to finally come to the decision of no. I'm sure a lot of people considering to donate would have given up sooner than that and I genuinely hope that after this experience that Wessex will change the way they treat people that are trying to do something out of the kindness of their hearts.

I would not recommend this facility in Poole. While the procedures were carried out in Southampton satisfactorily the attention to detail in poole was poor. If the consultant had been more thorough with my wife's blood test results before embarking on an expensive and invasive protocol none of it would have been necessary. We did not get a baby because my wifes thyroxine levels were not right. The monitoring and adjusting of these was left up to us and was not double checked before protocol began. Dissatisfied, we got a second opinion in Dorchester with r Dooley who immediately spotted a problem with the hormone therapy my wife was under and referred to a specialist in London. Between them and my wife's GP they got the hormones where they should be at minimal expense and we conceived naturally. So in summary Wessex are very good at up selling techniques but not good at ensuring that you have the best chance of success. Go elsewhere in my opinion.

Waited near to a Year for an appointment for an operation. Arrived at 11:30, one member of staff was very rude whilst the other was very nice and kind. Was informed at 3:30pm that my appointment had been cancelled, and that they would place me on priority. I am already a priority operation and I was also told I had my appointment cancelled 2 hours prior, but no one had come to tell me that it had been cancelled. Extremely terrible organisation skills and no one speak to each other to pass information. Not all staff are at fault but it's an absolute state of a place
