Brilliant experience, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly - from the welcome desk to the sonographer. They're all happy to talk through what any test options are or what anything means and do this all in an easy chat way so you don't feel over-whelmed with medical lingo

I always recommend Future Babies to all my friends and colleagues as soon as I know they are pregnant. I know they will be satisfied with their visit for whatever reason; whether it’s for bloods, dating scan or 4D scan because I know they will be looked after by very caring professional staff who about their customers and the well being of their future baby 👶. Also the quality of their scans are truly amazing!

Went for a scan before the 13 week scan I had as really excited first time mum. The staff were brilliant and the lady that did the scan was really welcoming. Would defiantly recommend! :)

I visited for a scan and a blood test. The staff were very friendly and professional. The sonographer talked me through the scan and tried to show me the baby in 3D although it was bouncing around a bit too much for a clear image. Highly recommended.

Very professional and kind services from the booking to the actual appointment. Was bit worried as there were some negative reviews but i was very satisfied. I did my first scan somewhere else and it was good that I changed the clinic. So happy that I found somewhere reliable!

All-round excellent care when I visited the fetal medicine centre. My work is related to this area, so I had very detailed questions, but I was also just an emotional mum. The team took all of this in their stride and were so experienced and supportive. Well worth it.

Terrible reception staff. Quite unhelpful and rude. A terrible first impression. Very unprofessional, did nothing to assess needs and seemed to judge whether you were high risk or not based on your voice. Very strange. Much better service from the NHS.

This was the worst experience of my life. I went for the initial Harmony Test appointment to give blood and didn’t realise that at that time I would have a scan too so didn’t bring my husband. The sonographer offered a scan and I thought ‘why not’. When she did the belly scan and couldn’t see anything, she did an internal scan - I was starting to feel anxious at this point. When it was clear that there was no heartbeat and the baby was grossly undersized, the lady turned the screen to me and pointed to something the size of a grain of rice and said ‘that’s your baby’. She just didn’t get it - that my heart was broken and my baby dead. I was crying and she gave me a box of tissues and walked out of the room. I was then ‘transferred’ to a windowless vault to cry by myself - to say that there was no empathy would be a gross understatement. At my call, my husband arrived soon after and the receptionist said I’d already left when I hadn’t. He said I must be here so they came to look for me, forgotten in my vault. When he was finally brought to me, we left together, but not before the receptionist had rudely asked for the £100 owed. In comparison to the warmth and sympathy I’ve experienced since at the NHS, this was a cold, heartless, sterile place. I’m sure if people have good news there, they would think it’s great. But given the high chance of bad news, don’t risk it and go somewhere where the people who work there care about you and your baby.

The Professor and his team at The Fetal Medicine Centre offered my wife a great service with the extensive scans they provide. We had three scans at the clinic. The doctor provided a report for our NHS consultant. The Professors knowledge in the field is absolutely amazing. If people ever require evidence on his work just read one of his 1600 published papers or watch one of his documentaries. The Professor has truly devoted his life to fetal medicine.
