Video – I’m Infertile, What Next?

If you suspect that you may be infertile, you may be wondering what your next step should be. It is always best to take a fertility test if you have been trying for a year or more without success, or sooner if you are over 35.
It is important not to assume that the problem is the woman’s, as in 40-50% of cases the man’s fertility is an issue.

In terms of treatments which may help you conceive, here are some of the options that are currently available:

  • In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Physiological Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (PICSI)
  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
  • Ovulation Induction
