If i could put 0 stars i would. Avoid - Avoid. The desperation and desire to have children takes you many places, and this is one if the worst ones in the list. They are a well set up business who see no further that the £££ signs. Hidden costs will follow up, chase you and threaten you with debt collectors months after. Even though you had to pay everything upfront. So what you see is definitely NOT what you get. Do not waste your money, zero results and absolutely terrible experience. my partner is now pregnant from treatment elsewhere, first time. The clinic and service do not compare when looking back. Do not make the mistake we did. This clinic isn't your answer.

Horrible experience!! They just want your money, you buy a expensive packet with all included and nothing is included, after you have to buy more medicines, they charge you for blood test without previous notice, have to injection for 3 weeks!! That is crazy and No normal, with 0 results. ABSOLUTELY NO RECOMMENDED

NOT RECOMMEND Hungry for money Don't CARE about results. Tripple check for £££££ price. A lot of hiding fees. I have Manor IVF with donor's eggs(8). £9500 Bad quality of eggs or bad equipment. With good quality of sperm they don't creat even 1 good quality (promised in contact)Blastocyst Embryo and we pay for donors eggs£4400.

Absolutely rubbish clinic. The reception never answers or return their call. Never the less the doctor is rubbish, Told my wife that her both fallopian tube is blocked. And the Dr all he was talking about IVF and we were really devastated by the new of the blockage. All he offered IVF and kept offering us IVF. Then we have decided to go to the City Clinic at Old Street. The Dr Henry was amazing and he done all the test including HSg scan both tube were open and they have refund us some money back. Try to avoid the Gennet clinic. I recommend u to avoid it.

0 % success rate, absolutely 0% client care. Robbed of our savings, demanding more along the way, demaing more after and before you have a chance to forget about them they'll sent letters at home damanding payment for services you never requested. They are not worth a thought, seem to keep putting good reviews up themselves. All the fake smiles at intitial appointments, wait until you're no longer use to them. BE WARNED! They should not be in business.

Saw dr Abramov for our first consultation and felt that he understood our needs and took our wishes into consideration, so far very pleased. Staff have been nothing but really nice and kind, appointments sometimes run a bit late, but that's everywhere the same. Nice and modern facility Also really happy with the costs as we got a chance to discuss everything with a member of staff - definitely a lot cheaper treatment than other London clinics

I can't recommend the team at GENNET City Fertility enough and Shaun Rogers the Senior Embryologist/Laboratory Manager was world class. Our experience from start to finish was faultless. At the age of 42 I went through just one cycle of stimulated IVF and ICSI which produced 15 fertilised eggs and then eight blastocysts, two were implanted and we are now very proud parents to one healthy and huge baby boy. GENNET City Fertility continue to store the remaining six blastocysts in case we want to extend our family yet further... we'll see! All staff were incredibly professional, in touch with the very latest techniques, gave honest recommendations based on our circumstances and were warm and friendly. The clinic is modern and calm, all appointments were on time and we loved its convenient and refreshing non Harley Street location (not to mention INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY - they are the cheapest IVF Clinic in the South of England!).

Really pleased with the early pregnancy scans and Harmony test my partner and I had here. Reassurred us during a worrying twin pregnancy and found them much more affordable than other London clinics. Costs were always very clear and staff always friendly and took their time with us.

Fantastic clinic just started my treatment there and honestly the best clinic in London . From reception to nurse to consultant what a breath of fresh air this clinic is so helpful and kind , many fertility clinics could learn a lot from these guys . Wish I'd found them sooner . Well done Gennet your leagues above the rest

we are very pleased we chose City Fertility for our IVF treatment, we were successful on our 2nd attempt, we were well informed of the costs by the friendly staff and always treated with compassion and sensitivity,we were told that my wife would not go full term by the doctors and as a result, were monitored from early on by our local hospital, which was vital as our son was born at 27 weeks. The clinic is easily found with a 5 minute walk from Farringdon train station. We cannot recommend City Fertility enough and are eternally grateful for what they have done for us,all of the staff will forever be in our hearts. Robert & Kelly

First disappointment was venue being a warehouse. On arrival receptionist very please. However on entering room for scan the sonographer was extremely cold and unpleasant. My dignity was never considered I was asked to remove "my bottom half", I was never given any gown or privacy and after procedure I was given a tissue and told to clean myself!!!! Then dress whilst the sonographer was still present, there was no privacy given.

Went when I was 16 weeks pregnant for a sexing scan. Fantastic place and staff. I returned today baby is now 12 weeks old and I wanted to be checked due to issues ive been having. Again fantastic service and experianced sonographer my mind is now at ease. I wont be having anymore babiea but friends who are pregnant have been told by me to go to abc4d if there looking for extra scans.

Beware before using this clinic. I had a gender scan done, found them on google, my whole experience was very unprofessional. The sonographer was not interested to tell me the gender, the building was cold and damn and the room was tiny. I think i was the only scan as the gentleman cam specifically to open the building for me. At the end of the scan my gender was still not confirmed and they handed two photos without any packaging at all, they did not even put it in a an envelope. Overall gutted and upset at my experience.

If you wish to experience the NHS no longer coping then join this practice. The appointment system is abysmal. A standard wait for an appointment is 3 weeks. You can't get through on the phone and the online system is complex, how the elderly or anyone with mental health problems or frankly just feeling a bit fragile copes God only knows. Once you have an appointment the continuity of care is a shambles with difficulty in seeing the same doctor and again having to wait another 3 weeks to do so. It is such a shame as before the 3 surgeries merged I couldn't have wished for a better doctors surgery.

From my previous experience I can honestly say this GP practise has improved greatly. There has been some turn-over of staff - in a good way! My previous contacts where just senseless, and the doctor made it clear that she does not have the time, hence make multiple appointments to have your concerns attended to. And after multiple visits she made it clear she will not assist. Having great concerns about my health for the first time in my life, I took a career break from the NHS and used my savings to attend private specialist consultations. My recent visit, I was forced to go the GP surgery - paperwork. Hence my expectations where minimal. Dr Potterson and Sr Louise were excellent! Caring, knowledgeable.. just an amazing service. Thank you so much! Online booking is fantastic and the self registration at reception is very efficient. You are forewarned at registration of delays. Honestly I'd rather wait and have the staff dedicate more time to difficult cases. I'm glad I did not change practises.

I'm starting to seriously dislike this doctors surgery. I joined in 2013 and the service was amazing, you could get appointments like that and I had a fabulous doctor who I always saw. She then unfortunately left and I developed a few health problems. Now I see random doctors on every visit and it's very confusing no doctor wants you to just stick to them. I came in only three days ago, regarding my asthma and didn't get any help really only to end up in hospital and was asked "So, who's looking after you regarding your asthma? It should be improving not getting worse". Doctors don't listen and the online booking service is a sham. Sort it out, please!

Terrible service - they never answer the phone, I spent 20 mins on hold and the next available appointments are at least 3 weeks wait. Always get a different answer depending on who you speak to.

My experience has always been fine bar the waiting times. I did find it preposterous, however, to be told that I must visit the GP surgery in person in order to register for their online appointment service in order to get an appt to visit the GP surgery in person............... I mean really?????

Incredibly long waiting times for an appointment and also over the phone. It's likely that the practice have taken on far too many patients and are subsequently overwhelmed. Practices like this are likely to lead to patients resting on their laurels rather than getting checked out

Getting test results is really a challenge. Only mean is to call their specific line open with a very strict time-slot (1pm to 2:30pm) and busy. It's been 4 days in a row I am holding 30 min to get my call answered - without success. Not a good service. Apart from that, the GP I met has been really kind.

Feel very fortunate to be registered as a patient at this surgery. From our experience we have been treated with friendliness and respect by the reception team, nurses and doctors. They have a great nursing team who are informed and thorough with regards to travel advice/immunisations and all the doctors we have seen have an excellent patient manner. When re-registering (following some time away) they expedited my husbands form and he was seen for an appointment on the same day and then booked for further checks on the following day.
James Stowell

Not a good service. There are some good doctors and nurses at the surgery but the system is so broken that getting an appointment is a nightmare. Impossible to get through on the phone most of the time. The online appointment application is terrible. Doctors are always running late due to selfish patients showing up late. I have never been seen until at least 20 minutes past my appointment time, sometimes upwards of an hour. GPs are extremely time-limited by NHS restrictions when you do see one. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. UPDATE As of March 2018 the current MINIMUM wait to see a GP is 23 days.

I have been with them since they were in Disraeli Road, Always very good service and helpful. Very disappointed. Regards.

Hour long wait yet again and the new doctor didn't help at all. She just kept telling me she didn't know what was wrong and didn't seem bothered to get to the bottom of it and I left still in pain. This is why I sometimes don't even bother, doctors like this put me off big time.
Teresa Murphy
Teresa Murphy
I have been with this practice for many years. All the Doctors/nurses I have seen for different reasons have always been helpful.Yes sometimes you do have to wait awhile but that could be that people who have gone in before you may have some complex / serious matters going on that take longer than the 10 minutes alloted.I and my family have had great care here.
Francesco Granati
Francesco Granati
I have lived in Putney for more than 4years now and have always been registered at this practice. I don't have tbh any comparison benchmark with other practices. I think this works quite well if you are young, tech savy, have a certain patience (in terms of waiting times) and have no urgent issues. Like that, easy peasy, go online, book an app and you know that to see YOUR specific doctor you probably have to wait at least a couple of weeks. It's not ideal, but has worked fine for me so far. NOT ideal if you have an urgent need to see your GP, then it's when it's clear that it's not a bulletproof system. Improve that, and review easily goes up to 4 stars :)

Actual experience great - nice clinic, introduction good. But aftercare appalling. Had ordered a NIPT. Says 7-10 days but I had to chase them on day 10 and then 11. The delay made us really worried there was something wrong with our baby. Eventually got results on day 13. I then wrote an email but they couldn’t even be bothered to reply. Gives the impression that they take your money and couldn’t care less about you after that point. Awful customer service. Will not return and won’t be recommending to anyone.

I started having Acupuncture with Rebecca about 5 months ago. I am such a baby when it comes to needles so was a little apprehensive to say the least! I was nervous on my first session, and went a little hot after Rebecca popped the needles in, but that was just from being nervous. Rebecca will soon put you at ease. I was really surprised at how tiny the needles were, I think I thought they were going to be as big as something you do the sewing with! but they are tiny, almost like little hairs, and they only go in very very slightly so they do not hurt at all. I find it so very relaxing, and once they are in, Rebecca pops a blanket over me and I’m snoozing within 5 minutes, in fact she has to come and wake me up as I would be there all day! Rebecca has helped me with recovery from an operation and my digestive issues. I highly recommend her. If you are apprehensive like I was, don’t be, give it a go because she can help you and you will wonder why you were ever worried about those tiny needles!

A few years ago I had a serious skiing accident which meant I could not do any hard sporting activity for quite some time. Being used to gym training I found it difficult to know what exercises I could and could not do to try and improve my back strength and fitness level. I started with Tania having never used a Pilates reformer before and immediately noticed results. Tania is a methodical and focused trainer who provides me with a customized routine specific to my requirements and aspirations. After every class I would feel that I had worked muscles that I never even knew I had! Working with Tania is an extremely rewarding, motivating and not to mention fun experience which has helped improve my strength and muscle tone more than any previous weight training or gym sessions that I had done before!

I have just completed a series of sessions with Tania at Peacock Pilates. I can not praise the whole experience highly enough. I was hoping for a lot from my one to one Pilates sessions. I wanted to improve my posture, my core and my overall strength in general. I also had a niggling ache in my lower back which I had been to both chiropractors and osteopaths about, but to no avail, the ache still remained. I gave a list of these goals to Tania and she created sessions that were tailored specifically for me, rather than a one fits all scenario. During the sessions Tania explained each move and what muscles it targeted. She watched every movement I did like a hawk (darn those mirrored walls!) and would spot even if I was doing the smallest thing not quite right (even if one foot was a few degrees off parallel, lol) and then she would make the tiniest adjustment in my positioning but it would make a massive difference to the quality of the movement I was doing and thereby ensure that the correct muscles were being targeted and worked. And boy could I feel it!! After only a few sessions I realised something was different with me. I wasn't feeling any pain in my lower back anymore!! I couldn't believe it as the pain had been with me for 10 years, since the birth of my children. Tania got muscles activated that I didn't know existed! I cursed her at the time, but I felt stronger lesson after lesson. Everyday things like running for the bus and climbing stairs felt so much easier. My general walking stride improved and even my swimming at the gym is faster due to my increased strength. It has seriously benefited me in every area of my life. My friend commented on my good posture and another on the toned lean muscle definition of my upper body and arms. Peacock Pilates helped me achieve every goal and more. Such as the extra unexpected benefit of my now very pert bottom. :) It is now so ingrained in me that even if I think about rounding my shoulders as I bend to brush my teeth, I can hear her voice in my head, telling me "Shoulders back Michelle!!" Thank you Tania for introducing me to my rhomboids, I love them. You are a fab teacher who I happily recommend . Michelle

I have been doing pilate for many years now and it is only since going to Peacock Pilate that I am experiencing the real thing. Having one to one lessons with Tania has been the best experience, we constantly try out new exercises and work on all areas of my body. Tania knows how to push you while still making the session fun and interesting. Not only you feel like you have had the best work out, the session also goes very quickly which in my eyes is always a good sign! I highly recommend to anyone, never felt so toned and alive before going to Peacock.

I have tried Pilates several times before, but Tania, the instructor by far was the best, She pays attention to the slightest detail and makes sure that the I use the correct movement while doing the exercise . I took 8 continuous sessions with her and noticed great improvement in my fitness level. After that I travelled to Austria for skiing and OMG I felt nothing , no pain at all (we skied for more than 5 hours a day) . Thank you Tania you're the best !!

I'm really enjoying my pilates training with Tania! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the exercises and I trust her completely to know how far to push me in building my strength. I have now been doing it for six months and my posture and strength have improved greatly. I can really see the physical changes to my body too, especially my arms. I look forward to it every week! I just had a great 1-on-1 Pilates Reformer session on the Reformer and the Cardio-Tramp! Whoever said Pilates is not for men has clearly never tried it at Peacock Pilates London! It was really challenging yet fun and it was an excellent workout. I worked muscles that I've never used before and I felt like it was helping to strengthen my injured shoulder. I have already booked in for my next Pilates session. I highly recommend them.

Camilla - thank you so much for your help and advice. I now feel armed with the info/exercises I wish I'd had after giving birth. My post-natal stomach/back has definitely improved since June... Top marks! I will be recommending you to all my post-natal friends!

Six Physio on the King's Road is a fantastic well run physio centre. The receptionists are always happy and smiling and I like the fact that you receive email and texts to confirm and remind you of appointments. Annika and Lyn have been great in helping me to recover from an ankle injury. Their sessions are always thorough and well prepared.

Emma Wenham - Physiotherapist A brilliant treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Emma, my treatment was fabulous and the advice she gave superb. I highly recommend her and the practice. Thank you very much. She was sympathetic, knowledgeable and gave useful tips and exercises I could do to make improvements. Emma even followed up our meeting to see how I was getting on and encouraged me to send pictures of my seating position to see where I am going wrong. Thank you Emma. Linda - St Albans

I can't thank the staff at Six Physio enough, with their help I went from being unable to run with shin splints to smashing my personal best in the Great North Run this year. The assistance and encouragement from Annika was vital, and I'm sure she will be pleased to know that I am still doing the exercises now. Six Physio came well recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone.

We know ARGC throughout a friend she recommended us. Without our friend named Marta and ARGC team, we would not be this lucky having our healthy happy baby boy. It's a very expensive treatment with ARGC but what they would do differently and treat every patient individual to get the best result are much we wanted. I have been failured 3 ICSI treatments with NHS and 2 ICSI with London Women Clinic (the one on Haley Street): they all using the same method and very similar medications. I have known other 4 people who had 4 health babies, we all had treatments from ARGC. Again thank you very much my friend and ARGC team! I will definitely come to see you in a year time for my next treatment! T & M

Impersonal, money hungry business. My impression so far is that they are not in this to make families, only money. These people have the chance to make people's dreams come true and it's a shame that is not their focus

Very rushed, stressful, impersonal and too expensive. After spending 12k I did not even have any eggs left over to freeze!!. -ve result. When i approached the team seeking counselling as i was upset all they did was try to sell me further sessions!!!!! I left deeply upset. V bad experience.

I wish they treated people better. They make you feel like cattle. Why not spend some of the bags if money and invest in a computerised system with set appointment times and a decent waiting room so that women at the clinic are treated better.

ARGC success rates are everything to them, they may not be the best at customer service but that's not their focus. If you want a cup of tea and a smile go to Nuffield...if you want to get pregnant go to ARGC it's as simple as that. I'm a proud father of 2 beautiful twins and prior to the ARGC's efforts everyone else (NHS and private) had failed miserably. Thanks ARGC!

The main issue is with how they treat people. You are just a number. You wait 30 min to 1 hour for a scan, they don’t try to speed things up or optimise, they don’t care. You never get privacy when speaking about your situation, it’s always in front of 5 other people waiting by the front desk. The morning of my egg collections, one of the nurses yelled at me because 1 page in my file was not filled in. The first day I collected the meds, no one had told me I would get a large bag full of meds which I had to take with me to a conference in Canary Wharf.

After being treated in 5 clinics I will rate this the best. Don't be put off by the number of blood tests, they are extremely accurate and monitor very close your cycle. You won't find any other clinic that take blood at 7 in the morning on Christmas day. Patients here are priority and have all my respect for that. If you work they are very flexible compared to other clinics, you can have blood tests and scans done very early morning. The only down side there is a long waiting list and there is a bit of selection, but I was accepted even had low chances. Prices are like any other clinic and the overall cost for 1 cycle is a little higher just because you are monitored closely, in other clinics you will spend the same amount having had a few cancelled cycles and wasted your money. I didn't find the staff rude at all or at least no more than any other clinic, but everyone was extremely efficient and professional.

As with many couples, ARGC was our last chance after failed treatments elsewhere. They take a personalised tailored approach to each patient. You are constantly monitored and you should expect a lot of blood tests, scans and drugs. Not cheap, but if you want results, I’d recommend ARGC over other clinics.

My experience with the Birth Company for over 6 years has been excellent. Dr Gibb is an amazing professional but more importantly he is a wonderful person who gives individual attention to the issues and problems, and finds the best way to resolve, reassure and keep you happy. Dr Gibb monitored and advised during my four pregnancies... The support I had from him was unbelievable, even during weekends and after hours. He was the only doctor who answered all my questions over the phone, without even me being registered at his clinic, after which I became his client for many years. Now I am a proud mother of two healthy and beautiful children, and happy to return to Dr Gibb for gynecological and obstetrics consultations. Thank you!

Really friendly, efficient service. Great experience overall. Had the Panorama. My appointment was with Kate who was absolutely fantastic. The results came really quickly. Have a comparison with private healthcare elsewhere and must say that The Birth Company was just how I would like to be treated when I pay for medical services - attentively, calmly, friendly, in a pleasant environment that doesn't look like hospital. Top marks!

I saw Kate throughout my first pregnancy and am now doing so again with my second. She is absolutely amazing, she explains everything really clearly, and has answered all sorts of bizarre questions and worries I have had. On top of being clinically excellent she is also just the loveliest person and always a pleasure to see. Sarah Newland x

Lovely receptionists and excellent results service. Only disappointment was the blood test – I have a needle and blood phobia and flagged this with the doctor, but he proceeded to give a step-by-step account of the procedure (he was demonstrating to a colleague) and left the bloods on table for me to see. My partner and I were pretty shocked. Possibly the worst experience of giving blood – not what you expect from a private service.

The Birth Company have supported us through both the hardest and happiest times of our lives. Everyone including the receptionists, clinical team and Dr Gibb himself are caring, thoughtful and highly professional. I never feel rushed, I always feel cared for and respected and every question we have ever asked (we always have lots) has been answered in as much detail as we have needed. I have most of my ante natal care on the NHS, including deliveries, but have had a few consultations and scans at the Birth Company in all of my pregnancies. I normally arrive at consultations feeling anxious and confused and leave feeling reassured and confident that the plan ahead is the right thing for my baby, my family and me. I could not recommend them highly enough.

A conveyor belt of scans. The service delivery was very poor. We went to The Birth Company feeling really excited to see our baby for the first time (we booked a viability scan at 8 weeks) and left the clinic having our experience ruined by the staffs' attitude. The front staff seemed very friendly with each other, but cold with the patients, while the sonographer treated us like a McDonalds transaction. No emotions, no congratulations, just a medical routine procedure for them. She didn't answer most of my questions while I was on the table. Very dissapointed...

We went to the birth company for our 2nd child, and from our first appointment we were treated so professionally and with so much care, I actually just googled private clinics and they were the first and in my opinion I’m so glad I clicked on their website and rang them, initially it was just to make sure the baby was doing well, at early stages, but after feeling so comfortable we went for the harmony test, which actually was so helpful, also found out that our new born was a boy. I honestly would say to anyone wanting to check privately, don’t be scared to call, these guys are so good and make you feel so welcome, not pushy at all, and are actually doing a fantastic service. By the way our new born is now 7 months, And he’s doing great. Thank you so much, and I wish you all the very best, keep up the great work.

The most professional team on Harley Street (and we've been to no less than 4 clinics in the area). Sadly, all a winning combination highly lacking on Harley Street these days. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend The Birth Company enough, I’ve had specific dealings with Kirsty who is just wonderful and has so much time and patience. I had a harmony test completed at the birth company. I was able to get a same day appointment at the clean and comfortable Alderley edge clinic. Doctor Gibbs did my scan and took my sample of blood and was professional, Frank and reasurring. I had the results back a week later. My girlfriend and I had some very worrying results from our 12 week blood test from our local hospital. We needed to have a Harmony test, and the Birth Company managed to fit us in that same day. The lady we saw was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend was incredibly emotional and the lady had such a kind nature and was also extremely thorough on our scan. She explained everything in great detail. We left feeling we were in the right hands. 1 week later we received our results and it was all good news! The way the Birth Conpany handled giving us our results was brilliant. Great people, great service, highly highly recommend going here.

This was my second time now at the Birth Company and I opted for the Panorama NIPT, I originally went into for the Harmony but after a discussion the Panorama seemed the best choice and I was told what was the difference between them all. I had Kate and she was super helpful and took some beautiful pictures and videos of our baby. I got sent the full report and everything straight away. The actual results for the Panorama come quicker then I expected and it was super easily laid out for you to see all the results etc. I would 100% recommend this company. Appointment was exactly on time, no waiting around, Kate was amazing and the receptionists were also super helpful. Charlotte

I went into the Birth Company for a harmony scan and am so glad I did, the whole experience was great. When I called to ask about the test, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. Booking the appointment was very fast and comprehensive too, great customer service all around. Dr Gibb was excellent - professional, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great bedside manner. The location is great and the facilities were very nice - bright, comfortable and relaxed. Receiving the results from my test was again a great experience, very thorough and considerate too. I would refer anyone to come here and if I need to in the future will definitely visit again.

first impressions so far have been outstanding and I couldn't have asked for more. Staff communication via email and phone has been very professional, friendly and speedy. The hospital itself is in great condition and the consultation had with a surgeon really put me at ease. His secretary has since been amazing with all my questions. Booked in for surgery on September because no other hospital can live up to this one now. Great work Spire Bushey!

I recently attended Bushey Spire for spine surgery. I found the nursing staff, Physio staff as well as all other staff to be helpful, encouraging and supportive. My consultant was a delight, caring and professional. I am always very sick after a GA the anaesthetist was excellent and for only the 2nd time ever I was not sick for the 24 hours post surgery. (He attended me both times) I was very well looked after. Every question I had was answered and I felt I was in very good hands most importantly they listened. My after care appointments were all arranged for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Although no one wants to go to hospital, at least my stay was made so much better by the care I received. I have, this year, had 6 surgical procedures, 3 of which were at the Bushey Spire, which is my top choice. Keep up the great work. Well done.

I can't rate this hospital enough. The rooms are so comfortable and all the staff are amazing. Had 2 appointments here now and both times the consultant has been over 45 minutes late. Arrived once and it was so busy there were no seats to sit on. No one called me to tell me the consultant would be so delayed as would have considered moving my appointment but not after I've driven miles to get there! I think they need to learn to manage diaries better or improve their communications - you would get better service on the NHS.

My dad came in for total knee replacement on both knees in July. As he had some fairly unusual circumstances I really needed someone who could work with me to see what was possible, bearing in mind his needs as a person, rather than be told what wasn't possible. I can honestly say that without the coordination and support offered by the self-pay team (Nikki, Barbara and Karen) that I would not have chosen Spire and this surgery would not have gone ahead as smoothly as it did. They kept me informed at all times, and answered any question I had no matter how trivial. My dad, thanks to Richard Carrington, the hospital and physio staff, was out of hospital in 5 days post surgery. He had full range of movement in both knees after six weeks, and is now well on the road to recovery, slowly building his strength and regaining his much valued independence. Whilst there were inevitably some things that could have gone better from an organisational point of view, these were rectified quickly and I knew I could phone the self pay team who would do their best to help. We couldn't have hoped for this whole process to go as well as it did. Thank you again.

The bad news is that I have been to Spire Bushey more often than I would have wished, but that's only because I have no desire to be ill. However, the good news is that, given it was necessary to visit, I can commend this facility most highly; the facilities, consultants and staff are all excellent, and the operational aspects are efficient. What really matters is that all the humans involved could not be more helpful, or sympathetic to whatever ails one. Top class.

I have been coming here long before it was Spire Bushey Hospital I came here when it was Bupa however I have spent many years coming here for outpatients appointments, physiotherapy and an an inpatient and only EVER had one complaint. The nurses are absoloutely charming, the food is delicious, the cleaning staff are always very friendly, the ladies on the front desk at reception are charming and when I was an inpatient the care before surgery, after etc was fantastic. My only bad experience was when a nurse tried giving me a medication I am allergic to so it was a very good job I double checked prior to taking it and the hospital did take effect on that as I made a formal complaint as I could of been very ill. Nevertheless Spire Bushey have helped me for years the physio dept are so lovely they work you VERY hard depending on your injury though, the hydro pool is lovely and a good easy way to start physio prior to treatment i.e going into the gym but I CANNOT fault this hospital for a single second. When your an inpatient everyone is so kind, friendly and understanding they will understand food allergies taking them very seriously unlike some other hospitals, the beds are comfy, you can have visitors when you want up to a certain time at night and the care is so wonderful. If you want a 5 star hospital experience with the best care in North West London go to Spire Bushey I have read the other reviews and quite frankly do not understand how anyone can criticize the care yes the phones can be hard to get through at times but you have to be patient.

Went in for knee surgery. Free parking. Taken to a private room. En suite, television, fridge etc. Staff were prompt and procedures explained. Post operation food was excellent. I would be careful using this clinic . I was almost made to feel I was being convinced I had something which subsequent and expensive tests have proved I didn't have.i also had to chase for the result. It is important to treat people as individuals. If women are going through this emotional experience then a greater degree of sensitivity is required . Another review said cold and I would agree this was my experience.

I would recommend The Bridge Centre. You must be aware that for some treatments the physical treatment is split between The Bridge Centre and Harley Street (which was not a problem at all for us). We liked the fact that we had a single point of contact throughout out treatment (Sharon Walster) who we could contact with queries. Sharon always got back to us very quickly with any queries we had (we had quite a few never having been through this before) and was very empathetic. The only criticism I would have is that at times we did feel we were simply on a treadmill of patients and we had to chase up for information. The full process was explained to us in detail at the start but we did get lost a few times as the whole thing took many months. Given the number of nurses etc we did not always see the same medical staff but the ones we did have were lovely.

We've had our IUI treatment in this centre. It's amazing how unprofessionally it has been all handled. I arrived for one of the scans to see if i am ready for the treatment and the head nurse said that they've missed my ovulation and it would be a waste of money to have this done that day so i would have to try to have the treatment next month instead. i was quite upset considering this is something the other centres normally control monitoring their patients closely. I went home and got a call from a nurse later that day saying that doctor thinks its still a good time to have the IUI done. Even though i was doubtful about that because the information from the Head Nurse was very different in a morning, i still had it done that day around 5pm (which is also not recommended by professional fertility centres, it is normally done in a morning or early afternoon). The treatment was unsuccessful. In a month time we went to see the doctor recommended by our friends (in a different centre). He explained how the IUI treatment is normally done and we were shocked! Bridge centre failed to do the absolute standard procedure: no injection to prevent to ovulate too early, no trigger injection, they didn't even tell me to have a rubella vaccination before the treatment which is necessary in this country if you ever had one (and i even had the test done so they were very well aware of it). Wasted 3000 pounds in total. I wish i never had this experience with the Bridge centre.

I found the donation process completely fine. It's nice to think someone might have a family due to this relatively small process on my part. I definitely found the staff at The London Bridge Centre really friendly, human and very thorough, and respectful of the process and the people involved. I have no problem in recommending The London Egg Bank based on my experiences.

Very unhappy with the clinic. I couldn't even go in for my first appointment as no one bothered to let me know that there was no street access on that day. Extremely unproffesional, they didn't even pick up the phone when I called or answered emails. I wouldn't reccommend anyone to donate through such a careless unproffesional place.

unhappy with this clinic!! Very unprofesional ..I wouldnt recommend to go there as egg donor to anyone. Firs at all they have told me that in total I will have to come there 5-6 times and that clinic is very flexible to go for that appointments , in half way when I already been there 4 times they have told me that for next two weeks I will have to be available every 2 days for scan and do 2 injections a day , the clinic is open and closes early at 5 In hours when I was working so it wasn't flexible for me at all! ..Also they have told me on egg collection day they will order a cab for me, on the day of last last scan nurse( very rude btw) told me that someone will have to pick me up on that day and no cab will be ordered, when I said I don't have anyone who can pick me up ,she said that I will have to stay in clinic all day then. I think I was treated very unprofessional and that 750£ wasnt worth all that time I gave to that clinic. I bet they don't treat same way ladies which buying the eggs form them :( the clinic is making so much money on egg donors and treating them like rubbish. Very disappointing!!

I am a little bit unhappy about egg donor experience. Mostly because they tell you it is a few meeting and procedure takes a few weeks. In my case it was a few months from first meeting till the final egg donation. Also they told me it's gonna be 6 meeting in total, and i had to go there many times more. I am happy i gave my eggs and some family will make theu dream come true, but i am a bit dissapointed with the clinic. I felt a little bit like egg machine, not egg donor. Also o was promised taxi after surgery, it never happened.

I had both my boys circumcised here as newborns (for health and hygiene reasons). Each time I have been very happy with how it was handled from start to finish. For my boys it appeared to be virtually pain free, and in each case, they healed within a week. It's been much easier to keep them clean now that there is no foreskin there, and the result looks comfortable for both of them. I would readily recommend this place if you are expecting a baby boy and plan on having him circumcised.

Rude staff! Bad customer service! Unhelpful! Especially when you're not there for fun! Had to make a complaint twice, and both times the duty manager didn't even bother to come back to me apologise or anything! I was left a voicemail from the accounts department with screaming and swearing in the background clearly another unhappy customer! I will avoid the Portland if possible! I will most certainly do my best to avoid the Portland hospital they need to train their staff starting with the duty manager!

I can't be thankful enough to have had both my children at the portland hospital! The midwives were always by my side and no matter what I needed they did their best to help the pain after my c section! I also am very happy to have met an excellent obstrician Mr Etienne Horner who stood by me every minute and came to visit me every day to see how I was!

I can't say enough good things about the Portland. Having just returned from a three night stay for my wife to give birth to our baby son - there is no better place I'm aware of that you could go to. The staff work tirelessly to create a safe haven for you to start your new family life together. The midwives are second to none - no question too big or too small for them to deal with; and the care, attention and advice my wife received was amazing. Clearly a lot of stress is placed on a woman's body in childbirth, and the professionalism with which they dealt with potentially embarrassing issues was outstanding. Simply, the amount of effort every single person we dealt with put in to ensuring my wife and baby were healthy, comfortable and had everything they need will not be something that we forget. Rather than the first day of our baby's life being stressful and "an ordeal" - he entered the world to mum and dad relaxed and ready to take on the challenge, and whilst incredibly nerve-wracking, will be something that we remember fondly. Quite possibly the only "downside", if it could be considered that, is that if we're lucky enough to have another child we plan to go to the Portland again as now nowhere else could possibly match it!

Super disorganised administration. Always have to queue at least 15 mins to get registered before my appointment. Asked the operator to connect me with the blood test dept, they connected me with the scan dept. Was told over the phone that I can come to do my blood tests at 8.30, but when I actually came in it turned out to be 9.00. Very disappointed with the level of service

I took my daughter to see a consultant because I felt the NHS were taking too long and not listening to my concerns. I paid £250 to see a consultant for 10 minutes at the most. She was rude and didn't even ask the basic questions about what my daughter was suffering with. I'm so angry I don't even want to pay but obviously have no choice. All I can say is thank God for the NHS!!!! Don't make the mistake I did. Research the doctor you're going to see before going and make sure you're choosing a good one. The junior doctor on the NHS was a million times more thorough than this rude consultant. I wish I could give zero stars it doesn't even warrant one..

Biggest hospital in the UK for children? A joke. First they book you with Harley street doctors at 250 pounds a pop that tell you basically the same as the NHS doctors and give you appointments the earliest for the day after. You would expect that with private health you get a same day appointment. Not here? Better take a plane and find a doctor somewhere else. All hospitals and doctors are connected; they all refer to each other and this is just a big big business. They reduce the supply to keep the availability to the minimum and prices at the maximum. Private health in the UK Makes sure that the NHS is a disaster and should you decide to go private the availability is super limited.
Oliver Legrand

Very nice staff but their mission is to get you to commit to expensive treatment on the spot through a payement plan. I don't know if the treatment itself is as good as they say but regardless one shouldn't feel they have to make a decision on the spot for an exclusive offer that will only be valid there and then with a down payement. The person who took care of me was lovely and professional but I didn't feel comfortable when her manger came in to try and twist my arm further.

Our son was treated here successfully by physio. Paid in full by our insurer. One of the 5 appointments they lost track of the payment for, and for over 2 years they pursued and threatened us personally for payment. Money that they had all along. Every time I phoned them, proved they had the money (even giving the bank transfer ID number), they said “ok” and 6 months later they chase us again. We found out that they never once checked with our insurer in all that, despite having all the details and making 4 other claims with no issue. It came to a head when they referred us to debt collectors. We were afraid to open our front door! Eventually they bothered to check their records, found that they had the money all along, and unapologetically they wrote us that “the money was found.” Frankly I think it’s a scam, we were so stressed, and intimidated that we nearly just paid at one point. The admin staff don’t give a monkeys

I find it a dangerous place where they first try to put the blame on you, for a mistake they made. Happily launched into legal action threats and bullying, even when we had a proof the mistake was on their part. Finally we got a note saying it was their mistake but not even a single word "sorry".

It is a far cry from what a private hospital should be like. They forgot they are private and we paid for our newborn son to be treated there. We have filed a complaint with the management team but NO ONE bothered to respond. We got an email saying it was their mistake but it didn’t include a single apology. They think they are above the law. I find it a dangerous place where they first try to put the blame on you, for a mistake they made. Happily launched into legal action threats and bullying, even when we had a proof the mistake was on their part. When it was finished and they finally acknowledged that we were right all along, none of the people who harassed us said “sorry”. They treated us with so much incompetence and disrespect. I would never trust them with my son’s life. If you think you will be better off here than anywhere else - think twice. This is horribly run place.

Dr Mufthah Eltumi is the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. He was not attentive during the consultation (fiddling with his computer and phone) and rude when we asked questions. As a result he gave my baby a wrong diagnosis. Another doctor at the portland and one from the NHS confirmed that his diagnosis was wrong. He caused us a lot of stress and unnecessary time spend. AVOID AT ALL COST

Very poor healthcare facility. We went here as my girlfriend and baby daughter just relocated to the UK and we did not have time to understand how to get our baby visited by the NHS quickly, so given her issue was urgent we went here. The doctor was very unhelpful and always on a rush (we had 4 appointments), in some cases even more in a rush than the average NHS GP. Yes, the place is clean and well kept but the level of medical practice is absolutely below average (in my UK experience) and I would never recommend it. Just go through the NHS.

Some consultants are great here however the hospital is not great, lack of communication between staff and departments results in a child not receiving adequate care. Find a better hospital. I am currently struggling with my son’s MRI as even the PA to the CEO does not respond! Any hospital must go that extra mile when dealing with a child, this is definitely not the case at this hospital
Genevieve Smith

Very disappointed with the lack of clarity and communication and in fact lack of empathy as well. There are hidden fees at every corner. I had my baby there as my NHS hospital had run out of free space and was left scrambling to find a private hospital. We kept getting bill after bill and paid double than what we had been initially quoted. Went for a natural delivery with no epidural but was forced to pay for the anesthesiologist to be on call even though I specifically mentioned I didn’t want any drugs. Everything went well didn’t need the epidural but ended up having to pay over £600 for the anesthesiologist anyway. Some of the staff are very competent but others are down right aggressive and border line disrespectful. I’ve had to take my son for a scan there and was so shocked by the lack of empathy and care from the MRI technicians I will not be going back. The level of care there is much worst than with the NHS and you end up paying an arm and a leg for it with the finance department hounding you down even if payments are coming from insurance and have been covered.

For me, the Putney Clinic is a great example of how independent healthcare should be run in the UK. I was referred to The Putney Clinic by my consultant at Kingston Hospital and having tried other physiotherapists and osteopaths in the area, I was looking for help with severe back and neck pains that I had been suffering from for several months. Clive and his team of experts obviously know their stuff! Not only did I get great treatment for my existing condition but I was also taken through the various exercises that I needed to do daily to strengthen my overall posture and CORE muscles. The service is always unhurried and professional but delivered with a smile which is reassuring to new patients like me who have never previously required massage therapy. I recommend The Putney Clinic to everyone I meet now and my current good health is a testament to the great work of Clive and his staff.

I first saw Clive 20 years ago with a lower back and neck problem caused by a rugby injury; basically a bad tackle had caused a rotation of my leg which had a knock-on effect through my pelvis, spine and neck. He explained it all to me logically and sorted it out. I have travelled a lot since then and have seen Osteopaths in several countries with different backgrounds. When I came back to the UK, I managed to track Clive down, as frankly, he is the best I've known. I've also seen Adrian at the Putney Clinic when Clive was unavailable, and was equally impressed. Finding one excellent Osteopath is great - finding two in the same place is just excellent!

I spend lots of time at the PC and, as a result, had problems with my back. The team of osteopaths at The Putney Clinic worked their magic and I am now free of back pain. They also gave me some great advice about work station ergonomics to prevent the problem arising again.

I saw Marygrace for Hypnotherapy ahead my first Ironman race as I was plagued with fears of failure. The session was relaxing and I enjoyed boosting my confidence with the tips I took away with me from the session. Come race day, I smiled the whole way through and never once thought I wouldn't finish. I've never felt so good in a race and I would never have thought I could enjoy every second of a 14 hour race !! I finished 12th so I did pretty well and looked a darn sight happier than the first 11. Sadly 25% of the athletes who started did not finish so I have to say it was well worth seeing Marygrace to make sure I didn't leave disappointed. Thank you so much.

I have been seeing Clive since I fractured my back which has resulted in much muscular pain. I always feel I am in safe hands with Clive. He explains things clearly and he always does his best to get to the root of the problem. He's extremely experienced. I've also seen Adrian when Clive was unavailable and he is fantastic too. Most recently I have been referred by Clive to Dermot who is a physiotherapist specializing in rehabilitation. I have only seen him once but I really liked his holistic and encouraging approach to my injury. He gave me a lot of time and explained his approach thoroughly. I am looking forward to seeing him again.

Clive recently treated me for a bulging disc problem I had in my neck. He managed the whole process brilliantly from the outset. He correctly diagnosed the problem straight away, put together a plan to fix it and I'm now completely pain free and have all my mobility back. The sessions with Clive are excellent and informative. As well as the treatment, Clive explains clearly the right exercises and stretches you need to do to continue a successful rehab. Over the years Clive and his team have treated me for a variety of injuries and have always managed to rebuild me! Many thanks Bill

A very good experience. I went for a Well Womens check-up and received much better service than NHS. The consultants were very knowledgeable, which was a change from a check-up on the NHS. If I could make a suggestion, delivery of results could be better communicated; I did not realize the e-mails were sent in 3 waves and I was sent my lab results initially without interpretation. The interpretation of results came a few weeks later. I will return to this practice in the future.

Excellent experience with Mr Raza both in Chelsea & Westminster and at the Women's Wellness Centre. Booking an appointment was very easy and I did not have to wait very long at all. Mr Raza was very flexible, explained to me all my options and ensured I had full autonomy in my decisions. Moreover, the nurse, Junell, was clearly very qualified but also was very kind and welcoming!

Stunningly inept and careless service. Worse than any NHS service I've ever encountered. Do not go to Dr. Raza; once they have your money it's impossible to get any attention. I was made to wait weeks for a simple explanation of blood results, and many more weeks for a referral that was never made. Dr. Raza considers himself far too important to communicate with patients directly or reply to emails. Nothing got done without several prompts, so even simple matters took absolutely forever. During this time my condition got much worse without treatment. I paid £800 and have no choice but to start over, worse off than when I began. Don't subject yourself to these people. ZERO STARS.

Well, we just had a call with Mrs. Zita Wast, 175£ and 30min later we feel we really did not receive the value for the money. This was not our first fertility consultation (like many of you, we are shopping for a good IVF clinic) and unfortunately we felt very disappointed with the entire process. The conversation was simply rushed through. Had i not insisted with questions we would be done in 15min. I had a feeling our looong questionnaire was not even properly looked at, thus the recommendations we received were quite scarce and dry. Nothing comprehensive at all. Not to many details, nothing too specific, just general "you are old you need to hurry". Only natural fertility advise we received was "have sex 3x a week". Not even "do you take your BBT and monitor ovulation". Disappointing! What also surprised us, was the recommendation to go to a clinic in Spain which made us feel a bit "unwanted". When asked about ZW clinic info and statistic we received "it's all on our website". Well, i am sure they are great at what they do, it's just not what we expected and compared to the other fertility specialist ZW price for value is quite disappointing. Bottom line, If you decide on this clinic just go for the procedure (i am sure they must be great) however if you are still evaluating IVF clinics and fertility experts just save yourself £175 for the "initial assessment & consultation" and get your comprehensive natural fertility advice elsewhere.

We have just finished Joan Mill's Hypnobirthing course at the Verulam clinic and now feel so calm and prepared for the birth of our baby. The sessions are very informative and detailed, yet relaxed and not rushed. We felt able to ask questions and talk through any concerns in a safe and friendly environment. As someone who unfortunately has has had to sample a number of London's hospitals, I can happily say that West Middlesex is outstanding in its care. I needed surgery and had a brilliant experience. I had a terrible in-patient experience at this hospital. Due to urinary retention I had a catheter attached to me, which was either faulty or was inserted incorrectly. My bladder was in agony however despite my pleads (which the nurses and receptionist blatantly ignored) I was given more and more water to drink and that eventually led to water intoxication. I lost control of my limbs, speech and partially eyesight. Even then the receptionist insisted that my state was just a side effect of the general anaesthetic. The nurse finally listened to my husband, who was dead scared at this point, and took the catheter out and I literally flooded the bed and the floor around it with water. As I gained my consciousness about 5 minutes later I felt very very embarrassed. I was discharged in the morning however was back at the hospital 2 days later as I contracted a urinary tract infection as a result of the above and my bladder has been overactive since.

You will be admitted in with 1 illness and then you will catch infections from within the hospital which will extend your stay by a minimum of 2 weeks, then the doctor will say the decision is not his or hers & then you wait another day for the next surgeon & he/she will say it's not their decision & you will have to wait again for another day & then it'll start all over again whilst infections get worse & not better, food being served is disgusting & they will not turn up with what you have ordered. If you need to get into a ward you will be unable to as the nurse or other workers will not answer the door buzzers so you will have to wait until a visitor leaves the ward and open the door.

Attended the A & E Thurday a.m. Fantastic. My elderly mum was extremely well cared for in a unit that was under pressure from a high level of incidents. All her immediate needs were dealt with in a caring and very professional manor. The staff were so kind both doctors and nurses kept us informed. With the volume of people they treat they always managed a smile. Well done and thank you NHS in such circumstances where your department is so over stretched.

Good Clean hospital A& E can be very busy 3 plus hours. Consultants can be very busy with long waiting time. Car park can be busy. If you can get parked. Allow plenty of time to park. Bus service to hospital is good

Was sent from a private hospital with a referral letter to A&E. Waited for two hours at UCC (A&E) and was only told I didn't even have to come to the hospital and sent back home. I'm pregnant and was bleeding and private doctor suspected I might have "xxx" and wrote that on the letter. As she is not a maternity doctor she sent me to this hospital to confirm/check further. As soon as the doctor at this hospital read the part xxx, he told me there is no need to come here, without checking anything himself (he touched my stomach for a few seconds though). And told me that it's a waste of money to see the private doctor. Very rude not comforting at all. Btw I'm registered to the maternity unit at this hospital and was told that I'd receive a letter stating the appointment date for the first scan. But I never received it and that's why I preferred to go to the private hospital that uses my own language. Unreliable.

Apart from the general car I was under the After care was beyond disgraceful, so unorganised and uncaring. Not bothered about my medication I had to approach them 3 times or they would have forgotten about me. Not only will I avoid this hospital but I'll warn others about the after care and the staff in general.

Horrible customer service, You call them and the far you get to speak is an answering machine, completely useless. You can't even speak to a real person when they put you trough to the complaint department. If you ever thinking of coming to this hospital save yourself the hazard, ST Peter's much better staff & quality service.

My family and I truly appreciate the support of West Middlesex Hospital. The staff, parking, amenities and PALS are first class - especially considering how much pressure there is on the NHS. The environment is clean, safe and secure. And West Mid is not far from our home so it’s an ideal location for planned appointments and emergencies.

The worst experience ever ! Went there in early pregnancy star with bleeding . Was told to wait two hours as apparently I wasn’t considerate as high priority!!! Doctor saw us and said it’s Xmas time so we don’t have anyone to do it he ultrasound, please go home and rest . If that’s miscarriage- you can’t stop it ! Unbelievable. We went to early stage pregnancy unit in other place and was seen asap with scan done . Shocking !!!

Amazing hospital with friendly caring staff. Were brilliant through my pregnancy where I had to have lots of extra appointments, always on time. Was seen really quickly in A&A with baby, they were thorough and had brilliant care for a week when we were taken in.

Went to the hospital with my 4 yr old granddaughter for a fractured arm. The wait was horribly long, while people with no apparent injuries were waited on first. The treatment was delayed for 2 days, before she was looked at in the operating room. The pediatric ward was loud throughout the night. Oh and good thing for another patient telling how you had to go get your food or you wouldn't get any. I live in the states(Massachusetts) and none of these things would be acceptable. Very low standard of care.

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m only 14 years old and what this hospital has done to both me and my family is something I will purely never forget from the bottom of my heart. They took the life of my beloved, sweet and caring Grandma. Everything was fine with her until she came to this hospital. They made her even more ill by catching a flu and not trying to cure her in any way shape or form. They told us that they wanted her to die as they needed the space for someone/ a patient which is more important and then they also gave her expired medicine. I would myself call this a murder and we are taking this into court as they also did it with the 3people that were sitting next door. I worn you guys do not send your loved ones to this hospital unless you want them to be taken away from you

The staff here genuinely care about their patients and have a laugh with you. They truly are trying their best. The Emergency Department and Urgent Care Centre are moderately busy and crowded and waiting times can, and often do, exceed four hours. The Paediatric Assessment Unit is wonderful and the staff are amazing at what they do, being compassionate, chatty and skilled at the same time. I'm thoroughly impressed by the staff and organisation of this hospital and its only downside is the problem all NHS Trusts face, funding and staffing.

My uncle is in this hospital as I type. I live 260 miles away on the north east coast. We visited him twice as he's really I'll. But soon had to go home. I rang this morning only to be cut off. This hospital is not good in my opinion. Our hospital James cook university hospital on teeside leaves it standing. Some staff are lovely others absolutely not.

My daughter fell onto her chest at a playground. She had severe pain and had trouble breathing for several minutes. I immediately took her to West Middlesex Hospital. After waiting several hours, the doctor examined her for a few minutes and said she was fine. Twenty-four hours later, she was still complaining of pain, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stark at Parkshot Medical in Richmond. He examined her for several minutes. He said she was fine and made fun of me for bringing her in for a second opinion. He proceeded to be condescending and belittled my judgement. Several days later, my daughter was still complaining of severe pain. So I took her to a private GP who then referred us to a private imaging center. An ultrasound and x-rays confirmed that my daughter has a sternal fracture that goes straight through the bone. The bone is located near her heart. We are working with private doctors for further treatment. The NHS doctors we've seen are neglectful and irresponsible. The care they provide puts patients at risk for further complications.

I fell on my head while skating and they served me quickly than expected. I was called in after 5 min and waited about 2-3h for them to finish with me, despite their building being in renovation, I know that they did as soon as they could. So the experience has been quite satisfactory. I have used the Kingston hospital before for a different reason but it was for emergency and I waited for a VERY long time. (4h or 5h) :(

Always receive great service from the hospital, even though they are really busy. Had an appointment on Friday for a scan at 5pm, it was one of those days when I had one too many things in my diary and needed to get out as close to 5pm as possible... but wasn't feeling hopeful as I arrived at the hospital. Checked in for my appointment at 4:45pm, with my fingers securely crossed... The radiologist / sonographer who saw me was very thorough - really took his time and identified my problem. By 5:03pm I was back in my car on my way home. Scan done.

We spend half Sunday in this hospital with our baby girl and they said that’s just a random virus. We decided to visit our doctor and he said that she have bronchitis and she needs antibiotics. Our little girl is only 4 months old I even don’t want to think what could happen if we wouldn’t see our regular doctor :(

The service I got from the staff at the A&E was truly excellent. From reception to nurse and doctor. Despite being so busy they took their time and I felt they took good care of me. I'm glad I live near such a good hospital.

Would give zero if I could. I have 3 children thebyoungestbwas born at this hospital in August last year. I had a awful experience. There are a few good midwives here but the rest have a huge lack of knowledge. They do not listen to their Patients or read their notes. I would rather give birth in a field with cows then go back here. 2 midwives knew nothing about a complex medical condition that I have and it took me threatening to sue them to get them to read my notes and listen when I explained that certain practices could cause my condition to worsen! Vile horrible women. They are the very reason so many women leave the practice. If your going here you will experience obstetric violence and you will be bullied. I have tried the official routes to complain but heard nothing and it has been nearly a year. They genuinely couldn't care less.

I am currently in the acute ward. The nurses refuse to do any nursing because they are busy with their social lives. They never shut up talking to each other but will not give time to a patient. I have just walked down alone without any socks jumper or wheel chair to buy some food because I was so cold. They left the window open all evening and claim they have no extra blankets or pillows. I've resorted to taking one from an empty room. The toilets are filthy and haven't been cleared in the last 24 hours. I took video of them hanging around doing nothing since when I called for a manager from my room I was told no one was available. These are not nurses by any standards but at least after 2 days here I have a pair of socks to wear. Disgusting.
